Hyalo profile verification

Verification

I checked all ten axes in the handed memory profile, including each unit's scope, assessment, positive findings, evidence basis and unresolved alternatives. The judgment uses the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow accounts and reconciliation. The two superseded epistemic body/frontmatter declarations resolve to MEM-OBJ-body and MEM-OBJ-frontmatter. Distinct request copies, manifest parts, repair routes and access products remain distinct. No source files were read, and no new evidence or records were added.

The comparison boundary is accumulated or changed corpus content, derived access/navigation products, mutable configuration and optionally captured helper artifacts. Static installed guidance, request-local state, host persistence and provider weights are excluded rather than classified as use-derived Hyalo memory. Optional captures remain included as unresolved alternatives. Functional whole-system scope does not establish complete inspection of those alternatives.

Axis Judgment and supporting records
Storage substrate File-backed Markdown and binary snapshots, plus operative loaded index state, support the emitted files and in-memory findings. Configuration publication is file-backed. Optional JSON capture supports afforded files, not observed retention. The untraced output inventory keeps the axis partial. See MEM-OBJ-body, MEM-OBJ-frontmatter, MEM-OBJ-index-entry, MEM-OBJ-bm25, MEM-OBJ-managed-region, RT-RTE-config-install and RT-RTE-jev-suggestions.
Representational form Prose interpretation is separated from fixed property, graph, marker and lexical consumers. Generated display and splice paths retain different findings; helper evidence/rubrics remain distinguishable from control/results. Localized BM25 numbers do not establish parametric memory. Other corpus payloads remain uninspected. See MEM-OBJ-body, MEM-OBJ-index-entry, MEM-OBJ-bm25, MEM-OBJ-managed-region, RT-OBJ-manifest, EPI-OBJ-category-rubrics and EPI-OBJ-classification-results.
Lineage Scanning/tokenization, MADR rendering and rule-generated metadata support other-compiled derivation. The copied Jev body supports imported lineage on that copy path, not authenticated initial corpus provenance. Trace-extracted lineage stays claimed for instructed tidy repairs. Unknown initialization, policy provenance and semantic result derivation are preserved. See MEM-RTE-snapshot-lifecycle, MEM-RTE-navigation-generation, EPI-RTE-metadata-repair, RT-OBJ-document-content and RT-RTE-tidy-review.
Behavioral authority Read prose supplies knowledge; metadata/graph and navigation links supply routing; lexical features supply ranking. Mutable constraints supply validation and, when active, an enforced veto. Optional saved rubrics, controls and decisions retain their separate afforded consumers/effects. Claimed learning is local to activity evidence at the instructed update consumer, not the downstream authority of every repaired field. See RT-RTE-query-read, MEM-BAP-metadata-selection, MEM-OBJ-bm25, RT-RTE-property-write, RT-RTE-config-install, MEM-RTE-navigation-generation, RT-RTE-jev-suggestions and RT-RTE-tidy-review.
Write agency Software-generated access products, navigation and rule repairs have automatic admission; routine agent-selected tidy repairs have claimed automatic admission. Starting a workflow or selecting apply does not establish per-content human admission. Caller-assigned mutations and initial/captured content retain unresolved human-versus-agent control rather than an invented manual finding. See MEM-RTE-snapshot-lifecycle, MEM-RTE-navigation-generation, EPI-RTE-metadata-repair, RT-RTE-tidy-review, RT-RTE-property-write and MEM-RTE-metadata-withdrawal.
Curation operations Existing metadata repair and managed-region replacement support wired evolve; prescribed tidy revision supports claimed evolve. Index extraction/rebuild and metadata removal are not automatically consolidation or invalidation of knowledge. Remaining repair/generator operations are unresolved, so the emitted evolve findings are not a complete operation inventory. See EPI-RTE-metadata-repair, MEM-RTE-navigation-generation, RT-RTE-tidy-review, MEM-RTE-snapshot-lifecycle and MEM-RTE-metadata-withdrawal.
Read-back direction Requested corpus/index/navigation delivery is pull. Independent session-start orientation and automatic configuration loading support push. Explicitly supplied saved helper artifacts support afforded pull. The requested return is not counted again as push, and unresolved specialized consumers prevent known axis coverage. See RT-RTE-query-read, MEM-RTE-navigation-generation, RT-RTE-summary-injection, RT-RTE-config-install and RT-RTE-jev-suggestions.
Read-back signal Session-start/configuration availability supports coarse selection. The summary's recent-file identities do not establish identity-targeted delivery; BM25 on a requested query does not establish inferred-lexical push. Pull units are locally inapplicable, while unresolved automatic consumers keep the axis partial. See RT-RTE-summary-injection, RT-RTE-config-install and RT-RTE-query-read.
Trace learning The prescribed activity-to-agent-repair-to-later-read chain supports a claimed yes: routine model admission changes durable metadata/links used in subsequent work. This finding does not require new knowledge, parameter updates or measured improvement. Document-derived access/navigation, a nonretained injection and helper computation alone do not establish qualifying trace-fed writes. Other write inputs and chains remain unresolved; no system-wide no is asserted. See RT-RTE-tidy-review, MEM-OBJ-frontmatter, MEM-OBJ-body, RT-RTE-query-read, MEM-RTE-snapshot-lifecycle, MEM-RTE-navigation-generation, RT-RTE-summary-injection and RT-RTE-jev-suggestions.
Trace source Recorded Git commit/merge and project activity supports claimed event-streams for the qualifying tidy branch. CLI serialization does not independently establish tool-traces, and opaque Claude-memory origins do not establish session-logs. Mixed diagnosis inputs and untraced write sources remain unresolved. Local nonqualifying computations do not make the whole axis inapplicable. See RT-RTE-tidy-review, MEM-RTE-snapshot-lifecycle, MEM-RTE-navigation-generation, RT-RTE-summary-injection and RT-RTE-jev-suggestions.

Some units group several mechanisms or parts, notably optional helper artifacts and configuration/helper read-back. Their findings still name the operative parts, derivations or consumer effects, retain distinct bases, and explicitly mark unresolved coverage. They do not turn a wired local witness into complete knowledge of the grouped alternatives. The grouping does not establish a material unsupported value or false complete assessment.

I also checked the apparent tension between the claimed tidy trace-learning classification and the reports' refusal to establish exercised learning or an autonomous learner. These concern different conclusions: the profile classifies a prescribed automatic trace-fed durable update, while the reports withhold implementation, operation and benefit. RT-RTE-tidy-review, its memory annotation and the workflow account preserve that distinction. Jev's wired helper does not upgrade doctrine-only foreground review, and saved artifacts do not establish factual acceptance. EPI-RTE-suggestion-review preserves the substantive review boundary.

Every axis expresses partial coverage. The named unresolved corpus, admission, artifact-retention and specialized-consumer alternatives are faithful uncertainty, not evidence of absence. The handed profile supports bounded existence comparisons, not complete-value statistics, actual adoption, semantic correctness, exercised learning or causal benefit. No undismissed defect requires a separate publication limit or repair.
