Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication within its stated partial-loop boundary. I checked every substantive statement against the handed records, their annotations and the supplied reconciliation's three identity supersessions. I also checked carriage of the report verification's two limits and the profile verification's scoped uncertainty. No correction answers or synthesis refusal supplied an additional objection. This judgment concerns support and public meaning, not a repeated structural or quotation-occurrence check. No source reads or new evidence were needed.
The opening accurately distinguishes a complete specification artifact from a completed runtime, and static bridge behavior from observed operation. Its scope, cutoff, external dependencies and evidence layers agree with the boundary. The source-to-query progression and file-level process handoffs follow the workflow account and RT-RTE-design-lifecycle; the text does not invent an exercised multi-agent workflow. Compilation guidance, truncated input and the single-user-message example support the limits on context fitting and instruction separation in RT-OBJ-compile-template and RT-BAP-compile-guidance.
The checking and admission account preserves the separation between structural checks, consistency comparison, model criticism, score-based disposition and configured human approval. It does not convert them into demonstrated factual acceptance: EPI-RTE-article-audit, EPI-RTE-article-disposition. The retained-feedback contribution leads the learning discussion at design strength, with the broken plumbing, unobserved rewrite and missing improvement comparison beside it. Conversation promotion likewise retains its human commitment step and unresolved profile visibility: MEM-RTE-feedback-recompile, MEM-RTE-conversation-promotion, MEM-OBJ-user-profiles. Superseded profile and promotion identities are not treated as additional objects or stronger evidence.
The bridge account accurately describes independently dispatched tools rather than an automatically chained lifecycle. Its consequential counterexamples are supported: advisory audit output, asymmetric draft exclusion, metadata replacement, numeric-confidence precedence, unchecked downstream commands, stale copied destinations and ambiguous memory fallback. See EPI-RTE-audit-dispatch, RT-RTE-vault-publish, MEM-OBJ-unified-vault, EPI-RTE-maturity-mapping and RT-RTE-link-remember. The public account withholds atomic delivery, universal approval and authenticated write protection without asserting that unavailable backends lack their own controls.
The delivery account preserves the distinction between requested retrieval and automatic model-input supply, without claiming unsolicited delivery to an external foreground agent. Echoed budgets, unused history controls, queue/router scope, graph assembly defects and pack completeness concerns follow RT-RTE-client-query, RT-RTE-model-proxy, MEM-RTE-graph-context and MEM-RTE-pack-export. The limitations table carries both retained inventory omissions with their mechanisms and prevented comparisons. The profile judgment introduces no additional limit requiring carriage. The reconciliation identifies no unresolved cross-report disagreement; its amendments preserve findings rather than upgrading statuses.
The scenario-relative assessment is bounded to specified workflow contracts versus unenforced guarantees, not product ranking or adoption advice. The four theory-builder conditions remain separately qualified as claimed, claimed, uninspected and claimed. Future capacity, reflection, autonomy and exercised self-improvement are not inferred from retention or article labels. The self-change discussion identifies missing live authority and subsequent causal dependence rather than excluding knowledge-page changes categorically. These conclusions remain within RT-RTE-design-lifecycle. Future governance and integrity proofs retain their distinct, proposed scope in EPI-RTE-claim-governance and EPI-RTE-proof-export. The requested implementation, trace and comparison evidence would change the corresponding assessments without being presented as already available.

Limits
- The proposed working-context inventory remains incomplete around MEM-RTE-graph-context and memory Read-back. The separate satellite helper drops oldest non-system messages while retaining system messages and at least two non-system messages; approximate counting, that retention floor and unestablished caller/reload wiring prevent a complete context-removal comparison or guaranteed fitting. The synthesis limitations already carry this inherited limit, its SRC-1 scope and resolving evidence. Readers may retain the graph/template/legacy distinctions, but should withhold complete comparison of proposed context-removal mechanisms.
- The proposed evaluation/admission inventory remains incomplete around MEM-RTE-feedback-recompile, EPI-RTE-article-disposition and workflow recovery. The watcher study also proposes an ArticleWriter confidence heuristic based on citation markers, wikilinks and length, with confidence-threshold auto-approval in its diagram. This is neither an installed gate nor a factual evaluator. The synthesis limitations already preserve this inherited SRC-1 limit. The assessed audit-score route remains supported, but readers should withhold a complete admission-criteria inventory and the inference that every confidence score comes from model review.
