Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded source-level account. I checked its substantive statements and limitation rows against the complete supplied analyst records, reconciliation supersessions and verification judgments. The synthesis answers file is empty and no synthesis refusal is supplied. No frozen-source reads, new evidence or corrected text were introduced. The evidence remains SRC-1, implementation and doctrine/design only, as established by the Source register.
Boundary and progression. The opening identifies the frozen revision, cutoff, external hosts and distinction between host-interpreted workflows and executable helpers. Its acquisition, compilation, persistence and query progression preserves incremental selection, guide modes, ordinary model admission, post-write self-checking and conversation provenance. Source pointers, verification dates and count-based indexes are not strengthened into derivation, human acceptance or semantic freshness guarantees. Refresh overwrite and conversation authorship appropriately qualify raw-only reconstruction. See RT-RTE-compile-wiki, MEM-RTE-admit-sources, MEM-OBJ-schema, MEM-OBJ-frontmatter, MEM-OBJ-index and MEM-RTE-refresh-sources.
Workflow ownership and delivery. The synthesis correctly places plan-mode credibility review and raw admission within each path-agent's pipeline, before foreground compilation. Plan confirmation is not per-source approval. Filename coordination and serialized compilation are not represented as locks, enforced write ownership or protection against another session. Recovery retains partial artifacts and the unspecified failed-path skip transition; terminal reporting is not receiver acceptance. These findings agree with EPI-RTE-source-review, EPI-RTE-source-selection, RT-RTE-research-paths and the workflow account.
Consumption and operational memory. Read-only claims remain entry-specific and dependent on external host enforcement. Session rehydration is explicitly state-derived summary/pointer delivery, not digest-body delivery or target-owned transcript compaction. Digest promotion, feedback promotion and semantic lesson extraction remain distinct. Implemented defaults, manual-summary sanitation limits and the absence of automatic instruction installation are preserved. See RT-RTE-query-wiki, RT-RTE-session-bridge, MEM-OBJ-session-digest, MEM-RTE-feedback-candidates and MEM-RTE-extract-lessons.
Checking and change. Semantic research/audit doctrine is acknowledged rather than erased by the narrower executable checks. Thesis verdicts are not promoted to observed acceptance; lint, adapter receipts, checkpoint seals, specialist validation and fixture grading retain their distinct targets and licenses. The synthesis follows the lesson and refresh supersessions without suppressing lens-specific findings. Its learning discussion leads with implemented durable trace-fed updates and advisory supply, then separates that local write-route contribution from improved future capacity. Theory-builder conditions, reflection, autonomous theory building, model mutability and exercised self-improvement retain independent evidence limits. The proposed evidence that would change the assessment matches those gaps. See EPI-RTE-thesis-verdict, EPI-RTE-trust-review, RT-RTE-adapter-execute, RT-RTE-checkpoint-export, EPI-RTE-fixture-evaluation and RT-RTE-specialist-enable.
The Limitations table carries all three report-verification limits, the remaining refresh conflict and their prevented conclusions. Profile verification declares no additional limit; the synthesis preserves its distinction between trace-fed writes and demonstrated improvement. The remaining uncertainty is stated without implying complete coverage or evidenced absence. No additional material defect is established by the supplied records.

Limits
- MEM-OBJ-datasets, MEM-OBJ-inventory, MEM-OBJ-projects and the epistemic coverage inventory retain incomplete native-payload, collection, output, package and evaluator coverage. The synthesis limitations carry this boundary correctly. Withhold exhaustive route counts, complete payload classifications, cross-host equivalence and system-complete epistemic negatives; the positively traced mechanisms remain supported.
- MEM-RTE-refresh-sources leaves delegated visibility uninspected, whereas EPI-RTE-source-refresh calls it inapplicable to the foreground protocol. Both positions remain visible in the synthesis limitations. Withhold a settled refresh context-boundary or isolation comparison; sampled comparison, user choice and overwrite remain supported.
- The workflow recovery account and RT-RTE-research-paths do not establish the exact failed-path skip transition at the compilation barrier. The synthesis retains that gap. Withhold a complete failed-path delivery/recovery guarantee; successful-path serialization and the offered recovery choices remain supported.
