Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication with the carried inventory limit below. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applied the reconciliation's insight supersession, and compared its Limitations with both supplied verification judgments. No synthesis refusal or substantive synthesis answers were supplied. No source reads, target execution or new evidence were needed. This is a semantic judgment, not a repetition of deterministic citation, identity or quotation checks.
Boundary and public intelligibility. The opening states the frozen revision, cutoff, source layers, included responsibilities and excluded host/service execution. This agrees with the boundary and Source register. The account explains the host/CQ division before discussing analytical properties. It does not promote test source, seed content, instructions or installed configuration to observed operation. Its progression from experience through permission, retention, remote eligibility, delivery and feedback reads independently of the supporting reports.
Candidate production and admission. The synthesis preserves foreground-agent extraction, the conflicting server-reflection description, and missing candidate evidence: RT-RTE-session-reflection, EPI-CLM-reflection-server. The insight supersession does not lose unknown source warrant or turn an action recommendation into an accepted proposition: MEM-OBJ-insight. Interactive user permission, field/credential checks and later remote review remain distinct. Requested screening is not described as endpoint enforcement, and headless/direct routes and the option to approve an original hard-finding candidate remain explicit: RT-CLM-proposal-approval, RT-RTE-knowledge-proposal, workflow account. The scoped contrast with automatic guardrail doctrine does not assert a repository-wide absence: EPI-CLM-guardrails-layer.
Review and recovery. The public account preserves what the reviewer receives, the separate review principal, browser-local skip, retained rejection, status-gated ordinary query, programmatic approval alternate and non-atomic precheck/write. It does not infer truth, independent human review or PRIVATE-tier isolation from approval: RT-RTE-remote-review, RT-CLM-approved-query, workflow account. Go fallback and Python discovery-before-insertion failure are separately stated. Transfer is correctly bounded by new identity, omitted history, local deletion before remote approval and possible duplicate publication: RT-RTE-knowledge-proposal, RT-RTE-local-drain, with the memory annotations retaining payload omissions. Neither batch continuation nor drain is presented as transactional recovery.
Selection, feedback and warrant. SQLite candidate expansion, ordinary remote status/domain selection, local-first deduplication/truncation, count budgets and MCP warning omission support the delivery account: RT-RTE-knowledge-query. Optional semantic final ranking retains the distance contribution as well as nearest-vector preselection, consistent with the memory annotation and epistemic ledger; provider and wrapped-error limits survive. MEM-OBJ-knowledge-vectors and RT-CMP-token-embedding do not establish quality or factual warrant. Confirmation defaults, assertion-consuming score updates, successful stale/incorrect flags, Go-local duplicate retention and failed server/Python Client duplicate requests are not conflated: MEM-OBJ-selection-metadata, MEM-OBJ-flags, RT-RTE-knowledge-feedback. The sole-result counterexample properly qualifies protection without denying future ranking influence: EPI-OBJ-evidence, EPI-CLM-flag-protection. Advisory delivery remains separate from action and compliance: RT-BAP-knowledge-guidance.
Workflow and independent properties. The selected interactive reflection progression, limited novelty check and three completion endpoints agree with the workflow account. The strongest supported experience-responsive contributions lead the assessment: ranking changes and the automatic failure-event-to-retained-snippet-to-stop chain. The narrow trace-learning mapping is consistent with that chain, without adding diagnosis or benefit requirements: RT-OBJ-failure-record, RT-RTE-failure-reminder. Transport-cache reuse and static installation are distinguished from lessons and experiential self-patching: MEM-RTE-discovery-resolution, RT-RTE-host-installation. Theory-builder conditions 1–4, improved capacity from criticism, reflection, autonomy and exercised self-improvement retain independent uncertainty, as supported by RT-RTE-session-reflection and the epistemic bounded conclusion. Missing execution does not erase the wired positive capacities. The proposed resolving traces and architectural changes address the relevant missing links rather than imply a product ranking or Commonplace recommendation.
Carried limitations and materiality. The supplied reconciliation leaves the missing independent prose-criticism declaration unresolved. Both supplied verification limits concern that same inventory gap. The first Limitations row carries their citations and consequences: complete part-addressed criticism and independent admission/consumption/lifecycle comparisons must be withheld. The synthesis does not classify either mixed container uniformly or claim arithmetic evaluates prose. This is a publishable local inventory limit, not a central-mechanism failure. The other rows preserve operation/causal gaps, missing acceptance evidence, conflicting reflection instructions, provider/initialized-state uncertainty, partial alternatives and lossy delivery/transfer. Their consequences leave the scenario-relative persistence-and-selection account supported while withholding stronger factual, confidentiality, novelty, equivalence and improvement conclusions. No unsupported comparison value, strengthened evidence layer or complete-coverage claim warrants a blocker.

Limits
- MEM-OBJ-flags and the overlapping EPI-OBJ-evidence retain optional Go-local prose criticism within mixed feedback containers without its own operative-part declaration. SRC-1 passages and consumer accounts retained in these records support separate arithmetic and host-text effects, but not a complete independently addressed criticism inventory or comparisons of its admission, consumption and lifecycle. The synthesis Limitations already carries this consequence and both supplied verification limits. The bounded feedback and advisory-delivery findings remain supported; readers must not infer absent criticism, uniform form/authority or arithmetic evaluation of the criticism's argument.
