Reconciliation
Evidence and correction basis
The supplied members share the run and revision fixed by boundary. Its Source register supplies SRC-1 implementation and doctrine/design, with no observed run or causal experiment. This reconciliation uses the supplied reports and their retained passages; no target source was read. No analyst correction answers or declined cross-report objections were supplied. The previous reconciliation is checked against the current records rather than treated as an established judgment.
Duplicate supersessions
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-findings is superseded by MEM-OBJ-findings. Both identify /shared/findings.md in the main sandbox, containing timestamped caller findings and model contradiction/completion text. Identity evidence is SRC-1, src/opensage/toolbox/general/agent_tools.py; the check and write passages are retained in EPI-RTE-finding-check, EPI-RTE-finding-write and MEM-RTE-finding-admission. The epistemic inventory and finding ledger concern the same file as the memory admission/read-back account. This establishes object identity only. Both IDs remain declared, and neither report's findings about criticism, admission or unobserved theory instances are replaced.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-tool-summary is superseded by MEM-OBJ-tool-summary. Both identify the rewritten response's _tool_response_summary, replacement result and optional _tool_response_file. SRC-1, src/opensage/features/summarization.py, supplies the dictionary-clear/replacement passage retained in their producing routes. The epistemic transformation ledger and memory read-back account therefore address the same replacement object. The original saved response is separately MEM-OBJ-tool-output; its mention in the epistemic record does not identify it with the summary or make the pointer an automatic read.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-tool-reduction is superseded by MEM-RTE-output-reduction. Their endpoints, selector, save, summary/prefix branches, response mutation and later history/file consumers identify the same after-tool mechanism. Evidence is SRC-1, src/opensage/features/summarization.py and src/opensage/plugins/default/adk_plugins/tool_response_summarizer_plugin.py, including the replacement passage retained in both reports. Both declare implementation wired and operation uninspected. The supersession affects references to that mechanism, not the epistemic classification of model summarization as indeterminate or the memory findings about persistence and fallback.
Containers and distinct identities
MEM-RTE-finding-admission spans the comparison, retention and peer supply separated in EPI-RTE-finding-check, EPI-RTE-finding-write and EPI-RTE-finding-delivery. These are distinct functions inside an end-to-end container, not identical routes. The container can remain: both reports distinguish duplicate suppression from truth acceptance, first-entry/no-model bypass from ordinary comparison, and retained contradiction text from automatic retraction. The memory afforded status concerns unresolved shipped invocation; the epistemic wired fields concern inspected internal progression. Its ledger's architectural implemented value is another vocabulary. These scoped statuses do not establish a disagreement or authorize selecting a single stronger status.
MEM-RTE-history-consultation groups history-consuming consultation, while EPI-RTE-critique-feedback, EPI-RTE-assumption-audit and EPI-RTE-claim-validation separate targets and returned fields. None is identical to the grouped container or to RT-RTE-directed-child: consultation calls a model directly rather than spawning a managed tool-using child. SRC-1, src/opensage/toolbox/general/agent_tools.py, supplies their common implementation. The epistemic critique record additionally identifies a factory grant in agent_library/agents/poc_agent_static_tools/agent.py. The memory report leaves registration unestablished by its own bounded search; it does not assert that no factory grants critique. This positive witness and scoped uncertainty coexist. Neither establishes grants for audit/validation or observed activation.
The declared parts MEM-RTE-checkpoint-resume, MEM-RTE-hook-retention and MEM-RTE-findings-resume remain distinct from their respective containers RT-RTE-user-dispatch, RT-RTE-host-extension and RT-RTE-direct-driver. They isolate recovery selection, retained callback content and a findings-to-PoC transition, rather than redeclaring complete execution routes.
Likewise, WF-RTE-devops-grading, EPI-RTE-cybench-check, EPI-RTE-cybench-disposition, EPI-RTE-vulnerability-comparison and EPI-RTE-vulnerability-reward are distinct benchmark-specific parts of RT-RTE-evaluation-rollout. Check, disposition, grading and optimization signal have different targets and consumers. None supersedes the generic rollout or another benchmark's result.
MEM-RTE-explore-handoff adds a separate SWE-bench direct-runner handoff. It is not identical to the local-support/vulnerability paths selected in RT-RTE-direct-driver, nor to managed child return. The runtime's selected examples do not claim exhaustive direct-driver coverage, so this addition is not a contradiction.
Objects mentioned by runtime routes are not thereby duplicate declarations. MEM-OBJ-traj is the retained event container; MEM-OBJ-compacted-content is its derived summary/range material; MEM-OBJ-pinned and MEM-OBJ-todo are independently edited task files. MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-selectors holds session/resource metadata rather than template-level RT-OBJ-agent-definition. MEM-OBJ-knowledge-files, MEM-OBJ-hook-context, MEM-OBJ-image-parts and MEM-OBJ-vulnerability-findings identify different payloads and consumers. The last holds proposed findings, not the later comparison decisions. MEM-CMP-memory-service is an opaque service handle, not the endpoint RT-CMP-base-llm or an established retrieval route.
