Verification
I checked every substantive statement in the public synthesis against the handed boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applying the reconciliation's two supersessions. I also checked carriage of the report-verification limit and the supplied profile-verification qualifications. The synthesis answers file is empty and no refusal or previous synthesis verification was supplied. This judgment uses accepted records, not new evidence or target execution. Source-read log: none.
Boundary and runtime progression. The public account supplies its revision, cutoff, evidence layers and selective inspection boundary before explaining mechanisms. The boundary supports inclusion of shipped callers and instructions without attributing external host responsibilities to the target. RT-CMP-core and RT-CMP-host-agent support the semantic-agent/deterministic-executor split. RT-RTE-guidance-install and RT-RTE-runtime-launch support distinct native and workspace payloads, software pinning and the registry-authentication qualification. No statement promotes instruction delivery to compliance or source inspection to successful operation.
Acquisition and maintenance. RT-RTE-source-ingest, MEM-OBJ-source-bytes and MEM-OBJ-url-metadata support byte-copy registration versus pointer-only URL registration, metadata planning and agent-owned synthesis. Exclusive creation is correctly bounded to its APIs. MEM-OBJ-wiki-content, MEM-OBJ-wiki-metadata and EPI-OBJ-wiki-page support separate semantic and symbolic consumers without claiming source fidelity.
The workflow account supports a connected revision procedure with diagnostic identities, source reading, edits, checking, repair and acknowledgment. The synthesis preserves the positive-text requirement for suspected removal, agent ownership and absence of a separate reviewer in this selected procedure. RT-RTE-source-reconcile, MEM-OBJ-reconciliation-edges and MEM-CLM-currency-evidence support the distinction between semantic updates and mechanical edge clearance. The test assertion is presented as an expectation, not a passing run. RT-RTE-workspace-recovery, MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-tree and MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-judgment support explicit broad recovery, clean-state restoration and separate judgment consumers. Neither check nor acknowledgment is described as transactional semantic admission.
Read-back and retained answers. RT-RTE-evidence-answer and its memory annotation support lexical selection, three excerpts, capped candidate cards, excerpt-character budgeting and the policy-only continuation limit. RT-CLM-evidence-boundary and RT-RTE-direct-retrieval support planner-local withholding, bounded dependency propagation and alternate access. The public account does not infer universal denial, semantic contamination closure or host-window management. MEM-CLM-log-exclusion preserves the legacy-log exception.
The retention account leads with the supported later-consumption path, then states the no-match branch, explicit permission, one-concept/index scope and exclusion of raw conversation capture. RT-RTE-evidence-answer supports these conditions and distinguishes permission to keep from truth certification. MEM-CLM-provenance-signal and EPI-CLM-provenance-origin support the manual-unsourced-page countercase; the public text does not treat empty provenance as authenticated origin.
Assessment and limitations. The scenario-relative conclusions match the local evaluator domains in MEM-RTE-workspace-check, MEM-RTE-graph-report and the epistemic conclusion. The canonical memory route citations respect both reconciliation supersessions. No unresolved cross-report conflict is handed to this attempt. The learning and theory-building paragraph explicitly identifies the absence of a formulated-theory assessment in the runtime records rather than inventing condition findings. It preserves positive retention and maintenance while withholding improved capacity, reflective/autonomous theory-builder and exercised self-improvement conclusions. RT-BAP-evidence-context supports an available downstream authority path, not exercised causal dependence. The proposed resolving traces and comparisons do not claim that storage, acknowledgment or loading alone would establish improvement.
The Limitations table carries the settled instruction-withdrawal omission with its supported installation records, prevented exhaustive comparison and resolving account. It also preserves source-warrant, host-loading, provenance, rationale-consumer, caller-control, context-budget and selective-coverage qualifications. The supplied profile verification declares no additional limits; its uncertainties are nevertheless reflected in the retained-material and trace-learning qualifications. No material unsupported conclusion, unsupported comparison value, asserted absence or false complete coverage was found. The local omission below remains publishable because the public text already states its consequence.

Limits
- The instruction-change inventory in RT-RTE-guidance-install and the memory inventory does not separately characterize caller-requested bootstrap uninstall. The supplied report verification identifies ownership/status-checked host-entrypoint removal and dry-run in SRC-1:
packages/cli/src/commands/bootstrap.ts,packages/agent-pack/src/index.ts. Withhold exhaustive instruction-withdrawal and cross-host recovery comparisons; installation/synchronization and wiki-memory conclusions remain supported. The public Limitations table already carries this omission, its consequence and the need for a canonical uninstall route account. No independent source inspection or new evidence is added here.
