Verification

I checked all ten axes of the memory profile against the handed records and annotations, including local findings, evidence bases, natural units and inventory coverage. I resolved the lesson-extraction and source-refresh supersessions to their memory declarations. I assessed the author's correction answer and the previous verification afresh. No frozen-source files were read; no new records or quotations were introduced.

Storage and form. File-backed local objects are separated from unresolved external storage. Readable bodies, summaries and guidance are separated from machine-consumed identities, dates, statuses and hashes. The grouped local inventories are coarse, but their findings retain claimed versus wired witnesses rather than upgrading all listed objects to inspected implementation. Dataset manifests, project rationale and digest pointers do not classify their opaque payloads. The partial axes preserve those alternatives. Lineage. Import, local authorship, non-trace compilation and trace extraction are supported as distinct derivation paths. Authored guidance does not classify all personal package provenance, and subsequent compilation does not settle initial content origins. The unresolved lineage unit preserves those distinctions. Behavioral authority. The profile identifies retained parts, consumers and effects for knowledge, instruction, learning, routing, ranking, validation and enforcement. In particular, retained experience feeding durable summaries is distinguished from the summaries' later advisory context role. Neither establishes improved capacity or canonical factual acceptance. Registry and bundle controls have bounded admission force, not universal host enforcement. The broad consumer groupings retain the actual paths and evidence bases in their findings; they do not erase the unresolved payload consumers. Write agency. Model/software admission after workflow initiation supports automatic findings. Explicit user content choices support claimed manual findings. Generic CLI invocation remains unresolved rather than being treated as authenticated human approval. The surviving refresh delegation disagreement concerns context boundaries, not its shared user-choice mechanism. Curation and the correction. The unsupported invalidate finding is removed from both the axis and its rationale. The current account confines refresh flagging to lowered confidence and a warning; it no longer presents that as withdrawal of current reliance while retaining history. This resolves the previous blocker rather than merely adding a caveat. The earlier promotion omission is also repaired: feedback-candidate promotion and digest-body promotion now have distinct units, retained inputs and wired witnesses. The remaining curation findings follow transformations rather than labels. Bounded state windows support local decay, state/digest revisions support evolve, and reduced operational representations support consolidate. Claimed lesson deduplication supplies a retained-memory witness independently of research source selection, which alone would not establish curation over retained memory. Semantic novelty and untraced rewrite branches remain unresolved; the profile does not infer synthesize from the word synthesis or curation from index rebuilding. Read-back direction and signal. Requested query, explicit session operations and fixture delivery are pull. Independently supplied hook context is push. Exact cwd matching selects eligible states; digest availability, recency and count filtering provide a separate coarse signal. The classified delivered part is state-derived summary/path context, not the digest body. Inapplicable signal units are confined to named pull operations, while unresolved alternatives remain uninspected. Trace learning and source. Automatic trace-fed durable summary/candidate production has later context/review consumers and supports wired yes. Conversation lesson extraction supports claimed yes. User turns support session-logs; lifecycle callbacks support event-streams; recorded tool-event descriptors support tool-traces without implying retention of tool-result bodies. Manual-summary provenance, other potential qualifying writes and opaque host continuations remain unresolved. These findings use the profile's write-route definition, not a claim of observed improvement, reflection or exercised self-improvement. Every axis remains partial, with unresolved included alternatives and prevented conclusions stated locally. No complete system inventory, bounded absence, observed operation or causal benefit is asserted. Coarse units do not support fine-grained exhaustive route comparisons, but they leave the emitted positive findings valid and retain the missing coverage. These faithfully scoped uncertainties require no additional verification limit. The corrected profile has no remaining material defect established by the handed records.
