Verification
I checked all ten axes of the handed memory profile, including findings, evidence bases, unit scopes and inventory assessments, against the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow records. The reconciliation preserves containers and parts without supersessions and identifies no remaining inter-report conflict. No source files were read, no evidence was added, and no replacement classifications were authored. The supplied profile answers file is empty; no refusal was supplied.
The comparison boundary concerns accumulated evidence, derived content and access/control state, not every runtime store. Excluding unchanged shipped instructions, transient prompts and staging buffers, external weights and secrets merely stored as opaque payloads is consistent with that boundary. The profile retains unresolved provider, hierarchy, identity, recovery, coordination and optimization alternatives rather than treating positive witnesses as whole-system coverage. All ten axis assessments remain partial. Local wiring establishes implemented paths, not observed operation, reliable interpretation or benefit.
- Storage substrate: SQLite rows, transcript files, head projections, graph state and retained vectors have supporting object or component records. Graph organization and SQLite backing can coexist; dense encoding alone is not used as a physical substrate claim. The profile leaves imported-artifact/checkpoint serialization and alternative backing unresolved. See MEM-OBJ-session-transcripts, MEM-OBJ-memory-head, MEM-OBJ-entity-attributes, MEM-CMP-embedding-provider and MEM-OBJ-run-checkpoint.
- Representational form: Text interpreted by models or humans, fixed-rule identifiers/control state and dense retrieval representations support natural-language, symbolic and parametric findings respectively. Numerical feedback weights are correctly distinguished from dense parametric representations. The notes separate text from control envelopes and vectors from profile metadata, although some units remain coarse, as identified below. See MEM-OBJ-memories, MEM-CMP-embedding-provider, MEM-OBJ-path-feedback and MEM-OBJ-memory-artifacts.
- Lineage: Capture supports trace-extracted material; caller/import acquisition supports imported material; head/graph transformations, history merging, embedding generation and feedback formulas support compiled paths. Authored working memory does not establish a human admission decision. Known derivation paths do not resolve initial provenance or every mixed input. See MEM-RTE-transcript-capture, MEM-RTE-history-compaction, MEM-RTE-aggregate-recall, MEM-OBJ-identity-files and MEM-OBJ-path-feedback.
- Behavioral authority: The profile distinguishes reference/context and standing guidance at model consumers from ranking at selectors, validation and enforced eligibility vetoes, trace inputs at update consumers, and checkpoint routing on resume. These are consumer-relative findings, not an implication from storage or trace learning alone. In particular, the corrected head's NOOP branches do not invalidate enforcement at actual support checks, but prevent attributing fresh support validation to every successful finalization. See RT-BAP-host-context, MEM-BAP-feedback-selection, EPI-RTE-head-support, MEM-OBJ-memory-head and EPI-RTE-benchmark-checkpoint.
- Write agency: Capture, history production, model-proposal admission, finalization, aggregate saving, feedback propagation and checkpoint updates support automatic findings at their named software/model gates. The profile does not infer manual control from workflow initiation, caller identity or an authored filename. Direct caller supply, upstream ratings and identity editing remain unresolved independently of known subsequent transformations. See RT-RTE-direct-remember, MEM-RTE-history-compaction, WF-RTE-head-finalization, MEM-RTE-path-feedback and MEM-OBJ-identity-files.
- Curation operations: History reduction supports wired consolidation even though fidelity and byte ceilings are not guaranteed. Aggregate deduplication/refresh and mutable-memory/head revision support deduplication and evolution. Tombstone/staleness and supersession support invalidation; forgetting supports decay without asserting a temporal decay policy. Requested head condensation remains claimed. A route called synthesis does not establish semantic novelty, and the unresolved semantic relation is preserved. See MEM-RTE-history-compaction, MEM-RTE-aggregate-recall, MEM-RTE-state-withdrawal, EPI-RTE-head-publication, WF-RTE-head-finalization and EPI-RTE-aggregate-synthesis.
- Read-back direction: Explicit lookup and history zoom fulfill retained-material requests; automatic startup background and initial maintenance-history injection supply selected context without such an item-specific request. Requested return is not counted as a second push. Saved aggregate notes have later recall consumers, whereas immediate unsaved synthesis is not accumulated-memory read-back. Checkpoint resume has a concrete retained-status read. See MEM-RTE-explicit-recall, RT-RTE-pi-lifecycle, MEM-RTE-history-compaction, MEM-RTE-aggregate-recall and EPI-RTE-benchmark-checkpoint.
- Read-back signal: Coarse startup eligibility/budget filtering and scoped history identity matching have named triggers, selector inputs and selected retained parts. History folding is separate from scope matching. Explicit-recall lexical/vector capability does not automatically classify startup push. The profile appropriately withholds a complete signal classification for recovery, continuity, inheritance and predicted context. Its local pull-only operations are inapplicable, not evidence that the whole boundary is pull-only. See RT-RTE-pi-lifecycle, MEM-OBJ-identity-files, MEM-OBJ-dreaming-history, MEM-RTE-history-compaction and MEM-OBJ-session-summaries.
- Trace learning: The session-evidence-to-semantic/head chain, pass/tool-to-history chain and retrieval-feedback-to-selector-state chain identify automatic writes, durable results and later consumers. The host-compaction summary also qualifies as retained continuation context; its opaque original inputs do not erase the supported summary-retention/consumer route. None requires new knowledge, provider-weight training or demonstrated improvement. Mixed aggregate inputs and untraced alternatives remain unresolved rather than negative. See MEM-RTE-transcript-capture, RT-RTE-dreaming-pass, MEM-OBJ-memory-head, MEM-RTE-history-compaction, MEM-RTE-path-feedback and MEM-OBJ-session-summaries.
- Trace source: Conversational session turns support session-logs. Selected maintenance operation/tool results and recorded retrieval membership/path activity support tool-traces at their qualifying updates. The profile does not manufacture environmental-event or trajectory origins from callback dispatch, serialization or chronology. Host-summary and aggregate original inputs remain unresolved, not inapplicable. See MEM-OBJ-session-transcripts, MEM-OBJ-dreaming-history, MEM-RTE-history-compaction, MEM-OBJ-path-feedback and MEM-OBJ-session-summaries.
The emitted existence findings and their local bases remain supported. No unsupported absence or system-complete assessment is asserted. Further source inspection would not supply an admissible new profile warrant: this job judges the handed records, not repository completeness. The remaining coarse grouping affects fine-grained inventory comparisons, not the supported positive union.

Limits
- Some partial units in the profile combine parts with different natural units and coverage. In representational form, the compaction/recovery, identity and benchmark text/control unit bundles distinct objects and consumers; in lineage, host-summary import, authored identity and feedback compilation share a unit despite different derivation paths. MEM-OBJ-session-summaries, MEM-OBJ-identity-files, MEM-OBJ-run-checkpoint and MEM-OBJ-path-feedback support those positive findings but not identical unresolved coverage across the bundled parts. Withhold object-by-object inventory counts and comparisons of which individual consumer or origin is completely classified. The partial assessments and explicit notes preserve the supported existence findings; the coarse grouping does not imply absent alternatives or complete boundary coverage and does not require stopping publication.
