Reconciliation
Evidence boundary
The reports share the frozen boundary and its Source register. Their evidence is implementation and doctrine/design, not observed execution or causal experiments. Connections below concern inspected mechanisms and requested behavior, not demonstrated compliance or benefit. No source files were read for this reconciliation; the supplied records retain the supporting passages. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied. The previous reconciliation is not evidence of a current disagreement.
Identity dispositions
No duplicate supersession is established. The following comparisons rule out replacement identities; overlapping containers are not independent evidence of extra artifacts.
- EPI-OBJ-harness-memory covers the memory-kind portion of MEM-OBJ-harness-entry, which also includes prompt-kind text. EPI-OBJ-harness-policy spans prompt, skill and subagent entries, overlapping that prompt portion, MEM-OBJ-skill-contract and MEM-OBJ-subagent-entry. The epistemic grouping separates factual from policy roles; memory separates text, call contracts and reusable child templates. These are overlapping groupings rather than identical whole referents. Neither grouping's supplied findings become wrong merely because the other separates different parts; supersession is ruled out.
- MEM-OBJ-compaction-summary is a declared part of RT-OBJ-session-context. MEM-OBJ-kernel-state and MEM-OBJ-kernel-manifest are distinct payload and reporting parts of RT-CMP-repl-kernel. Summary, session history, serialized values, name metadata and live process are not identical referents. MEM-RTE-kernel-revival is capture/restore, not another process declaration or another context-compaction invocation. Valid containers remain; supersession is ruled out.
- MEM-RTE-digest-delivery owns selection and delivery, while RT-BAP-harness-digest owns downstream consumer, channel, force and horizon. MEM-RTE-harness-inspection is separately requested detail access. MEM-OBJ-refinement-result is retained audit/event output, not its producer RT-RTE-harness-refine. These connected operations, authority and content do not supersede one another.
- RT-OBJ-factory-machine, MEM-OBJ-subagent-entry and MEM-BAP-subagent-template distinguish machine specification, reusable task text and child consumption. RT-BAP-machine-guards is symbolic progression authority, distinct from interpreted task guidance. None is a replacement identity for another.
- WF-RTE-builder-report, EPI-RTE-port-capture, EPI-RTE-pr-review and EPI-RTE-factory-guard are declared parts of RT-RTE-factory-run, not duplicate whole-controller records. Builder is one workflow; capture, review and guard selection are separate functions, with capture shared by multiple workflows. EPI-OBJ-verdict is the PR-manager output protocol within the machine, not the machine specification itself. Supersession of these valid containers is ruled out.
- EPI-RTE-shell-check and EPI-RTE-gate-disposition separate measurement from continuation within RT-RTE-print-prompt. EPI-OBJ-gate-result is the evaluated process result before message rendering, not session history. EPI-RTE-web-search is a named import operation within the broad RT-RTE-python-effects surface; EPI-OBJ-search-results is import-side text, not its later message envelope. MEM-RTE-branch-navigation selects a retained branch and optionally summarizes abandoned work, rather than compacting the active window. These comparisons establish distinct functions or parts, not supersessions.
- MEM-OBJ-skill-contract points to an existing callable and records arguments; RT-RTE-skill-install concerns filesystem packages, instruction discovery and bootstrap. Contract storage is not package installation. EPI-CLM-harness-improve concerns supplemental change and rollback, whereas RT-CLM-user-permissions discloses the execution boundary. Their claims do not duplicate one another. RT-RTE-release-update concerns operator-selected deployment change, not trajectory refinement.
Connected findings and integration dispositions
Compaction and variable survival. The current RT-RTE-context-compact and RT-CMP-repl-kernel explicitly separate process survival from preservation of every value. The runtime now retains both the host prune call and ns.pop(name, None), matching the deletion witnesses in MEM-RTE-kernel-revival and MEM-OBJ-kernel-state. The previous reconciliation's variable-preservation conflict no longer applies. The memory integration issue remains a qualification of an all-values reading and of the summarizer's overbroad persistence instruction, not a disagreement with the current runtime finding. Both reports retain the running-kernel, snapshot-target and successful-artifact-replacement limits; neither establishes exact namespace preservation across all continuations.
