Verification
I checked the substantive statements in the public synthesis against the handed boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applying the supplied reconciliation. I also checked its Limitations against both handed verification judgments. Neither declares a blocker or additional limit, reconciliation declares no unresolved conflict, and no refusal or substantive synthesis answers were supplied. This review uses accepted records and their retained passages; it adds no source reads, execution evidence or corrections. Structural acceptance is not the basis of this judgment.
Evidence boundary and retained-state progression
The opening states the frozen revision, cutoff, SRC-1 implementation and doctrine/design basis, included callers and host instructions, and lack of registered execution or causal evidence. These agree with the boundary and evidence and Source register. Whole-system functional scope is not presented as exhaustive adapter inspection or evidence about deployed external services.
The positive cross-instance memory finding is supported by RT-RTE-index-state and MEM-OBJ-passage-text: the shipped reload caller supplies a concrete later consumer, but not an observed run. The synthesis uses the canonical memory passage object rather than relying on the superseded epistemic duplicate. Its operational interpretation of the connection claim remains within EPI-CLM-memory-connections, without adopting the biological analogy or claiming measured recognition quality.
The extraction, structural admission and normalization account preserves the distinctions among model proposals, processable triples and warranted relations. EPI-RTE-openie-generation, EPI-RTE-triple-check, EPI-RTE-triple-admission and EPI-RTE-text-normalization support the stated two-stage online path and collision deduction. The synthesis correctly bounds the collision to normalized search identity while retaining original passages. Model-role and weight-fixity statements remain local to the inspected orchestration, as supported by RT-CMP-extraction-llm, RT-CMP-qa-llm and RT-CMP-embedding-model.
Persistence, reuse and withdrawal statements follow MEM-OBJ-openie-state, MEM-OBJ-graph-state, MEM-OBJ-chunk-metadata, MEM-RTE-response-reuse and RT-CLM-state-compatibility. Compatibility is not promoted to truth, immutable weights or atomicity. Content-hash identity, replaceable source metadata, surviving shared contributions and independent cache retention explain why source refresh is not atomic replacement or secure forgetting. The cache finding is explicitly about the inspected wrapper, not every provider.
Retrieval, answers and alternate routes
The ordinary retrieval account is supported by RT-RTE-retrieve-answer, EPI-RTE-fact-check and EPI-RTE-fact-selection. It preserves candidate membership versus relevance or truth, approximate remapping versus faithful model intent, graph seeding versus answer verification, and dense fallback on empty or failed filtering. The passage-only QA account and count-based context limits agree with those records and the memory core ideas. The defaults are identified as recorded defaults, not universal token limits or observed costs.
The answer and evaluation claims remain within EPI-CLM-grounded-answer, EPI-RTE-metric-evaluation and EPI-RTE-host-check. Passage conditioning, delimiter parsing, normalized reference agreement and instructed host checking are not treated as semantic acceptance or observed factual reliability. Scores have reporting force, not a demonstrated retained revision consumer.
The alternate-route paragraph preserves the consequential qualifications in RT-RTE-standard-rag, RT-OBJ-query-solution, RT-RTE-ircot-retrieval and RT-RTE-offline-extraction. Dense baselines, supplied solutions, current-call thought-directed search and the two distinct offline modes prevent universal graph, provenance or online rejection claims. None is presented as observed successful operation or durable method improvement.
Host workflow and independent property conclusions
The selected folder procedure is a connected prescribed workflow in WF-RTE-folder-indexing, not a reconstruction from unrelated capabilities. Preparation, conditional confirmation, refresh, batches and final reporting remain host responsibilities. RT-RTE-mcp-tools supports one-instance serialization, typed results and tool-error delivery, not global exclusivity or rollback. The synthesis preserves the count-only audit boundary, failed-refresh consequence and limited read-only enforcement. The call-count mismatch is supported by EPI-CLM-call-guidance; it is not replaced with an unsupported universal cost estimate.
The scenario assessment leads with implemented durable acquisition and later selection, then withholds stronger factual-admission, recovery, erasure and benefit conclusions. Its learning discussion distinguishes searchable additions from demonstrated improved future capacity. Theory-builder conditions are not assigned inferred negative values: the text explicitly says the runtime supplies no formulated-theory assessment establishing them. Reflection, autonomous theory building, host workflow ownership and self-improvement are separately unestablished, not bundled into a system-wide absence verdict. These bounded conclusions follow RT-RTE-index-state, EPI-RTE-metric-evaluation, the epistemic bounded conclusion and WF-RTE-folder-indexing. The self-improvement paragraph identifies the missing evaluation-driven durable update and later exercise rather than making successful benefit a membership requirement. Trace-origin uncertainty is consistent with MEM-RTE-response-reuse and the retained passage inventory; it does not deny the implemented document-memory contribution.
The proposed evidence changes address separate missing warrants: semantic fidelity, causal benefit, exercised self-change, interrupted-write recovery, cache erasure and multi-process coordination. They do not assert that one successful trace would settle every property.
Limitations and materiality
The Limitations retain the analytical consequences of missing execution and causal evidence, structural rather than semantic checks, producer drift and partial writes, identical-text provenance, cache survival, host/deployment opacity, incompletely classified alternatives and input origins, restricted metric domains, unestablished future-capacity/self-change properties and mutable installation. The table preserves the supported positive account while identifying conclusions readers must withhold and evidence needed to resolve each uncertainty. There is no handed verification limit or reconciliation conflict missing from it.
I found no substantive strengthening of the cited records, unsupported comparison value, evidenced-absence claim or complete-coverage claim. The remaining uncertainties are already faithfully scoped in the public text; they create no additional publication defect or limit. The synthesis can be read without the supporting members' context and supports its bounded architectural account, not empirical efficacy or a system-wide epistemic grade.
