Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked every substantive passage against the handed reports, their annotations and the reconciliation's identity supersessions. I also checked carriage of the two report-verification limits and the profile-verification lineage limit. No previous synthesis verification or refusal was supplied; the synthesis answers file is empty. No target source was read, no evidence was added and no target code was executed. The evidence remains SRC-1 implementation and doctrine/design, not observed operation or causal benefit, as fixed by the boundary.
Runtime progression and capability changes
The public account distinguishes host factory admission, manager scheduling, ADK progression and model-selected actions. Its enqueue/idleness qualifications agree with RT-RTE-user-dispatch. Dynamic creation is correctly described as structural admission rather than execution, competence evaluation or least privilege: unconditional baseline tools and current-registry rebuilding remain explicit under RT-RTE-create-subagent. The selected child return, optional inherited history, surviving child session and conditional full-text fallback preserve the bounds of RT-RTE-directed-child.
Backend-dependent shell effects, trusted host imports and advisory edit guidance are not promoted to universal containment. Soft budget accounting retains its coverage and overshoot conditions under RT-CLM-soft-budget. Live and direct-runner alternatives remain separate under RT-RTE-live-runner and RT-RTE-direct-driver; the synthesis does not export ordinary manager guarantees to those paths.
Retention, transformation and reliance
Wiki path disclosure is not described as automatic content retrieval or semantic approval. MEM-RTE-wiki-maintenance supports the afforded read/write account and its resource-lifetime conditions. Compaction correctly separates stored original events from the folded model view, identifies automatic trace-fed production and later consumption, and withholds cumulative fidelity and improved capacity. The separate write-route meaning of trace learning is stated beside that positive finding; it is not used to infer learning from criticism or successful self-improvement. MEM-OBJ-compacted-content and the memory annotation on RT-RTE-history-compaction support the range-subsumption and failed-replacement risks. MEM-CLM-pinning-survival supports the conditional pin-survival and prospective-unpinning account.
Tool-result replacement, removal of original keys and explicit full-file reload are supported by the canonical MEM-RTE-output-reduction. The synthesis uses the canonical findings and summary referents after supersession, without treating finding check, write and delivery as identical routes. Benchmark handoffs and recovery preserve schema/non-empty selection, current configuration, surviving resources and cleared-inbox limits under MEM-RTE-explore-handoff, MEM-RTE-findings-resume and MEM-RTE-checkpoint-resume.
Checking, workflow and independent properties
Consultation remains transcript-bounded advice. The positive critique factory witness does not resolve grants for the other tools. Independent validation fields are not a mandatory pin-write veto under EPI-RTE-claim-validation. Duplicate suppression and retained contradiction analysis are not truth acceptance, automatic retraction or integration of accepted knowledge under EPI-RTE-finding-write.
The selected DevOps progression preserves optional delegation, requested verification, Boolean completion, default stopping, grading before collection and best-effort export. It does not turn post-run grading into automatic rework or an export veto under WF-RTE-devops-grading and the workflow account. Cybench acceptance, vulnerability type comparison, heuristic reward and the null-status PoC success cue retain separate licenses and consumers. The parser counterexamples remain implementation deductions, not observed failures.
The four theory-builder conditions are separately unestablished at the instance level, consistent with the epistemic bounded conclusion. Reflection and computational autonomy are supported as named architectural opportunities, not role-complete theory building or exercised change. Retained organization-changing paths remain positive while criticism-caused capacity and exercised self-improvement remain unestablished. External trainer updates are not attributed to RT-RTE-evaluation-rollout. Proposed evidence and system changes identify the particular conclusions they could alter rather than promising universal improvement.
Carried limitations and materiality
The Limitations table faithfully carries partial build-verifier/repetition-suppression coverage, live web event-edit admission and omitted findings/vulnerability lineage units, with the affected record citations and prevented comparisons. These gaps do not invalidate the selected DevOps account or the positive retained-context mechanisms. Other rows preserve semantic-fidelity, recovery, external-dependency, grant, evaluator and delivery uncertainty. Reconciliation establishes no unresolved cross-report conflict requiring an additional row. The public text is readable without the supporting members and claims neither complete inventories nor system-wide absence. I found no unsupported central conclusion, strengthened evidence status or additional record fault requiring a blocker or a new limit. Existing limitations remain publication constraints; none below does not withdraw them.
