Reconciliation
Duplicate identities and distinct parts
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-tool-code is superseded by MEM-OBJ-tool-source. Both identify the UTF-8 TypeScript payload retained at tools/{name}.ts, written by registration or alternate workspace writers and reloaded for Deno. Identity evidence is SRC-1, tendril-agent/src/loop/registry.ts and tendril-agent/src/loop/sandbox.ts; the memory object retains the source/prelude passage. This connects the epistemic candidate program to the durable memory object without changing either report's uncertainty about actual contents, provenance or truth-apt propositions. RT-BAP-capability-source remains distinct: it identifies the consumer, executable channel, force and horizon, not another source object.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-summary-projection is superseded by MEM-RTE-capability-list. Both trace the same request-time index reload, four-field projection, JSON tool return and foreground-model consumer. Both retain the projection passage from SRC-1, tendril-agent/src/loop/registry.ts, and declare implementation wired and operation uninspected. The epistemic assessment of non-ampliative reshaping and omitted attribution context applies to this same route, not another transformation. Its placement within the admission container describes later read-back; it does not identify listing with the physical write in RT-RTE-capability-admission.
MEM-OBJ-selection-text remains a valid container alongside EPI-OBJ-capability and EPI-OBJ-triggers-suppression. The memory object groups the description and invocation conditions delivered to the model; the epistemic objects distinguish the tool-behavior claim from selection policy. Separating these parts makes no supplied container finding wrong, so no split supersession is made. MEM-OBJ-index-metadata identifies separate bookkeeping fields. MEM-BAP-selection-guidance identifies the selection text's authority channel, not another object or listing route.
MEM-OBJ-agent-display is desktop message/debug state, whereas EPI-OBJ-agent-text is generated answer content carried to that display. EPI-OBJ-tool-output is transient callback stdout, not the desktop store or durable source. Their overlaps do not establish identical referents; no supersession is made. RT-OBJ-system-prompt and RT-BAP-prompt-guidance likewise remain object and authority-path records. The memory annotation confirms that the display copy is not a later instruction read-back.
Connected mechanisms and independent convergence
RT-RTE-capability-admission supplies the write side of memory listing and execution. Its memory annotation adds lineage and replacement limits without correcting the runtime: index then source are written before a trial, and same-name replacement preserves no prior revision. The epistemic ledger separates syntactic checking, operational admission and retention within this route; none establishes evidence-consuming epistemic acceptance. EPI-RTE-model-production instead isolates proposal generation within RT-RTE-prompt-stream. It is a part, not a duplicate of either complete route.
RT-RTE-capability-execution remains the execution container. EPI-RTE-execution-check produces process/resource signals; EPI-RTE-result-disposition consumes those signals to resolve or reject the callback. These are distinct parts, not duplicate routes. The workflow annotations independently connect the same handoffs: retained code is tried, process failure can reject normal output, and subsequent recovery depends on model/SDK behavior. The exit-result passage from SRC-1, tendril-agent/src/loop/sandbox.ts, is retained in the epistemic disposition record and workflow account. All three distinguish process success from task correctness and cleanup from reversal of earlier effects.
EPI-RTE-failure-repair isolates requested repair rather than declaring another automatic write mechanism. Its claimed implementation conclusion and doctrine-only architectural status concern requested behavior. The wired status of RT-RTE-capability-admission concerns the available write mechanism. Memory and workflow also distinguish a request from an exercised repair. These scopes do not create a status disagreement or warrant selecting the stronger status.
EPI-RTE-display-result isolates presentation inside RT-RTE-prompt-stream, rather than replacing the end-to-end route. Runtime, epistemic and workflow delivery agree that completed/end-turn labels do not certify answer validity. The workflow's completion passage establishes a desktop processing-state change, not an acceptance mechanism. RT-RTE-settings-restart remains a separate human configuration route, not evidence-responsive autonomous improvement.
EPI-CLM-session-smarter, EPI-CLM-live-data and RT-CLM-action-sequence concern longitudinal improvement, information sourcing and action order, respectively. No claim supersedes another. EPI-RTE-development-check has no counterpart among the runtime capability-admission routes: repository checks do not become a runtime semantic gate.
Integration dispositions
The previously missing admission parts are now declared as RT-RTE-program-mutation and RT-RTE-editor-mutation. Both explicitly belong to RT-RTE-workspace-mutation. The program part declares implementation afforded and operation uninspected; its evidence is the workspace write grant in SRC-1, tendril-agent/src/loop/sandbox.ts, retained under RT-RTE-capability-execution. The editor part declares implementation wired and operation uninspected; its confirmation and path-check passages are retained in the container and editor record from tendril-ui/src/components/FileExplorer.tsx and tendril-ui/src-tauri/src/files.rs. The container now explicitly limits its afforded status to shared bypass capacity rather than assigning a uniform status or approval policy to both parts. These declarations remove the missing-part conflict; no split supersession is warranted because the container remains valid.
The memory integration issue requesting separation of admission owners is satisfied by those parts and remains consistent with its annotation: generated programs write under existing authority without a second approval; humans supply editor content and can decline its confirmation. The epistemic ledger's two rows on RT-RTE-workspace-mutation assess these same distinct functions. Its architecturally implemented program-mutation row explicitly describes workspace-grant capacity, not a supplied mutating program or observed update. That does not contradict the program part's afforded implementation conclusion. Its human-disposition row describes the wired editor, not approval of program writes or generic backend callers. The workflow's reference to the container requires only its workspace-write bypass capacity and remains supported after the split. No dependent report requires the container to supply one uniform per-mechanism status.
The remaining memory integration issues are bounded uncertainties, not disagreements. SDK history, compaction and checkpoint behavior remain outside inspected dependency implementation; the desktop display is not thereby durable agent memory. Actual corpus provenance, embedded rationale, generated readers and particular evaluators remain unknown without a workspace. RT-RTE-capability-execution reads source independently of index membership, so index removal alone does not revoke a known executable filename. These limits coexist with wired retention and consumption.
No unresolved cross-report conflict remains in the supplied members. No correction-answer files or declined objections were supplied; the disposition above follows the current declarations and their dependencies, not an assumption that an earlier objection was decisive. All accounts remain within the frozen boundary. No trace or controlled comparison establishes actual reuse, successful repair, longitudinal improvement or causal benefit. That shared limit does not turn implemented retention into absence or combine learning, reflection, theory-building and self-improvement into one negative judgment. No source reads beyond the pinned members were needed.