Authority paths also remain separate. MEM-BAP-summary-authority carries retained results; RT-BAP-memory-policy carries maintenance instructions. WF-BAP-devops-workflow carries a shipped root method, unlike constructor skill/edit guidance in RT-BAP-tool-guidance or dynamic instruction authority in RT-BAP-dynamic-instruction. MEM-CLM-pinning-survival isolates a durability assertion included in the broader EPI-CLM-knowledge-policy. The latter also concerns wiki retention and revision; they are overlapping claims, not identical whole referents. Neither is identical to policy delivery or RT-CLM-runtime-creation.
Current part declarations and prior conflict dispositions
The previous consultation missing-part conflict no longer applies to the supplied epistemic member. EPI-OBJ-review-text now has declared parts EPI-OBJ-critique-idea, EPI-OBJ-assumption-audit, EPI-OBJ-validation-reasoning and EPI-OBJ-validation-decision. SRC-1, src/opensage/toolbox/general/agent_tools.py, supplies their return/parser evidence. The inventory and ledger distinguish advisory text from fixed-rule validity/confidence extraction. The container explicitly denies a pooled license and remains valid alongside its parts; no split supersession is needed. No corresponding memory object declaration duplicates these individual result identities.
The previous benchmark missing-part conflict likewise no longer applies. EPI-OBJ-benchmark-results now has declared parts EPI-OBJ-flag-correct, EPI-OBJ-judge-pass, EPI-OBJ-judge-reasons, EPI-OBJ-solved-score, EPI-OBJ-vulnerability-match and EPI-OBJ-match-reason. Evidence is SRC-1, benchmarks/cybench/helpers.py and benchmarks/secodeplt/vul_detection_memory.py. The current ledger separates exact comparison, model judgment, solved disposition, match counting and explanation export. The result container is not a pooled oracle and need not be superseded. EPI-OBJ-reward-score remains a separate optimization signal. These dispositions concern current declarations, not acceptance of the reports' substantive conclusions.
Integration issues and independent convergence
The memory physical-trimming correction targets a source docstring, not a contrary runtime finding: RT-RTE-history-compaction already describes folded history. Its memory annotation and MEM-OBJ-compacted-content add stored-original/read-view separation, range subsumption and risks to cumulative reasons. MEM-BAP-summary-authority adds model-role construction despite the summarizer's user-resumption wording. The annotation also retains the failed-replacement branch that can still skip originals. Evidence is SRC-1, src/opensage/features/summarization.py and src/opensage/patches/adk_llm_compaction.py. No runtime claim guarantees cumulative semantic preservation, user-principal authority or lossless fallback. The epistemic compaction ledger treats summary admission separately from truth checking. These findings therefore qualify the mechanism without creating a cross-report disagreement or proving observed loss.
MEM-CLM-pinning-survival bounds the source's unconditional wording through read failure, stripping, helper coverage and prospective unpinning. EPI-CLM-knowledge-policy attributes that wording to doctrine rather than guaranteeing it in implementation. The epistemic report's incomplete independent pin-I/O tracing does not cancel memory's positive read-path account or resolve its failure limits.
Finding-lock limits converge in MEM-RTE-finding-admission and EPI-RTE-finding-write: separate read/append locks do not cover model evaluation. MEM-RTE-image-retention retains an unresolved ADK content-copy contract, not an established guarantee that request filtering leaves stored objects untouched. No supplied report settles that dependency fact. The memory evaluation annotation qualifies graph-export documentation; RT-RTE-evaluation-rollout makes no separate graph-dump guarantee. These are local limits, not incompatible findings.
The generic rollout's uninspected benchmark oracles coexist with the specialists' concrete interfaces. DevOps grading consumes external script output and classifies stopped work without vetoing export; Cybench disposition records a bounded solved criterion; vulnerability comparison and heuristic reward have different licenses. EPI-RTE-poc-interpretation and EPI-CLM-poc-success concern a separate submission parser, not the schema admission of vulnerability findings or DevOps grading. Their null-status counterexample does not refute all PoC checking, and no other report promises that this particular success string establishes exploit identity.
The workflow annotations refine RT-RTE-directed-child and RT-RTE-evaluation-rollout with optional delegation, selected return, default stopping and best-effort delivery. Runtime success/idleness is not task acceptance; workflow verification policy and its finish flag are not the driver's post-run grading. Memory checkpoint/read-back findings preserve the same distinction between retained state and faithfully replayed effects.
The epistemic member now names optional build verification, repeated-call suppression and web event editing as unassessed operations. Its remaining benchmark, skill and extension coverage limits prevent a whole-system negative about checking, acceptance, revision or integration. Those limits do not contradict the workflow's selected grading account or the memory report's scoped retention positives. All four reports distinguish implemented opportunities from exercised behavior and demonstrated benefit. Persistence, requested criticism, returned advice, dynamic registration and exported rewards do not alone establish improved capacity or exercised self-improvement.
Unresolved conflicts
No unresolved cross-report disagreement is established by the supplied findings. The two previous missing-part conflicts have current declared parts, and no dependent finding requires a superseded version of those containers. The remaining registration, dependency-copy, semantic-fidelity, evaluator and trainer uncertainties stay bounded beside their mechanisms. No supplied correction answer requires adjudicating competing declined positions. This reconciliation makes connections and conflict dispositions only; report verification retains judgment and analysts retain ownership of any changes.
