Reconciliation
The reports share the frozen boundary and Source register. Connections below use the supplied members and their retained passages; no new source reads were needed. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied. The previous reconciliation is not evidence for a disagreement in the current reports.
Record identities
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-wiki-patterns is superseded by MEM-OBJ-patterns. Both identify the product's name-keyed natural-language lessons and symbolic source links, retained in JSON events and supplied as replayed mappings to learning authors. Their SRC-1 passages from src/wikiskill/product.py identify the same content/source mapping and permitted-source union; the epistemic declaration explicitly identifies the memory declaration as the same content. Their different parents describe containment in the product route and journal, not different referents. The epistemic inventory, pattern-check and retention ledger rows, and bounded conclusion therefore concern the memory record's object. This amendment resolves identity only: it changes neither report's candidate-versus-accepted distinction nor its source-admission finding. Both IDs remain declared.
Other overlaps do not establish duplicate identities:
- RT-OBJ-product-journal remains a valid container beside MEM-OBJ-patterns and MEM-OBJ-feedback. Journal consistency metadata, interpreted lessons and original notes have different consumers and revision behavior. MEM-OBJ-experience identifies retained output and optional trace payloads, while MEM-OBJ-skill identifies instruction bytes rather than journal adoption pointers. No split supersession of the journal is required.
- MEM-OBJ-research-wiki is the research Markdown tree, not product journal-backed patterns. MEM-OBJ-skill-impact identifies a gate-history projection, not the pattern pages or complete proposal bodies. MEM-OBJ-research-evidence identifies selected trajectory views rather than the lessons derived from them.
- MEM-OBJ-paper-skills retains named SKILL/PURPOSE pairs; MEM-OBJ-skill concerns deployment text. Joining the skill bodies omits purposes, so the two objects are not interchangeable. EPI-OBJ-workbook-lesson is one bundled candidate witness without established production or acceptance provenance, not an established instance of the product's admitted patterns.
- MEM-RTE-paper-adapters supplies alternative callbacks within RT-RTE-research-evolve, not another identity for the engine's full loop. It also differs from RT-RTE-isolated-study's separate one-round controller. EPI-RTE-paper-contract identifies deterministic checking/editing, not either controller's successor gate.
- EPI-RTE-wiki-index is a research maintenance helper; EPI-RTE-label-score is a concrete example evaluator; EPI-RTE-snapshot-check is a read-only consistency verifier. None duplicates the broad runtime learning routes. The example scorer can feed product selection; the snapshot verifier has no inspected candidate-admission consumer.
- MEM-BAP-wiki-authors concerns learned material reaching learning authors. RT-BAP-role-guidance concerns static role instructions, and RT-BAP-skill-consumption concerns task executors. Their content or consumers differ. EPI-CLM-wiki-lessons and RT-CLM-mcp-separation concern different source claims. Runtime model components have no competing specialist declarations. The workflow account composes supplied runtime routes and declares no new records.
Integration dispositions
Source admission. RT-RTE-product-round retains the shorter training/feedback error wording, but does not declare that wording an exhaustive source set. MEM-OBJ-patterns, EPI-OBJ-wiki-patterns and the workflow learning account expressly include existing-pattern source IDs. The SRC-1 src/wikiskill/product.py allowed-union passage establishes derived-to-derived lineage. This is an additive qualification, not conflicting admission predicates; none of these reports treats identifier membership as entailment.
History delivery. RT-RTE-native-handoff already identifies aggregate native history. Memory's native annotation specifies omitted candidate bodies, notes and pointers. MEM-OBJ-skill-impact separately distinguishes full stored research impact from the default Proposer's inline summary and optional staged reads. Its source-prompt mismatch about full rejected proposals is a claim/implementation comparison, not a disagreement between analysts. In the isolated study, the final impact artifact follows proposal and gating; no second learning round is scheduled. That horizon differs from multi-round engine history consumption.
Inheritance. RT-RTE-product-round describes ordinary inherited skill and knowledge. Memory's product annotation retains the SRC-1 src/wikiskill/feedback_loop.py passage clearing the active skill when feedback-first initialization has no explicit skill. This qualifies inheritance on RT-RTE-feedback-gate, without contradicting the ordinary product route or erasing inherited patterns and notes. Potential persistence does not guarantee an active inherited skill on every entry path.
Research index connection. The current epistemic ledger names MEM-OBJ-research-wiki as the object of EPI-RTE-wiki-index. The helper declaration, coverage table and bounded conclusion consistently separate research Markdown/index processing from the product JSON mappings of MEM-OBJ-patterns. The helper's SRC-1 src/wikiskill/wiki_maintainer.py passages and its src/wikiskill/officeqa/wiki_agents.py callers match that connection. The previous reconciliation's object-link conflict no longer describes the supplied reports; it is not carried forward. No correction answer was supplied from which to infer a broader disposition.
Independent convergence and limits
RT-RTE-product-round, MEM-OBJ-patterns and the epistemic ledger separate pattern retention from subsequent skill adoption. The workflow decision account traces the same selective rejection: the incumbent remains active while committed Wiki lessons survive. Numeric strict improvement and explicit-requirement feedback ties are different admission modes, not competing findings. EPI-CLM-wiki-lessons compares README wording with those bounded modes rather than applying a universal numeric rule.
The epistemic ledger's doctrine only semantic-consolidation row concerns requested semantic work whose actual input/output relation remains indeterminate. It does not negate the wired request, submission and persistence mechanisms of RT-RTE-product-round or memory's raw-evidence-to-lesson-to-skill delivery chain. These findings concern different propositions; none establishes model compliance merely from wiring.
RT-RTE-native-handoff, memory's handoff annotation and workflow recovery agree on host-reported freshness, reachable files and conditional reuse of saved execution after scoring failure. Fresh-context doctrine is not attested host isolation, and retry reuse is not a new execution. Likewise RT-RTE-skill-install and its memory annotation establish byte deployment/restoration, not observed host reload or benefit. The MCP claim remains bounded to its tool surface, not host-wide permissions.
No unresolved cross-report disagreement remains in the supplied findings. The epistemic coverage table nevertheless leaves additional callable research controllers unassessed; the memory inventory leaves domain-specific details uninspected. Those limits prevent complete enumeration and universal checkpoint, provenance, scoring or acceptance claims. They do not negate the named implemented paths. Missing execution evidence, preserved reasons versus actual reads, learning benefit and the separate theory-builder properties remain bounded uncertainties rather than conflicts or a combined negative verdict.
