Verification
The handed synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied records, reconciliation dispositions and both supplied verifications. No source files were read, evidence added or corrected text authored. There are no reconciliation supersessions or remaining unresolved inter-report conflicts. The empty synthesis answers file and absence of a refusal supply no earlier synthesis objection to adjudicate.
The opening correctly distinguishes the whole-system functional boundary from selected inspection and identifies SRC-1, the frozen revision, cutoff and evidence layers. The boundary supports the exclusions and the absence of supplied execution or causal evidence. Throughout the account, wired delivery and durable change remain distinct from observed uptake, semantic correctness and benefit.
I checked the operational progression rather than treating the member summaries as independent endorsements:
- Capture distinguishes terminal enqueue acknowledgment from worker completion, processed canonical evidence from raw host bytes, and failed/dead accounting from guaranteed recovery. These distinctions follow RT-RTE-pi-lifecycle, MEM-RTE-transcript-capture and MEM-OBJ-session-transcripts. Direct admission, document forms and host-produced summaries retain their separate producers and unresolved warrant.
- Maintenance separates code-owned scheduling and scope grants from model-owned tool selection and daemon-owned vetoes. The restricted Pi configuration is not extended to ACPX, external hosts or OS isolation. The authentication caveat agrees with the runtime account. RT-CLM-tool-boundary and RT-RTE-alternate-executor support the executor distinction.
- The workflow preserves staging, duplicate-stage invalidation, post-executor admission, database completion, file publication and conditional host receipt as different outcomes. WF-RTE-head-finalization supports these consequential failure and delivery conditions. Earlier ontology effects are not presented as pass-atomically reversible.
- The head account preserves both NOOP exceptions and the separate carried-support checks. It does not reinstate the corrected unconditional-provenance claim. MEM-OBJ-memory-head, EPI-RTE-head-support and EPI-RTE-head-publication support this distinction. Exact correspondence is not strengthened into interpretation truth, entailment or acceptance of an ampliative proposition.
- Context supply retains freshness, authored-file preservation, redaction, budgets and post-selection suppression. Requested recall and automatic background supply are not conflated. RT-BAP-host-context, MEM-RTE-explicit-recall and MEM-OBJ-entity-attributes support advisory force and bounded evidence display. History folding retains reload opportunities without promising fidelity or hard byte ceilings. Its failed-pass qualification faithfully carries the settled local record fault rather than adopting the route's narrower completed-pass wording.
- Aggregate recall remains an independent semantic-write route. Default saving is qualified by eligibility and surface-form gates; failed saving can still permit delivery, and failed embedding need not undo retention. MEM-RTE-aggregate-recall, EPI-RTE-aggregate-guard, EPI-RTE-aggregate-retention and EPI-RTE-aggregate-delivery support these statements without a truth-acceptance inference. Withdrawal remains future eligibility, not retroactive removal from host windows.
The adaptation assessment leads with supported automatic trace-fed updates and named later consumers. MEM-RTE-path-feedback and MEM-BAP-feedback-selection support durable symbolic ordering changes, not weight training or demonstrated improvement. The synthesis independently discusses each theory-builder condition, criticism improving future capacity, reflection, computational roles and self-improvement. Its unresolved findings are scoped to the selected routes, not asserted as system-wide absences. The feedback pathway is presented as a partial organizational-change pathway; unresolved objective validity and subsequent causal dependence prevent an exercised or successful self-improvement conclusion. These qualifications agree with the runtime and epistemic bounded conclusion.
The scenario assessment distinguishes continuity from justified factual reliance and benchmark answer fit. EPI-RTE-benchmark-judgment, EPI-RTE-benchmark-checkpoint and EPI-CLM-benchmark-accuracy support a separate evaluator/resume seam and attributed, unverified accuracy, not product-memory approval or component attribution. The stated evidence and system changes that would alter the assessment address the actual unresolved links rather than treating additional wiring as proof of benefit.
The Limitations table carries all three report-verification limits and the profile-verification limit with their record citations and prevented conclusions. Its remaining rows preserve external-evidence, semantic-warrant, context/withdrawal and adaptation limits beside the supported account. The profile grouping issue is not used to infer object counts or complete origin/consumer classification. The report verifier's added plugin and evaluation observations are explicitly attributed as verification findings, not falsely presented as analyst-record completeness. No new material defect was established. The limits below retain consequential local incompleteness already disclosed in the public text.

Limits
- The partial inventory within the functional boundary does not support complete admission, source-consistency, adapter-equivalence or recovery comparisons. MEM-RTE-explicit-recall, MEM-OBJ-memory-artifacts, MEM-OBJ-session-summaries, MEM-OBJ-identity-files and RT-RTE-pi-lifecycle retain unresolved producers and consumers. The synthesis limitations also disclose the boundary table's missing plugin row for already-included responsibilities. Named positive mechanisms remain supported; withhold whole-system completeness and negative acceptance comparisons.
- The evaluation/improvement plane remains incomplete. MEM-OBJ-run-checkpoint, EPI-RTE-benchmark-judgment and EPI-CLM-benchmark-accuracy support judging and resume, not verified accuracy, causal component effects or an exhaustive optimization inventory. The synthesis limitations carry the settled qualification about metric/failure retention and declared patch selection. Withhold repository-wide absence of optimization or autonomous improvement; this does not negate the traced lab seam or selector-update pathway.
- MEM-RTE-history-compaction uses completed-pass wording narrower than the settled eligible non-running-pass account, which includes failed passes. MEM-OBJ-dreaming-history and the public account preserve failure material and the corrected scope. Compression and reload remain supported; withhold a completed-success-only inventory, observed semantic fidelity or complete failure retention.
- The coarse partial profile units disclosed in the synthesis limitations group distinct forms and derivation paths supported by MEM-OBJ-session-summaries, MEM-OBJ-identity-files, MEM-OBJ-run-checkpoint and MEM-OBJ-path-feedback. Positive existence findings remain supported; withhold object-by-object inventory counts and claims that each grouped origin or consumer has identical or complete classification.
