EvoOntology profile verification

Verification

I checked all ten axes, their included alternatives, natural units, coverage assessments and evidence bases against the handed records and annotations. I resolved the five superseded epistemic semantic-object declarations to the memory declarations through the supplied reconciliation. The evolution-session container remains valid beside its separately classified parts. The profile rationale preserves these distinctions and adds no source evidence. No target source reads were needed or performed. The supplied profile answers file is empty; no earlier objection was treated as an established defect.

  • Storage substrate: The file finding covers the declared workspace JSON, JSONL and HTML objects. The grouped unit is coarse but its members share the supported substrate and resolved local coverage. Semantic links do not imply a graph storage engine, and parsed runtime views do not establish another accumulated store. The included InsightBench history alternative remains uninspected rather than being assigned the normalized trajectory's substrate. See MEM-OBJ-term, MEM-OBJ-trajectory, RT-OBJ-evolution-session and MEM-OBJ-version-report.
  • Representational form: The profile separates model/human interpretation from fixed-rule selectors and gate arithmetic. The natural-language and symbolic findings concern those consumption paths, not JSON encoding alone. Opaque evaluation bodies remain unresolved; projected aggregates do not classify them. See MEM-OBJ-mapping, MEM-OBJ-evaluation and EPI-RTE-gate-aggregation.
  • Lineage: Claimed host authorship, wired supplied-content admission, trace extraction and deterministic metadata/display compilation describe distinct derivation paths. Their coexistence does not establish actual original provenance. Initial thresholds and opaque reference bodies remain unresolved. See RT-RTE-build-publication, MEM-RTE-trace-retention, MEM-RTE-workload-reuse and MEM-RTE-explorer-projection.
  • Behavioral authority: The profile distinguishes advisory semantic knowledge, retained ranking inputs, routing metadata, validation criteria and enforced API vetoes. Learning at an update consumer is separate from knowledge at downstream consumers. Gate force is scoped to session acceptance, not generalized across direct selector writes. The reminder's instruction finding concerns the state-derived action message, not the excluded static skill. See RT-BAP-semantic-guidance, RT-BAP-session-gate, RT-RTE-version-override, MEM-RTE-workload-reuse and MEM-RTE-reminder-delivery.
  • Write agency: Prescribed model admission remains claimed automatic; deterministic derived writes supply wired automatic witnesses. Generic supplied-content calls and original thresholds remain not-determinable. Workflow authorization and software I/O are not substituted for per-content human decisions. See RT-RTE-evolution-admission, MEM-RTE-trace-retention and MEM-OBJ-checkpoint.
  • Curation operations: Retained trace reduction and history-to-workload compilation support consolidation; persistent question normalization/provenance merging supports deduplication. Semantic revision is claimed, direct replacement affords revision, and lifecycle filtering affords scoped withdrawal while history remains. None is upgraded to observed transformation. Transient reply suppression and mere publication are not classified as persistent deduplication or promotion. Indeterminate semantic generation does not establish synthesis. See MEM-RTE-workload-reuse, MEM-RTE-trace-retention, RT-RTE-version-override, MEM-RTE-insight-guidance and EPI-RTE-semantic-projection.
  • Read-back direction and signal: Requested setup, tool results, state reconstruction and rendering support pull. Claude's SessionStart reminder supports push with coarse workspace/count/time eligibility. Its checkpoint ID marks a counting boundary, not targeted identity-based delivery. Pull units are locally inapplicable to push signals without making the partial system axis inapplicable. DDR's optional task filter remains afforded ranking, not wired manifest targeting. See MEM-RTE-reminder-delivery, MEM-RTE-ddr-guidance and RT-RTE-semantic-retrieval.
  • Trace learning and source: Automatic history-to-catalog writes followed by later Builder/task consumption support wired yes. The separate trace-to-ontology update remains claimed at model-mediated production despite wired storage and downstream delivery. These values do not assert improved capacity. Task-linked experience supports trajectories; recorded tool activity supports the claimed tool-traces input to evolution. Opaque origins remain unresolved, and event serialization alone does not imply event-streams. See MEM-RTE-workload-reuse, MEM-OBJ-trajectory, MEM-RTE-trace-retention and RT-RTE-evolution-admission.

The inventory is selective but not presented as complete. Every axis is partial and retains the included InsightBench analytical-history/checkpoint and fallback-consumption alternative. The account's missing-part question therefore prevents complete recovery/history and route comparisons, not the emitted scoped positives; see MEM-RTE-insight-guidance, MEM-RTE-trace-retention and RT-RTE-benchmark-tool-loop. Other unresolved controls, bodies and origins are likewise retained locally. Grouped units preserve the consequential consumer, path and evidence distinctions in their scopes and findings. I found no unsupported emitted value, false complete-coverage assessment or bounded negative requiring repair. These faithfully expressed uncertainties need no additional verification limit.
