Nuggets synthesis verification

Verification
The handed synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against their cited declarations and annotations, the reconciliation's two supersessions and remaining conflict, and both supplied verification judgments. No refusal or correction answers were supplied. No target-source files were read, evidence added or target code executed. This judgment concerns support and faithful qualification, not demonstrated operation.
Boundary, invocation and authority
The opening states the frozen revision, cutoff, original TypeScript application boundary and implementation/doctrine evidence basis from boundary. It excludes the absent advertised plugin without excluding the shipped gateways. It does not attribute the external Pi model loop to Nuggets or infer deployment from code.
The messaging account preserves the consequential distinctions in RT-RTE-message-turn: enqueue return versus later forwarding, continued session addresses versus demonstrated continuation, inactivity timeout versus wall-clock deadline, busy eviction and Telegram's HTML-to-plain-text fallback versus router replay. The ingress paragraph correctly limits RT-CLM-ingress-control to transport predicates. Shared shelf state and inherited environment do not become isolation or sandbox guarantees. These findings use SRC-1 src/gateway/router.ts, src/gateway/pi-pool.ts, src/gateway/pi-rpc.ts, src/gateway/telegram.ts and src/gateway/config.ts as retained in the records.
Retention, selection and withdrawal
The capture paragraphs distinguish model proposals from code admission and automatic hooks. MEM-RTE-hook-capture and EPI-RTE-preference-capture support the unchecked tool-effect and lost-negation qualifications; the latter remains a static witness, not an observed incident. The storage and recall account separates readable facts, reconstructed HRR state, lexical key selection, finite-vocabulary decoding, greatest-confidence cross-kind selection, local fallback and enumeration. It correctly withholds factual probability and accuracy claims. Support is MEM-OBJ-nugget-facts, MEM-RTE-recall-selection and EPI-RTE-recall-score, with SRC-1 src/nuggets/memory.ts and src/nuggets/shelf.ts passages.
MEM-RTE-context-rebuild supports start-only missing-key hydration, branch replay, prefix/order selection, ten active-file entries and the lack of a global fact budget. Delivery is not presented as compliance. MEM-RTE-compaction-extract supports slice-before-filter and the distinction between persisted task text and locally copied paths. The synthesis uses canonical MEM-OBJ-task-summary, not its superseded epistemic declaration, and preserves its explicit-recall versus ordinary-injection distinction. SRC-1 .pi/extensions/nuggets.ts supplies the retained passages.
The withdrawal account does not overgeneralize: MEM-RTE-fact-mutation, MEM-RTE-context-rebuild and MEM-OBJ-promoted-memory establish three separate retained-copy gaps, while direct library deletion remains possible. It therefore supports withholding global withdrawal rather than asserting that deletion never works.
Deferred work, learning and warrant
The reminder account follows the selected conditional configuration in the workflow account, not an invented episode or universal recipient path. It preserves the missing originating identifier, append-before-admission confirmation, default-recipient dependency, startup suffix selection, malformed-cron nonmatching and one-shot removal before asynchronous completion. Sender calls are not recipient receipts or semantic acceptance. The heartbeat substring filter is kept separate from timer delivery. RT-RTE-schedule-admission and RT-RTE-proactive-turn support these distinctions through retained SRC-1 .pi/extensions/proactive.ts, src/gateway/main.ts, src/gateway/cron.ts and src/gateway/router.ts evidence.
Learning-related findings lead with the supported automatic trace-to-retained-context routes and explicitly distinguish their write-route meaning from improved future capacity. Promotion remains a conditional writer: MEM-OBJ-hit-metadata, RT-RTE-memory-promotion and MEM-OBJ-promoted-memory support the missing ordinary-call session ID, last-marker counting, inherited hits, conditional rewrite risk and unestablished external reader. The synthesis does not turn the README's faster/cheaper objective into measured benefit or exercised self-improvement. EPI-CLM-memory-improvement supports its bounded assessment at SRC-1 README.md and src/nuggets/promote.ts.
The accepted runtime supplies no condition-by-condition theory-builder assessment. The synthesis explicitly assigns none rather than manufacturing statuses from storage or delivery. Criticism improving future action, reflection and autonomous theory-building remain separately unestablished; timer invocation and automatic capture remain supported. EPI-ABS-truth-acceptance supports only the local truth-acceptance negative, and EPI-RTE-memory-tests preserves fixture oracles without production admission or executed-test success. External cognition is not declared absent.
Carried limitations and public readability
The Limitations table carries the sole report-verification limit: memory's stale attribution of the former compaction wording. Current records agree on the mechanism, and the table correctly withholds only reliance on that attribution. Profile verification declares no additional limit. Its partial host coverage and conditional path durability are nevertheless preserved. The table also retains execution, causal, host, initial-lineage, concurrency, promotion-reader and plugin boundaries without converting missing evidence into absence.
The public account explains the operational progression before applying learning and warrant distinctions. Its scenario-relative conclusions and proposed resolving evidence do not rank products or recommend Commonplace adoption. No substantive claim requires stronger evidence than its records provide, and no new blocker or record fault was identified. The remaining local attribution limit is publishable because the public account already states its consequence.

Limits
- MEM-RTE-compaction-extract and memory's Integration issues retain a stale attribution of “last twenty matching tool calls” to runtime. Current RT-RTE-memory-context explicitly states slice-before-filter and agrees with memory's retained loop from SRC-1
.pi/extensions/nuggets.ts. Withhold the integration issue's implication that the current runtime still has a mechanism objection; the shared twenty-block-suffix selection, persisted task text and local path-copy conclusions remain supported. The synthesis's Limitations already carries this residual attribution discrepancy and its consequence. It does not undermine the public mechanism account.