Refinement, reasons and outcomes. RT-RTE-harness-refine supplies trajectory-fed planning, scoped software admission, baseline checks and rollback. The memory annotation and MEM-OBJ-refinement-result specify what intervening projections deliver: full reasons and before/after records persist, but planner history and digest omit much of them. Runtime history-fed planning does not require full reason read-back, so this integration issue qualifies rather than contradicts it. The epistemic comparison of EPI-CLM-harness-improve separates requested evidence grounding, operational admission and expected outcome from factual acceptance or measured improvement. RT-RTE-python-effects remains an alternate direct-write path; an entry's existence does not prove refinement produced it. The reports also agree that state mutation and subsequent audit/history writes are not one transaction.
Digest freshness and authority. MEM-RTE-digest-delivery adds default clipping, event-evidence omission and query exclusion from the freshness fingerprint to RT-BAP-harness-digest. Runtime relevance terms describe selection at rendering, not a guarantee of reselection whenever task text changes. The freshness integration issue therefore does not establish a conflict. MEM-RTE-harness-inspection can supply full detail on request, but Python return objects reach the model only as exposed by the cell. Memory and epistemic findings converge on distinguishing delivery from authentication, endorsement and compliance.
Factory transfers, evaluation and delivery. WF-RTE-builder-report and EPI-RTE-port-capture independently analyze source-level capture recovery and provisional exits; their convergence is not independent run evidence. Builder carries selected outline items and joined drafts rather than child transcripts. Status supplies a preview; full child collection and user presentation remain separate. This qualifies RT-RTE-factory-run's result-access account without contradicting an automatic-delivery promise, which that record does not make. Builder resume advances remaining work, not redo of a failed state. EPI-RTE-pr-review and EPI-RTE-factory-guard concern a different machine's assessment and symbolic progression; they do not establish semantic review of builder output. The general runtime's lack of a built-in universal oracle is compatible with these scoped review instructions and with EPI-RTE-shell-check's command predicate followed by EPI-RTE-gate-disposition's enforcing continuation decision.
Coverage and attribution. The memory integration issues retain untraced goals, quota parks, scheduling, fork copying, loader precedence and evaluator consumers. Epistemic additions inspect shell-gate and machine-template functions without settling all those lifecycles. Workflow inspects builder's delivery and failure path without generalizing it to every machine. These limitations do not disagree with supported runtime wiring and cannot establish system-wide absences. RT-CMP-provider-model remains opaque in weights and provider adaptation; local retained-state findings do not resolve remote learning. The reports distinguish internal harness changes from external reports and fixes, and keep exercised self-improvement and benefit unestablished without execution and comparison evidence.
Remaining disagreement
Unresolved conflict: RT-RTE-skill-install and the epistemic authority-route ledger assign different implementation characterizations to resource-to-model/kernel admission. Runtime declares implementation conclusion status afforded, retaining bundled reload guidance and engine/bootstrap wiring with loader precedence and rejection branches uninspected. Epistemic assigns architectural status implemented to the same cited route's discovered-resource consumption, while also retaining loader/rejection limits. The vocabularies differ, but the supplied row does not explicitly establish a narrower subfunction whose wiring would explain the difference. Evidence cited by the reports is SRC-1 skills/skill-creator/SKILL.md, crates/pa-core/src/session_engine/runtime_wiring.rs and crates/pa-core/src/session_engine/engine.rs; memory's annotation adds body expansion in crates/pa-core/src/skills/mod.rs and crates/pa-core/src/session_engine/admission.rs, without settling the whole installation route's scope. No observed invocation is supplied. This prevents one unqualified cross-report implementation characterization of the whole route. This reconciliation selects neither status and does not infer absence from the discrepancy.
