Verification

Checked every axis of the handed memory profile against the accepted records, including its unit scopes, positive findings, evidence bases and unresolved inventory. Resolved the two object supersessions through the supplied reconciliation: wiki content is classified under MEM-OBJ-wiki, and quality fields under MEM-OBJ-quality-metadata. The separate reader overview remains distinct. No source reads, replacement records or new quotations were needed.

Axis Judgment
Storage substrate File findings are supported for raw/wiki content, work metadata, graph serialization, publication products and afforded method revisions. Graph JSON does not establish a graph database, and transient process objects do not add an accumulated store. Uninspected retained variants remain inside the partial inventory. See EPI-OBJ-raw-sessions, MEM-RTE-graph-query, RT-RTE-reader-build and MEM-RTE-self-learn.
Representational form The profile separates prose interpretation from fixed-rule metadata consumption, particularly pending prompts versus UUID checks. It does not classify opaque model weights as accumulated memory or substitute the folder display summary for its full payload. Mixed excerpts and unread variants remain unresolved. See RT-OBJ-pending-prompts, MEM-OBJ-navigation and MEM-OBJ-quality-metadata.
Lineage Imported raw material, trace-derived pages/tasks and compiled access/publication products have local derivation warrants. The known units identify derivation paths rather than claiming complete original authorship. Initial candidate/custom content and mixed-source alternatives remain unresolved. See RT-RTE-session-conversion, RT-RTE-backend-synthesis, RT-RTE-candidate-admission and MEM-RTE-graph-query.
Behavioral authority The findings identify actual consumers and effects: prose as context; retained text/features as ranking inputs; mtimes and graph structure as routing inputs; pending identities as validation criteria and enforced association guards; task/method prose as instructions. Learning authority at an update consumer is distinguished from downstream knowledge authority and from measured improvement. Queue retention alone receives no inferred consumer force. See RT-RTE-mcp-access, RT-RTE-agent-completion, MEM-RTE-self-learn and MEM-OBJ-ingest-queue.
Write agency Automatic findings concern software/model admission, not workflow initiation or physical writes alone. Manual findings concern explicit content approval for saved answers, reflection changes and method diffs. Candidate caller identity is correctly unresolved rather than assumed human or autonomous. Maintenance bases remain separately attributed. See RT-RTE-host-ingest, RT-RTE-candidate-admission, MEM-RTE-wiki-maintenance and MEM-RTE-self-learn.
Curation operations Consolidation is supported by retained-session reduction, and evolution by replacement/merge and requested revisions. Promotion and archival have bounded transition warrants. The invalidation finding is explicitly limited to trusted-area placement, not a universal retrieval veto. No synthesis value is inferred from a command name, and helper calculations do not establish durable decay. See RT-RTE-backend-synthesis, RT-RTE-candidate-admission, MEM-CLM-archive-visibility and MEM-OBJ-quality-metadata.
Read-back direction Requested reads, query results, synthesis reloads and explicit pending-task pickup support pull findings. Ranking or delivery inside those requests does not independently establish push. Unresolved SessionStart/special-memory alternatives prevent complete pull-only coverage. See RT-RTE-mcp-access, RT-RTE-agent-completion, MEM-OBJ-ingest-queue and MEM-OBJ-navigation.
Read-back signal Local inapplicability is confined to assessed requested operations. The axis remains not-determinable because proposed automatic alternatives lack established selectors, selected parts and delivery channels. Neither path names nor UUID association are misclassified as identifier-based push. See RT-OBJ-pending-prompts, MEM-OBJ-ingest-queue and MEM-OBJ-navigation.
Trace learning Automatic trace-fed source-page/task production and afforded routine ingest have retained results and later consumers. The separately retained metadata-fed reader overview also has an automatic write and later reader endpoint; it is not represented as curated wiki context. Explicitly human-approved mechanisms are locally inapplicable to the automatic-write condition, not unsupported absence findings. Other admissions remain unresolved. See RT-RTE-backend-synthesis, RT-RTE-host-ingest, EPI-OBJ-reader-overview and MEM-RTE-self-learn.
Trace source Session turns and recorded tool material support the respective source findings on the source-page/host branches. The profile does not assert that every truncated input includes both. Reader-overview input is separately scoped to session-derived metadata, without importing a tool-source finding from another branch. Mixed-source alternatives remain unresolved rather than becoming event streams through serialization. See EPI-OBJ-raw-sessions, MEM-OBJ-wiki, RT-RTE-reader-build and EPI-OBJ-reader-overview.

Some units group several mechanisms. Their notes retain the distinct part, consumer, admission or evidence basis needed to interpret the emitted findings. These groupings do not upgrade unresolved alternatives or establish complete system inventories. All positive axes remain partial; read-back signal emits no positive value. The records support the emitted existence findings without operation or causal-benefit evidence. No unsupported comparison value, evidenced absence or complete system coverage claim was found.

Limits

  • Maintenance implementation strength remains disputed: MEM-RTE-wiki-maintenance assesses update/reflection as afforded, while EPI-RTE-page-update and EPI-RTE-wiki-reflection assess them as claimed. The profile's rationale preserves both positions, and its write-agency and curation axes remain partial. Consumers should withhold a single settled implementation-strength comparison for these maintenance procedures. Their agreed admission distinction—direct requested update versus approval-gated reflection—and independently supported routes remain usable; neither position establishes execution.
