Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded source-grounded account. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied records, reconciliation supersessions and settled report/profile verification limits. No new source inspection or evidence was needed. Structural validation is separate from this judgment of support.

The opening identifies the repository, revision, cutoff and implementation/doctrine evidence. It distinguishes the whole-system inclusion boundary from inspected coverage, consistent with the Source register and memory coverage inventory. It neither presents source wiring as observed operation nor implies that included but uninspected paths are absent.

The interaction account preserves the principal, owner scope, heuristic context fitter, summary/snippet visibility and separate post-stream effects of RT-RTE-chat-turn and RT-OBJ-memory-context. The ascending 50-row history prefix and absence of a strict tokenizer guarantee remain explicit. The guest counterpath is correctly separated through RT-RTE-guest-chat. Caller, pack, upload and finding admission are not misrepresented as human approval or truth validation; generic pack ownership uncertainty survives the separately scoped alternative (RT-RTE-pack-import, MEM-RTE-upload-extraction, WF-RTE-store-finding).

The maintenance account respects the reconciled identities without combining distinct implementations. Main compaction and belief revision use the canonical memory records; hosted and local dreams remain separate alternatives. Marked originals, the uncertain hash pointer, importance/age-based downweighting, missing hosted evidence mapping and queue-result versus memory adoption are faithfully stated (MEM-RTE-dream-compaction, MEM-RTE-belief-revision, MEM-RTE-hosted-dream, MEM-RTE-local-dream). The claim that hosted factual reduction supports consolidation is a mechanism classification, not a claim of semantic fidelity. Its profile-inventory omission remains visible in Limitations.

The strongest improvement-related result leads: retained outcomes can shape durable rules and later procedural context. The synthesis does not infer these properties from one another.

Checks retain their actual domains. Retrieval confidence is not semantic warrant, procedural additions fall outside the main confidence assessment, signatures concern integrity rather than proposition truth, and benchmark criticism/judging does not gate production memory (EPI-RTE-confidence-check, EPI-RTE-confidence-consumption, EPI-RTE-pack-verification, EPI-RTE-benchmark-checks).

The representative workflow preserves model-chosen progression, summary-only query-insensitive recall, registry-wide dispatch, non-cancelling timeout, fresh retry frames and completion without independent correctness acceptance. Persisted owner-readable metadata is not treated as observed receipt or accepted research (workflow account, RT-RTE-dashboard-task, MEM-RTE-recall-selection).

The Limitations table carries all settled verification limits and their consequences: the pre-loop recovery attribution conflict, query-insensitive research recall, the omitted portable importer consumer, broader partial coverage and hosted consolidation's conservative profile inventory. The pre-loop issue correctly withholds independent agreement without discarding the workflow's direct support. The concrete importer detail stays attributed to the earlier verifier rather than becoming a newly established analyst record. Further rows preserve generated-content, local-adoption, pointer, mutation, encryption and withdrawal uncertainties. The closing partial-axis statement does not convert local witnesses into complete comparison coverage.

Scenario-relative conclusions and proposed evidence/system changes follow these bounded mechanisms. They introduce no ranking, transfer recommendation, universal trust guarantee or unsupported absence. The settled limits are already carried faithfully; no additional record fault or publication-blocking inference was found.
