Reconciliation

Evidence and identity

This reconciliation connects the supplied members at the frozen boundary. It uses their records and supporting passages, not additional source inspection. The Source register supplies implementation and doctrine/design evidence, but no observed run or causal experiment. No correction answers or refusal were supplied. The connections below do not convert requested agent behavior into observed operation.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-learnings is superseded by MEM-OBJ-journal-summary. Both identify the same journal summary, achievements, period learnings and score fields, stored in graph records and interpreted by journal users/models. Both cite SRC-1, examples/journal/skills/day-summary/SKILL.md and examples/journal/skills/period-summary/SKILL.md; the memory record's period-learning passage and the epistemic record's groundedness passage concern this same retained material. The epistemic inventory, journal-review ledger and learning-claim comparison therefore concern the memory-declared object, not an additional store. Both IDs remain declared. This identity changes no findings: the memory record retains lineage and selection limits, and the epistemic member retains the distinctions among score judgments, calculations, historical accounts and inferred patterns.

No other record identity is established. In particular:

Overlapping routes and complementary findings

MEM-RTE-history-maintenance spans import/preview, undo/redo, rollback/squash and journal maintenance. EPI-RTE-import-preview isolates the CLI import/preview operation; EPI-RTE-undo-redo isolates caller-selected suffix withdrawal/restoration. RT-RTE-journal-repair instead identifies log/DB divergence repair. These narrower routes overlap the maintenance account but are not identities of that broader record or of one another. The broad account remains valid, so no split supersession is made. Fresh import ultimately uses RT-RTE-graph-update; replay uses prepared apply. The shared use of an executor does not identify the caller-facing routes with the graph-update route. All retain wired implementation and uninspected operation findings. Their passages support different command-specific gates and the common limit that restoration is not factual reapproval.

EPI-RTE-import-format is an explicitly declared part of RT-RTE-git-import. It separates deterministic prompt/line/position processing from model generation, so it does not supersede its parent. Its account of omitted commit hashes and time-of-day qualifies what evidence reaches the model; the runtime's mention of Git stat calls does not assert that their complete results reach the prompt. The format record's static trace supports reformatting and placement only. The runtime and memory annotation both retain the printed-proposal boundary and the empty-list mismatch. None supplies an admitted later consumer for the generated proposal.

EPI-RTE-import-mapping is the shipped human-approved mapping/batching procedure, not another identity for RT-RTE-graph-update or EPI-RTE-import-preview. The memory annotation adds this procedure to its write-side account without declaring another mapping route. Prompt approval and executable structural admission remain separate; no graph-wide human veto follows.

EPI-RTE-journal-review covers evidence review, confirmation, retention and subsequent planning in selected journal skills. MEM-RTE-journal-curation also covers capture, initializer behavior, briefings and additional planning skills. Their shared summary/review legs converge, but the routes do not have identical endpoints and scope. Neither supersedes the other. The epistemic ledger separates checking, disposition, retention, conditional integration and plan adaptation within its route; the memory account supplies the wider raw-to-derived-to-later-consumer chain. MEM-BAP-journal-guidance identifies the interpretive authority of those retained inputs, not another route declaration. Human correction for personal journal/planning use is compatible with unknown original external-source warrant and unobserved acceptance of any actual ampliative claim.

EPI-RTE-task-findings and MEM-RTE-task-curation share capture, refinement and investigation. The memory route additionally includes collaborative design and its retained specification contract. Their scopes differ, so neither supersedes the other. Both feed RT-RTE-task-guide, but neither is identical to the full guide-selection/implementation route: preimplementation capture/refinement is not wholly contained in it. Their common investigation leg is also described by the workflow annotation, which declares no new route. Retain the memory distinction between findings and specification, the epistemic distinction between symptom reproduction and causal diagnosis, and the workflow's handoff through reread task fields.

RT-BAP-task-guidance and MEM-BAP-journal-guidance have different retained inputs and tasks despite their common foreground-agent channel. They are not duplicate authority paths. The workflow adds staged guide loading and its host-context limits to the existing task path, not a separate delegate or isolated worker frame.

Integration-issue dispositions and apparent status differences

The memory integration issues qualify retrieval rather than correct runtime admission. MEM-RTE-selected-read distinguishes CLI argv post-search trimming, stdin pagination, MCP selection and HTTP delivery. RT-RTE-graph-update does not promise a uniform selector or exhaustive duplicate search. These are different routes, not supersessions or contradictory pagination guarantees. Duplicate screening in task/import prompts must retain the memory report's coverage limits.

The same integration section distinguishes the add-log script's visible update from ancestor initialization assigned to MEM-RTE-journal-curation. No supplied peer record assigns that initialization to add-log, so this source-comment discrepancy is not a disagreement between reports. Opaque health/calendar/activity injection remains a shared limit of that route and EPI-RTE-journal-review, not grounds to remove the known subsequent transformations. The maintenance account's bounded squash/rehash inspection likewise does not conflict with RT-CLM-transaction-boundary: graph transaction consistency is not immutable retention of every history or rationale field.

RT-RTE-llm-call has implementation conclusion status afforded because no core consumer was found. Its epistemic ledger row calls the inspected helper's schema-checking architecture implemented. These vocabularies answer different questions; the ledger explicitly preserves the missing downstream consumer. Neither status supersedes the other or establishes operation. The two runtime model components remain distinct configured call surfaces with uninspected provider internals, not identified models or stores.

RT-RTE-task-guide is claimed at the implementation layer; the epistemic ledger calls its interpreting procedure doctrine only, and the workflow supplies additional guide passages at that same evidence layer. Expected preimplementation test failure in the workflow account is a checkpoint, not a contradiction of the final verification instruction. Final passing tests and met criteria remain prompt completion conditions, not an executable release gate. No report establishes a commit, merge, release or Task-complete transition.

EPI-CLM-agent-memory and EPI-CLM-period-learnings state different source claims: shared typed memory versus grounded personal learning lines. Neither duplicates RT-CLM-transaction-boundary or RT-CLM-derived-effects, which concern consistency and post-commit effects. Storage wiring, journal review policy and unmeasured learning benefit therefore remain separate conclusions.

Cross-report conflicts and limits

No unresolved cross-report disagreement was identified in the supplied versions. The memory integration questions are overlaps, qualifications or local evidence limits; the workflow's broader guide inspection does not contradict the epistemic member's explicitly narrower inspection. No supplied dependent finding requires a peer record to say something it no longer says. No declined cross-report objection was supplied.

The reports converge on bounded graph admission, non-atomic derived effects, requested later journal/task consumption and external-host semantic interpretation. This convergence is not independent experimental corroboration: the members share SRC-1 and reuse runtime records. Missing execution, original external-input provenance, uninspected host/provider behavior and bounded algorithm coverage prevent the stronger operational, correctness and benefit conclusions each report names. Those limits neither erase the supported paths nor settle them into a single system-wide status.
