Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded architectural account. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied records, applied the supplied reconciliation's two object supersessions, and checked carriage of the report and profile verification limits. No material blocker remains. No new source evidence, quotations or corrected text were added.
Boundary, progression and delivery
The opening preserves SRC-1's implementation and doctrine/design evidence basis, frozen revision, whole-system functional scope and external-host exclusions. It does not turn source inspection into successful operation, test results or causal evidence. The boundary account supports those distinctions.
The history-to-page account preserves conversion selection, rendered rather than native history, scoped raw-write refusal and force bypass. It separates plain CLI sync from instructed foreground ingest and backend synthesis. Default/unknown dummy selection is not confused with unavailable-backend handling; the Ollama prefix, remote-configuration allowance and mtime regeneration condition remain attached to the relevant route. These statements are supported by RT-RTE-session-conversion, RT-RTE-host-ingest, RT-RTE-backend-synthesis and MEM-OBJ-wiki. The synthesis does not infer factual truth from transcript provenance.
The selected deferred workflow faithfully distinguishes task staging, later foreground pickup, association checks and retained-page delivery. It preserves state advancement before generation, serial processing, the separately invoked continuation, truncated task input, slug-only UUID reuse and caller-owned repair. Neither worker launch nor a separate model frame is credited to the backend. The statements about frontmatter, prior body edits, cleanup and nontransactional recovery match RT-RTE-agent-completion, RT-CLM-append-preservation and the workflow account. The public text distinguishes a written page from later use or publication.
Checks, consumers and separate lineages
The optional candidate account does not strengthen a status rewrite into authenticated human review or evidence-consuming acceptance. Requested cross-linking is not presented as integration after acceptance. The lint, freshness, confidence and lifecycle passages preserve the implemented predicates and their narrow consequences: structural proxies or skips, command status, age warnings, pure helper returns and stored-label display. See RT-RTE-candidate-admission, EPI-CLM-candidate-trust, EPI-RTE-semantic-proxies, EPI-RTE-lint-return, EPI-RTE-freshness-check and EPI-RTE-lifecycle-helper.
The consumer account distinguishes host-selected full pages, MCP lexical snippets and graph labels/paths. It carries the Claude-versus-agent-schema qualification and does not infer exhaustive pull-only coverage from the inspected pull routes. Archive visibility, absent accompanying rejection reasons and endpoint-specific containment remain explicit. The MCP sync flag mismatch is framed as inspected control flow, not an observed failure. See RT-RTE-mcp-access, MEM-RTE-graph-query, MEM-CLM-archive-visibility, MEM-OBJ-navigation and MEM-OBJ-ingest-queue.
The publication paragraph preserves the separate metadata-to-reader lineage and destructive regeneration boundary. It does not route optional Claude prose into curated wiki content or treat reader generation as semantic wiki traversal. This matches RT-RTE-reader-build and EPI-OBJ-reader-overview. Canonical wiki and quality objects remain MEM-OBJ-wiki and MEM-OBJ-quality-metadata; no superseded object finding is strengthened.
Independent properties and limitations
The learning passage leads with the supported automatic trace-to-retained-context contribution, distinguishes routine host-ingest affordance from human-approved method revision, and explicitly withholds measured capacity improvement. Its architectural trace-learning wording is supported by the write/result/later-consumer chain in RT-RTE-backend-synthesis and MEM-OBJ-wiki, not by an assumed beneficial answer. MEM-RTE-self-learn supports the separate approved method-change affordance, without establishing exercised change or subsequent dependence.
The theory-builder paragraph distinguishes localized theory content, content-dependent decisions, criticism with blame and changed reliance, and retained criticism shaping another round. It withholds their establishment rather than asserting their absence. Reflection, autonomy, learning benefit and exercised self-improvement remain separate questions. The account does not infer that opaque model processing lacks theories, nor that a reflection label establishes two-way reflective operation. These qualifications fit EPI-RTE-wiki-reflection, MEM-RTE-self-learn and RT-BAP-wiki-context. Proposed evidence and mechanism changes are conditional assessment changers, not adoption advice or claims that the changes already exist.
The Limitations table carries the one shared maintenance-status limit from both supplied verifications and the reconciliation conflict, with both positions and their prevented single-status conclusion. It also retains execution/causal gaps, unresolved automatic surfaces, partial variant inspection and selective warrant/withdrawal limits beside their consequences. Those qualifications preserve the positive file-retention and deferred-completion account without implying exhaustive inventory, universal acceptance or demonstrated improvement. The scenario-relative closing assessment remains within that evidence boundary.

Limits
- MEM-RTE-wiki-maintenance assesses update/reflection as
afforded, while EPI-RTE-page-update and EPI-RTE-wiki-reflection assess them asclaimed. Their common SRC-1 evidence is the shipped procedures in.claude/commands/wiki-update.mdand.claude/commands/wiki-reflect.md, not observed host compliance. The public account and Limitations table faithfully carry the disagreement. Withhold a single settled implementation-strength comparison for these procedures; their agreed direct-update versus approval-gated-reflection distinction and the independent retained-file and deferred-completion conclusions remain supported.
