Reconciliation

Boundary and connection basis

The four reports share the revision and source register in boundary. They distinguish installed S3 execution, historical S1/S2 experience and offline rollout comparison. The workflow account selects the opt-in local-coding branch of S3; it does not claim to cover all routes in the whole-system boundary. The memory coverage inventory adds historical caches, alternative save methods and retained consumers. The epistemic coverage table explicitly leaves some historical transformations unassessed. These scopes are complementary, not competing whole-system claims.

This reconciliation uses only the supplied members. No source checkout was read. Source anchors and passages below are supplied by the cited records under SRC-1. No correction answers or refusal were supplied, so there is no declined objection to dispose of.

Duplicate supersessions

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-fact-caption is superseded by MEM-OBJ-fact-captions. Both identify the same retained fact_answer and fact_thoughts material in fact_captions.jsonl, produced by BehaviorNarrator and consumed through the answer-only loader. Identity evidence is their common SRC-1 anchors gui_agents/s3/bbon/behavior_narrator.py, osworld_setup/s3/bbon/generate_facts.py and osworld_setup/s3/bbon/utils.py, including their retained loader passage. This is one intermediate object within RT-RTE-rollout-selection, not two caption stores. The affected epistemic inventory, ledger and claim comparison retain the epistemic report's distinctions between candidate description, retention and comparative reliance; the supersession does not turn captions into accepted facts. The fixed DONE-caption case remains the epistemic record's narrower signal-report finding. Both IDs remain declared.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-judge-choice is superseded by MEM-OBJ-judge-results. Both identify the comparative answer, thoughts and selected_trajectory retained by the caller for scoring. Identity evidence is SRC-1 gui_agents/s3/bbon/comparative_judge.py and the memory record's osworld_setup/s3/bbon/run_judge.py record-construction passage naming those exact fields. Resume/scoring are additional consumers of this same retained choice, not a separate judgment artifact. The affected epistemic object and acceptance-ledger findings continue to distinguish the model's task-fit criterion from the integer/range rule and from observed correctness. The memory report's task-key resume behavior does not replace that criterion. Both IDs remain declared; neither report's findings or statuses are rewritten.

  • Notes across generations versus S3 notes. MEM-OBJ-notes covers ACI note lists across S1/S2/S2.5/S3; EPI-OBJ-notes identifies the S3 OSWorldACI.notes part of RT-RTE-desktop-loop. Likewise MEM-RTE-notes-delivery traces the S3 chain with analogous historical consumption, while EPI-RTE-notes-buffer is the S3 subroute. Their S3 append/render evidence converges at SRC-1 gui_agents/s3/agents/grounding.py and gui_agents/s3/agents/worker.py; it does not make their full cross-generation scopes identical. Whole-record supersession is ruled out. Count the shared S3 implementation once, not as independently implemented banks. The epistemic record's comma-join boundary-loss example is an additional finding on that shared operation.
  • Code summary versus enclosing return. EPI-OBJ-code-summary is the summary string within the larger cached result described by MEM-OBJ-code-result. Both are parts of RT-RTE-code-delegation, not duplicate declarations of that route. SRC-1 gui_agents/s3/agents/code_agent.py supplies the reduced action/thought history and summary construction; gui_agents/s3/agents/worker.py supplies later delivery. A summary is not the entire result dictionary or RT-BAP-code-return, which identifies consumer, channel, force and horizon. No whole-record supersession applies.
  • Experience content versus admission and retrieval. EPI-OBJ-experience-summary groups S2 narrative and episodic values under their shared new-key admission rule. MEM-OBJ-narrative-memory and MEM-OBJ-episodic-memory separately describe task and subtask stores across S1/S2. Those records already expose the differing consumers and rationale handling. They are not exact replacement identities for the narrower S2 grouping; its grouping does not assert one common consumer. RT-RTE-historical-experience remains the S2 execution/admission container. MEM-RTE-s1-experience is the separate S1 implementation, and MEM-RTE-experience-retrieval spans the read operations of both generations. Shared filenames and overlapping S2 progression do not make these complete routes identical. No supersession or split of the valid container is proposed.
  • Shared stores versus alternative write API. MEM-RTE-knowledge-save writes the same S2 JSON stores as the CLI route but describes different methods and admission controls in SRC-1 gui_agents/s2/core/knowledge.py. Its unestablished shipped lifecycle caller is retained separately from the wired CLI chain in RT-RTE-historical-experience. Same destination is not route identity. Neither its save flag nor its finalization can be transferred to the CLI.
  • Content versus access machinery. MEM-OBJ-formulate-query, MEM-OBJ-rag-knowledge and MEM-RTE-query-cache add exact-instruction cache paths, not replacement identities for trace-derived experience. MEM-OBJ-embeddings is the retained vector cache; RT-CMP-embedding-engine is its external encoder component. Shared involvement in retrieval does not identify content, access metadata and model weights with one another.
  • Evidence and feedback parts versus desktop container. EPI-OBJ-screen-evidence, EPI-OBJ-ocr-table, EPI-OBJ-trajectory-reflection, EPI-RTE-text-grounding and EPI-RTE-trajectory-reflection expose distinct material parts or subroutes of RT-RTE-desktop-loop. Generated reflection is not RT-OBJ-procedural-memory, the shipped policy. No part replaces its valid container.
  • Offline objects versus selection route. MEM-OBJ-traj is persistent driver evidence within RT-RTE-osworld-driver. Caption and judgment objects are retained parts of RT-RTE-rollout-selection. The two duplicate-object amendments above do not supersede either route or collapse raw evidence, derived descriptions and selected-directory authority.

