Verification
Checked every axis, its classification units, findings, evidence bases and inventory assessments in the memory profile against the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow records. Applied the supplied reconciliation: the epistemic claim-text and embedding declarations resolve to their memory counterparts; the broader epistemic metadata container remains distinct from its finer memory parts. No classification depends on a superseded declaration. The profile adds neither source evidence nor an observed-operation claim.
- Storage and form: File persistence, Git history and retained vector comparison support the respective substrates. Natural-language content, symbolic controls/access keys and distributed numerical coordinates are distinguished at consumption. JSON encoding does not turn coordinates into symbolic content, and the vector finding does not claim parameter training. Diagnostic prose and historical messages remain distinguishable from code-consumed fields (MEM-OBJ-claim-text, MEM-OBJ-claim-metadata, MEM-OBJ-gate-records, MEM-OBJ-claim-embeddings, MEM-OBJ-trust-rules, MEM-OBJ-wiki-history).
- Lineage: The profile separates inspected extraction/vector derivations, retained operation traces, template initialization and documented operator policy edits. Known producer paths do not resolve arbitrary initial or replacement payload provenance. The trace-extracted classification of outcome records does not establish a trace-fed learning route (MEM-OBJ-claim-text, MEM-OBJ-claim-embeddings, MEM-OBJ-gate-records, MEM-OBJ-trust-rules, MEM-OBJ-wiki-history).
- Behavioral authority: The answering model and later reviewer receive knowledge context; stored eligibility fields enforce selection and supply admission criteria. Retained vectors rank matches and determine threshold-mediated admission outcomes. Retained rules route trust assignment and supply enforced admission policy. Operator inspection is an afforded knowledge path, not a wired automatic policy update. These consumer-specific findings do not infer instruction authority from system-message placement or factual warrant from gate passage (RT-BAP-query-evidence, RT-RTE-ingest-admission, MEM-OBJ-claim-metadata, MEM-OBJ-claim-embeddings, MEM-OBJ-trust-rules, EPI-RTE-gate-disposition).
- Write agency: Ordinary software admission is automatic despite operator initiation and source-trust choice. Explicit file edits and confirmed destructive maintenance have separate manual findings and distinct afforded/wired bases. Generic direct API callers remain unresolved rather than being assumed human-controlled. Grouped normal writes share the recorded admission control; they are not classified merely by their physical I/O (RT-RTE-ingest-admission, RT-RTE-operator-maintenance, MEM-OBJ-claim-text, MEM-OBJ-trust-rules, MEM-OBJ-wiki-history).
- Curation: Same-entry replacement supports afforded evolution. History-preserving withdrawal and destructive reset support different invalidate/decay findings. These findings do not assert automatic semantic revision, timed decay or retraction of an already-loaded context. Extraction from transient source text and rejection of new duplicates do not establish consolidation or merging/removal of retained duplicates. Unknown replacement semantics remain unresolved rather than supplying synthesis or promotion (MEM-OBJ-claim-text, MEM-OBJ-trust-rules, MEM-OBJ-wiki-history, RT-RTE-operator-maintenance, RT-RTE-ingest-admission).
- Read-back direction and signal: Requested ingestion, query/context, listing and configuration loads support wired pull; operator file/history inspection supports afforded pull. Automatic filtering within those requested chains does not create another push operation. UUID access and cosine admission checks do not establish push-selection signals. The profile limits signal inapplicability to the assessed pull chains and retains unspecified external consumers separately (RT-RTE-ingest-admission, RT-RTE-context-query, MEM-OBJ-trust-rules, MEM-OBJ-gate-records, MEM-OBJ-wiki-history).
- Trace learning and source: The searched query-feedback absence supports the known local negative and local source inapplicability. It does not negate source compilation or opaque provider adaptation. No accepted record establishes qualifying activity-trace origin for acquired documents or an automatic derived-guidance consumer of stored diagnostics/history. The remaining units therefore stay unresolved. Partial learning coverage correctly retains its local negative without asserting a system-wide negative; the source axis remains not-determinable (MEM-ABS-query-feedback, RT-RTE-context-query, MEM-OBJ-claim-text, MEM-OBJ-gate-records, MEM-OBJ-wiki-history).
The profile's unresolved provider-retention alternatives are supported by the adapters' recorded inspection boundary, not by an assumed provider mechanism. They prevent complete-inventory conclusions without invalidating local application findings. External weights and static shipped prompts are not substituted for accumulated memory (RT-CMP-extraction-model, RT-CMP-review-model, RT-CMP-embed-model, RT-OBJ-system-prompts). The workflow's separately invoked query and stdout-only answer delivery agree with these route classifications (RT-RTE-context-query).
The stated uncertainty travels with the extracted units and axis assessments. It neither conceals an unsupported positive nor implies complete coverage or absence. No material defect requiring correction, or additional unresolved issue requiring a publication limit, was established. No source files were read; this judgment uses only the supplied records, reconciliation and contracts.
