Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded source account. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, the reconciliation's identity dispositions and two conflict paragraphs, and the report and profile verification limits. No supersession changes the cited records. The synthesis answers file is empty; no previous synthesis verification or refusal was supplied. I read the public account independently of its supporting-member context, then checked its citations and qualifications. No source inspection, target execution or new evidence was needed.

Public account and record support

The opening states the frozen revision, cutoff, whole shipped-system boundary, external agent ownership and source-only evidence basis. It does not turn code-grounded analysis into observed scientific operation. These distinctions agree with the boundary and SRC-1 in the Source register. The public account also distinguishes local persistence from repository transport rather than treating the whole-system boundary as a guarantee that every workflow succeeds.

The intake-to-answer progression preserves the different admission and selection mechanisms. RT-RTE-knowledge-cycle, MEM-OBJ-wiki-pages and MEM-RTE-foundation-seeding support model-authored interpretations, separate foundations admission, later page selection and conditional crystallization. The account does not confuse a confirmed write with accepted scientific truth. Its character budget, instruction-level page cap, shared brief path and purpose-specific omissions follow MEM-RTE-context-compilation. The distinctions among semantic edges, bibliographic citations and projected browser relations, including possible loss of later evidence during cleanup, follow MEM-OBJ-edges, MEM-OBJ-citations and EPI-RTE-edge-dedup. Reachable originals are not represented as automatically delivered context.

Initialization is presented first as an intended coordination protocol and then expressly qualified by its source-level transport contradiction. RT-RTE-parallel-ingest and the workflow account support the manifest handoff, partial-commit refusal, ordered parent merges, failure distinctions, repair ownership and stash recovery. They also support the public warning that ignored generated files and unforced staging do not establish input inheritance or output delivery. The synthesis does not infer either universal failure or complete delivery from Git success. Its separate scheduled-intake paragraph preserves the inform-only alternative, lack of per-paper approval, coarse profile supply and conditional new-payload retention in RT-RTE-daily-intake and its memory annotation.

The alternate-writer and maintenance claims remain narrower than authorization or scientific-validation guarantees. RT-RTE-browser-write and RT-CLM-writer-contract support policy rather than enforced writer identity. MEM-RTE-memory-maintenance supports scoped repair and deletion, not universal freshness or erasure. The workflow account supplies the initial-scan lint-exit qualification. None of these checks is promoted into a final semantic acceptance certificate.

Research progression and scientific reliance retain their material conditions. RT-RTE-research-verdict supports model-interpreted orchestration, interactive versus auto gates, manual collection and the sanity run before deployment approval. The public account separates evidence assessment, reliance disposition and later connection using EPI-RTE-verdict-check, EPI-RTE-verdict-disposition and EPI-RTE-verdict-integrate. It preserves the main-experiment/single-hypothesis qualification, unchanged lifecycle on partial or inconclusive outcomes, confirmation exception and unestablished reviewer independence. EPI-CLM-verdict-certainty supports withholding calibrated certainty from agreement. Status is not offered as proof that these procedures occurred.

The feedback discussion leads with the supported contribution rather than collapsing uncertainty into a negative verdict. MEM-RTE-negative-memory supports retained reasons and an afforded later avoidance path, with distinct filter, pilot and formal origins and lossy rationale delivery. The four theory-builder conditions retain the runtime's separate afforded/claimed assessments; none is reported as observed. Improved future capacity, reflection on AutoSci, full autonomous theory building and exercised self-improvement remain independently unestablished. The self-improvement qualification identifies the missing subsequent operation and causal dependence instead of excluding retained guidance merely because it began as an output.

Hiera's executable contribution is supported by RT-RTE-hiera-search, MEM-RTE-ledger-replay and EPI-RTE-hiera-select: integrity checks, accounting, receipts and outcome-sensitive continuation, with loop and tune kept distinct. MEM-OBJ-experience and EPI-RTE-hiera-summary support the reporting-versus-scheduling distinction. The account correctly withholds authenticated approval, scientific confirmation, secure confinement and measured gain. Its scenario-relative closing conclusions and proposed resolving evidence do not introduce a product ranking, transfer recommendation or new causal claim.

Carriage of settled limits and disagreements

The Limitations table carries both report-verification limits with their affected records: initialization's unestablished generated-payload handoff and CI's conditional retention of new ignored content. Each also changes the operational narrative, so a reader need not discover the limitation only after reading an unconditional success claim. The profile-verification limit is retained as coarse authority units that cannot support per-consumer mechanism counts or coverage comparisons; the synthesis does not emit those finer comparisons.

Both reconciled disagreements appear with their affected records and prevented conclusions. For the general brief, the synthesis follows the explicit zero allocations in MEM-RTE-context-compilation while preserving the runtime wording disagreement; it does not imply universal experiment/stale content. For initialization, it preserves the broader memory framing and the corrected runtime/workflow payload condition without claiming that every invocation fails. These treatments are consistent with the report verifier's dismissal of further correction demands, while retaining the consequential transport limit. They do not select a stronger status from conflicting prose.

The remaining rows faithfully scope source-only evidence, summary loss and withdrawal, scientific warrant, external runtime/model behavior, Hiera guarantees and incomplete alternative inspection. Those are qualifications already expressed in the records, not newly discovered record faults. Together with the operational text, they prevent unsupported claims of exhaustive coverage, evidenced absence, observed acceptance or causal benefit. I found no additional undismissed defect requiring a new blocker or limit.
