Reflexion profile verification

Verification
I checked all ten axes in the memory profile, including their unit scopes, positive findings, evidence bases and inventory assessments. I used the handed reports and reconciliation, not target execution or new source evidence. The profile's canonical programming-hint and offline-audit references follow the supplied supersessions. Valid state containers are not treated as duplicates of their narrower parts.
Storage and form. Files and process state are supported by the plan, trace, candidate and checkpoint records. The profile separates interpreted model input from fixed-rule controls and executable saved source. MEM-OBJ-hotpotqa-checkpoints supports the file substrate and symbolic serialization envelope, not a complete classification of the opaque payload. The profile preserves that distinction. Provider model components do not license a parametric finding for unknown use-dependent memory; the profile correctly leaves that alternative unresolved.
Lineage and admission. Recorded failed attempts and feedback support trace-extracted guidance; explicit file loads support imported content; host packaging supports other-compiled containers. Immediate-reflexion's omitted execution feedback is preserved rather than silently assigned ordinary-programming trace provenance. Automatic append, replacement and admission are supported by MEM-OBJ-alfworld-memory, MEM-OBJ-webshop-memory, MEM-OBJ-hotpotqa-reflections and RT-RTE-program-attempt. Launching an experiment does not establish manual approval. Resumed-content control and initial provenance remain unresolved. The lineage inventory has the local omission stated below.
Authority. The profile distinguishes advice at the later model from experience at the update producer. This supports knowledge and learning at separate consumers without establishing validated diagnoses or improved capacity. Configuration flags and row counts have fixed routing/suppression effects. MEM-OBJ-state supports ranking at the visible cost interface without establishing unavailable search scheduling. MEM-RTE-result-validation supports executable instruction, retained-test validation and solved-row routing at the standalone consumer. The LeetCode alternative remains afforded, not wired, consistent with MEM-RTE-leet-evaluation.
Curation. MEM-OBJ-last-attempt supports reduction of retained experience into a delivered excerpt; its omitted observations support local forgetting, not deletion of the original store. Latest-diagnosis and current-candidate replacement support evolve within their stated scopes. The profile does not infer semantic synthesis from a request for a new plan, deduplication from UCS identity bits, or invalidation from last-three delivery. Uninspected output semantics remain unresolved rather than being treated as evidenced absence.
Read-back direction and signal. Explicit configuration/file acquisition and subsequent unsolicited model/executor supply are separate operations. Indexed environment-to-plan/scenario correspondence supports identifier selection; recency, availability, strategy, outcome and size budgets support coarse selection. Agent ownership alone is not upgraded to identifier matching. RT-RTE-webshop-trial and MEM-OBJ-webshop-memory establish later reflection consumption but not action-plan delivery. Joblib saving is not assigned an invented reload route. Missing UCS selection and provider routes remain unresolved.
Trace learning and origin. Automatic trace-fed plans, diagnoses, retained excerpts and feedback-fed successors have later consumers in the cited records. Wired yes findings therefore do not require observed improvement. WebShop's reflection consumer is sufficient for its scoped positive; it is not substituted for the missing action consumer. Environment attempts and HotPotQA scratchpads support trajectories; recorded execution and ReAct retrieval feedback support tool-traces. The profile explicitly confines HotPotQA tool-traces to ReAct rather than no-context CoT. Candidate-only immediate-reflexion remains unresolved, not a fabricated bounded no. Session role labels and serialization do not independently establish session-logs or event-streams.
Across these axes, the Python generation boundary and independently callable Rust validator are kept distinct. The required-argument defect in RT-RTE-program-attempt and RT-RTE-program-variants is not erased by conditional wiring language. All axes retain partial coverage and name opaque or unresolved alternatives. No emitted observed, causal, whole-system absence or complete-axis finding requires withdrawal. Grouped units are sufficient for the stated existence findings; they do not support complete per-route statistics.

Limits
- The profile's lineage inventory does not separately classify model authorship of retained candidate programs, although RT-OBJ-cur-func-impl and RT-RTE-program-attempt establish generation and later candidate consumption. Its candidate-related entries concern feedback-fed hints, imported result reads and container packaging rather than that original candidate derivation. This leaves candidate-by-candidate lineage comparisons incomplete. It does not invalidate the partial axis or its authored existence finding, which has the separate immediate-reflexion witness; consumers must not treat the emitted units as a complete derivation inventory.