The distinct epistemic claims also remain separate: EPI-CLM-knowledge-bank concerns note reuse; EPI-CLM-fact-accuracy concerns the comparative prompt's reliance premise; EPI-CLM-bbon-performance concerns reported benchmark gain. None is identical to RT-CLM-gui-verification, the worker's verification instruction, or to the implementation routes those claims concern.

Integration-issue dispositions

Bootstrap qualification retained. The memory integration issue and annotation distinguish S1 automatic download on missing KB root from the S2 opt-in/missing-platform-directory trigger in RT-RTE-kb-bootstrap. The memory annotation retains the S1 constructor passage at SRC-1 gui_agents/s1/core/AgentS.py; runtime cites the S2 constructor and shared downloader. These are generation-specific triggers, not opposing findings about the same constructor. The epistemic import row delegates mechanics to the runtime route and leaves bundle warrant unknown. It must not be read as independently establishing a uniform S1 trigger. No conflict or supersession is required.

CLI trajectory and finalization limits retained. The annotation on RT-RTE-historical-experience in memory gives the executed-action accumulation and terminal-branch limits at SRC-1 gui_agents/s2/cli_app.py. The runtime already limits episodic updates to ordinary executed actions and Start/Done boundaries. The epistemic report describes transformation of the supplied trajectory, not a complete observation/result transcript. None of these reports supplies a guaranteed final pending-episode flush. The alternative save API remains separate rather than repairing this gap by inference.

Retrieval qualifications retained. MEM-RTE-experience-retrieval adds the singleton exact-match failure and empty-store sentinel to the exact-top skipping already stated in RT-RTE-historical-experience. Its SRC-1 gui_agents/s2/core/knowledge.py passage qualifies success, not wiring. The memory report separately records S2 read-side substitutions in MEM-OBJ-episodic-memory. The epistemic ledger's operational-consumption row is not evidence that all upstream retrieval/delivery transformations preserve the stored recipe verbatim. No report establishes universally successful retrieval or advice correctness.

Opaque initialization remains local. The unknown initial bundle content and vector provenance in MEM-OBJ-embeddings, MEM-OBJ-narrative-memory and RT-RTE-kb-bootstrap coexist with known subsequent transformations. External service opacity in RT-CMP-lmm-agent and RT-CMP-grounding-model likewise does not contradict local retention or feedback wiring. These are unresolved evidence limits, not disagreements or absent-behavior findings.

Reduced evidence at later consumers retained. Runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow agree that controller feedback reaches coding rounds but does not directly enter the summary constructor. The supporting records are RT-RTE-code-delegation, MEM-OBJ-code-result, EPI-OBJ-code-summary and the workflow return step. Caption thoughts likewise persist without reaching the answer-only judge loader; selected-directory scoring does not require consuming judgment rationale. These distinct omissions prevent a general reason-preservation conclusion. They do not establish that no generated summary ever mentions results or that no rationale is ever retained.

Independent convergence and disagreements

The reports independently converge on the distinction between requested verification and enforcement. RT-OBJ-procedural-memory supplies the GUI-verification instruction; RT-CLM-gui-verification and the workflow annotations distinguish it from an unguarded DONE method. The epistemic terminal-disposition finding agrees. RT-RTE-action-check supplies the trial-evaluation effect boundary used by the memory notes analysis and the workflow delegation account. Neither additional lens converts format checking into task acceptance, per-action authorization or rollback.

The offline findings also converge without sharing one epistemic status. RT-RTE-rollout-selection wires caption production, comparative judgment, range handling and persistence. Memory describes retained artifacts and later consumers. Epistemic describes an implemented task-fit evaluation/selection criterion while withholding caption truth certification, observed accepted content and causal benefit. These are different functions, not contradictory verdicts: the comparative model's substantive assessment and software's index validation are not the same check. The workflow deliberately does not append this offline route to live S3 execution.

No unresolved cross-report disagreement was identified in these pinned members. No required missing part was identified that demands an invented record or a split of a valid container. The uncertainty retained across reports prevents conclusions about exercised verification, actual retained-content accuracy, improved capacity, exercised beneficial self-change and causal benchmark gain. The epistemic report's unassessed historical operations additionally prevent a system-complete epistemic negative. These limitations remain alongside the positive implementation findings; no strongest-sounding status is selected across records.
