Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded source account. I checked its substantive statements against the handed boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, read the reconciliation's supersessions and dispositions, and checked carriage of the report and profile verifications' limits. The synthesis answers file is empty and no refusal or previous synthesis verification was supplied. No source reads, target execution or new evidence were needed. This judgment concerns meaning and qualification, not a repetition of deterministic citation or quotation checks.
The opening correctly identifies memory infrastructure rather than an enclosing task agent. Its service map, frozen revision, cutoff and distinction between whole-system source coverage and operational success agree with the boundary. The account consistently separates inspected implementation and attributed design from observed operation and causal benefit.
The interaction-to-episode account preserves the prepared-service and existing-agent conditions, strict byte bounds, best-effort parsing, mandatory embedding, sequential store effects and retry uncertainty of RT-RTE-episode-write. The distinctions among caller text, interpreted metadata, vectors, graph topology and counters follow MEM-OBJ-raw-content, MEM-OBJ-episode-interpretation, MEM-OBJ-memory-vector, MEM-OBJ-memory-graph and MEM-OBJ-retrieval-count. The reconciliation supersedes the duplicate epistemic raw/parse identities with these memory identities; the synthesis uses the canonical records without losing their warrant qualifications. Its authentication discussion matches RT-RTE-key-admission and the runtime account, without converting static weaknesses into observed attacks or deployed isolation claims.
The candidate-generation account preserves the active engine's cluster thresholds, input truncation, full-cluster lineage and minimal filtering. It does not mistake confidence or source counts for checked support. These conclusions follow EPI-RTE-pattern-extraction, EPI-RTE-candidate-filter and MEM-OBJ-semantic-lineage. The three disconnected handoffs are supported by RT-ABS-worker-bridge, RT-RTE-worker-consolidation and RT-ABS-writeback-routes. The direct lowercase-input countercase remains explicit through RT-RTE-direct-consolidation. Separate helpers are not credited as active safeguards, and clipping is not treated as semantic preservation; see EPI-RTE-compressor-helper.
The read-back and workflow account maintains the consequential distinction between a server-built string and successful SDK delivery. Ranking, episode count limits, separate semantic selection and lack of an aggregate token budget follow RT-RTE-context-retrieve. The timestamp and null-array failures, absence of adapter fallback, separate save hook and host recovery ownership agree with RT-RTE-host-integration, RT-BAP-context-injection and the workflow account. Direct HTTP and empty compatible responses are correctly retained as countercases, not repairs. Conditional semantic retrieval does not establish candidate provenance, acceptance or effective withdrawal; the synthesis preserves the distinctions in MEM-OBJ-semantic-control and EPI-ABS-semantic-withdrawal. Temporal adjacency receives no causal warrant beyond EPI-CLM-causal-graph.
The adaptive contribution leads with supported metadata/vector and counter updates rather than erasing them because semantic admission is disconnected. It then withholds improved capacity and exercised self-improvement. The separate theory-builder conditions, criticism-driven improvement, reflection and autonomy conclusions remain bounded to the assessed pathways and actual candidate evidence; they do not assert absence inside opaque models. These distinctions are supported by EPI-RTE-retrieval-feedback, EPI-RTE-pattern-extraction and EPI-RTE-compressor-helper. The scenario-relative conclusions and proposed evidence that could change them do not strengthen the records.
The evaluator account correctly distinguishes context predicates from downstream answers, reporting from production revision, and evaluator code from results or causal comparisons. It retains omitted semantic inclusion, ineffective reset and the ConvoMem key mismatch from MEM-RTE-benchmark-evaluation, EPI-RTE-benchmark-evaluation and EPI-RTE-benchmark-cleanup. It does not endorse the unsupported performance claim in EPI-CLM-recall-performance.
The Limitations table carries the report verification's setup limit with its record citations and prevented conclusions. The profile verification declares no limits, and reconciliation retains no unresolved conflict. The table also preserves source-only evidence, disconnected progression, SDK delivery, semantic provenance, withdrawal, provider/deployment contracts, evaluator scope and independent adaptive-property uncertainty. Those faithfully scoped uncertainties need no additional defect finding. No material unsupported conclusion, misleading completeness claim or lost qualification was found.

Limits
- Fresh-install readiness and default benchmark executability remain unestablished. The runtime account, RT-RTE-episode-write, MEM-RTE-benchmark-evaluation and EPI-RTE-benchmark-evaluation retain the SRC-1 duplicate-trigger failure in
go-api/internal/db/postgres/migrations/001_initial.sql, transactional error propagation ingo-api/internal/db/postgres/client.go, fatal startup handling ingo-api/cmd/api/main.go, and default benchmark IDs without required agent rows. The synthesis limitations faithfully carries these consequences. Withhold fresh-stack readiness and self-provisioning default benchmark execution; prepared migrations and registered caller-supplied agents are different conditions. This does not invalidate the static storage, selection and checker mechanisms or supply measured results.
