Verification
The five supplied reports support a bounded implementation-and-doctrine account. I independently traced the consequential paths against SRC-1, rather than treating the analysts' inspection statements as verification. HEAD matched the reviewed revision and the checkout had no reported changes. The tracked tree supports the functional boundary in boundary: the shipped instructions and consumers are included, while the enclosing coding agent remains external. No target command, test or example was executed. The correction-answer inputs are empty and the structural report-check says none; there is no structural failure to route.
Runtime and workflow. I checked every runtime declaration and the workflow's four annotations against dispatch, command bodies and embedded text. RT-OBJ-doctrine, RT-RTE-doctrine-delivery and RT-BAP-agent-guidance correctly separate embedded instruction delivery from caller interpretation and compliance. SRC-1: cmd/gn/main.go, internal/doctrine/doctrine.go, internal/doctrine/help.txt, internal/doctrine/commands.txt, internal/doctrine/plan.txt, internal/doctrine/review.txt, README.md, AGENTS.md. The workflow account follows an explicitly joined source workflow, correctly uses detailed post-plan/pre-implementation search timing, and does not invent internal delegation or a product acceptance gate. Its unquoted-input rejection and post-append failure distinction follow the actual ordering in SRC-1 internal/commands/write.go.
RT-RTE-entry-admission and RT-RTE-entry-maintenance correctly assign semantic decisions to the caller. I traced topic validation, prefix resolution, author fallback, AppendNew, both edit branches, removal and forced rebuild. Exclusive locking encloses new-ID generation and production update snapshots; it does not authenticate authorship, serialize external file edits, prevent stale same-entry replacement or atomically validate write references. The qualified guarantees preserve those distinctions. SRC-1: internal/commands/write.go, internal/commands/topics.go, internal/commands/resolve.go, internal/commands/author.go, internal/commands/edit.go, internal/commands/rm.go, internal/commands/reindex.go, internal/storage/storage.go, internal/storage/filelock.go, internal/storage/filelock_unix.go, internal/storage/filelock_windows.go. RT-CLM-agent-compliance correctly retains every-time obedience as an attributed claim, not an executable invariant.
Memory and retrieval. I checked all four memory objects and their annotations against producers and actual consumers. MEM-OBJ-entry-text and MEM-OBJ-entry-metadata distinguish rationale-bearing prose from lookup, organization and attribution fields. The ten checked-in entries supply candidate examples, not authenticated originating sessions. MEM-OBJ-entries-fts and MEM-OBJ-metadata correctly separate copied text/topics from the mtime control value. SRC-1: .gnosis/entries.jsonl, internal/storage/storage.go, internal/index/index.go.
I independently followed RT-RTE-knowledge-read through query sanitization, index opening, freshness, matching, limits, metadata reread and rendering, and compared show/latest/topics alternatives. The reports preserve the consequential omissions: search can excerpt topics, latest truncates at 200 runes after whitespace collapse, show offers full-body reload, and related IDs do not recursively supply evidence. Missing-file freshness leaves existing index rows available; a subsequent empty JSONL read does not suppress those hits. Equal mtime bypasses refresh, and database opening can fail before reindex reaches rebuild. These countercases support the consumer-specific withdrawal account without implying normal removal is ineffective. SRC-1: internal/commands/search.go, internal/commands/show.go, internal/commands/latest.go, internal/commands/topics.go, internal/commands/reindex.go, internal/index/index.go, internal/paths/paths.go.
Epistemic records. I checked all four epistemic objects, twelve declared routes, two claims and the evidenced absence, including their ledger uses. The admission parts separate instructed candidate filtering and choice from implemented structural checking, import and retention. Retrieval selection and topic counting have distinct consumers and domains; the latter derives occurrence counts, not distinct-entry counts for arbitrary manually supplied arrays. Edit checking is distinct from replacement, including the unchanged rewrite on a failed locked transform. Withdrawal and cache refresh do not establish semantic revocation. The test route checks fixture outputs, not entry truth. SRC-1: the command, storage, index and doctrine paths above; internal/commands/sanitize_query_test.go, internal/commands/reindex_test.go lines 90–184, internal/index/index_test.go lines 176–258, .github/workflows/test.yml.
The lexical and truncation deductions in EPI-RTE-lexical-selection follow source control flow and are explicitly not observations. EPI-CLM-knowledge-continuity and EPI-CLM-review-filter preserve the difference between product claims and implemented retention/maintenance. SRC-1: README.md, docs/PRODUCT_STRATEGY.md. EPI-ABS-evidence-acceptance is supported within its searched target boundary: the inspected transitions implement structural admission and caller-owned editorial judgment, not a target-implemented evidence-consuming truth acceptance followed by integration. It explicitly withholds conclusions about private external judgment. No implemented status is promoted to observed operation or causal benefit.
Relations and reconciliation. All ten Part of: relations identify genuine functions inside their named runtime admission, read or maintenance containers. Cache refresh spans two containers and appropriately retains distinct identity. I checked the three object supersessions in reconciliation: each pair identifies the same text, Entry metadata or FTS projection; retained epistemic examples and memory-specific findings remain applicable. Topic aggregates and SQLite freshness metadata remain distinct. No valid container is incorrectly superseded. The reconciliation disposes all memory integration issues, connects the workflow annotations, and correctly treats provenance, activation, rationale delivery and stale-cache qualifications as compatible findings rather than disagreements. No unresolved cross-report conflict or missing required material part was established.
Omission search and stopping decision. The frozen tracked tree and production producer/consumer references guided three consequential questions: whether another shipped caller automatically injects memory; whether alternate persistence paths bypass the described admission controls; and whether a separate evaluator licenses retained content as true. I inspected full dispatch and all command implementations, the shipped README/AGENTS caller instructions and all embedded doctrine; searched cmd/ and internal/ for storage calls, subprocesses, hooks, registrations, MCP and providers; and checked the selected evaluator sources above. Production calls use AppendNew/Update; plain Append/Rewrite references outside storage are tests. The identified subprocesses are Git attribution and editor execution, not another evaluator or memory scheduler. These results preserve the caller-directed retrieval and semantic-authority conclusions; they do not establish absence in external integrations. SRC-1: cmd/gn/main.go, internal/commands/author.go, internal/commands/edit.go, internal/storage/storage.go, internal/doctrine/doctrine.go.
Further optional omission expansion stopped because those questions have supported dispositions and no identified material challenge remains unresolved. Unread helper/test bodies and excluded release machinery do not presently threaten the bounded conclusions; they cannot support exhaustive rendering, portability, concurrency, release-reliability or test-adequacy comparisons. Missing session, later-consumer and experimental evidence already qualifies the reports' conclusions. Those faithfully expressed uncertainties are not additional verification findings.
