CQ report verification

Verification
The pinned reports support publication of a bounded source-level account, with the coarse operative-part inventory limit below. All four previous blockers are repaired in the current wording. The supported account remains within the boundary: CQ retains caller-authored advice, controls storage and selection, and supplies host instructions; it does not establish successful host reasoning, factual acceptance or learning benefit.
I read every supplied member, type, correction answer, structural check and previous verification. The runtime and epistemic answers are arguments checked against the current reports and frozen implementation, not evidence of repair by themselves. Memory and workflow answers are empty. The supplied report check reports none; there is no structural failure to route. SRC-1 HEAD equals the reviewed commit and checkout status is clean. I inspected the tracked top-level tree and independently traced the consequential producer/consumer chains below. No target code, tests, examples, providers or services were executed. Source reads establish implementation; prompt, schema-description and architecture statements establish doctrine/design. Deterministic citation and quotation checks remain distinct from this semantic judgment.
Correction dispositions
Duplicate feedback: The current RT-RTE-knowledge-feedback, runtime account, EPI-OBJ-evidence, epistemic adaptation ledger, flag-protection comparison and bounded conclusion all preserve the same exception as MEM-OBJ-flags. Independent inspection of SRC-1 sdk/go/client.go, sdk/go/remote.go, sdk/python/src/cq/client.py, sdk/python/src/cq/scoring.py, sdk/python/src/cq/models.py, server/backend/src/cq_server/models/knowledge.py and server/backend/src/cq_server/services/knowledge.py confirms the chain. Go-local duplicate requests can supply a reference; the Python Client supplies none, and the server reason-only request discards the Go reference. Python Flag construction rejects duplicate without duplicate_of before either update. The reports now withhold persisted-objection and ranking authority on those failing paths while retaining confirmation, stale/incorrect and Go-local positives. Both previous feedback blockers are discharged.
Python proposal recovery: RT-RTE-knowledge-proposal and forcing case two distinguish destination-resolution failure from per-call fallback. SRC-1 sdk/python/src/cq/discovery/_resolver.py converts exhausted transport/5xx discovery failures to DiscoveryError, which inherits Exception; sdk/python/src/cq/client.py propagates it through destination construction past propose's RemoteError/HTTPError catches, before insertion. Cached or successful resolution followed by a caught operation failure remains a supported fallback. Go's remote layer wraps discovery failure as errUnreachable, preserving its separate fallback. The previous recovery blocker is discharged without weakening unrelated local retention.
Semantic ranking: The epistemic selection ledger, dependent claim comparison and bounded conclusion now distinguish ordinary relevance × confidence from optional weighted relevance/distance × confidence. SRC-1 server/backend/src/cq_server/semsearch/queries.py confirms nearest-vector preselection followed by (0.8 × relevance + 0.2 × (1 − normalized distance)) × confidence, using zero normalized distance when the selected total is nonpositive. This agrees with the memory query annotation and MEM-OBJ-knowledge-vectors. RT-RTE-knowledge-query remains compressed but does not assert that distance ceases to matter. The previous epistemic formula blocker is discharged; no runtime formula blocker is warranted.
Record and route checks
Host reasoning and behavioral instructions. RT-CMP-host-model, RT-OBJ-skill, RT-RTE-session-reflection, RT-CLM-proposal-approval, RT-BAP-skill-protocol and EPI-CLM-reflection-server were checked against SRC-1 sdk/go/prompts/SKILL.md, sdk/go/prompts/reflect.md, sdk/python/src/cq/reflect.py and cli/mcpserver/server.go. The dedicated command requests foreground-agent extraction; five-tool registration and the stub do not implement the skill subsection's server extraction. Interactive approval and VIBE√ are requested policies, with a headless exception, not software attestations. The source disagreement is preserved. Opaque host parameters and missing reasoning traces do not license either exercised theory building or its absence.
Knowledge persistence, selection and authority. RT-RTE-knowledge-query, RT-RTE-knowledge-proposal, RT-RTE-local-drain, RT-RTE-knowledge-feedback and RT-BAP-knowledge-guidance were traced through SRC-1 sdk/go/client.go, sdk/go/remote.go, sdk/go/store_sqlite.go, sdk/go/scoring.go, sdk/python/src/cq/client.py, cli/mcpserver/query.go and cli/mcpserver/propose.go. Local-first deduplication/truncation, SQLite domain-or-FTS candidates, count rather than token budgets, MCP query warning omission, transfer without old identity/evidence/flags, and deletion before remote approval are supported. These establish future availability and ranking capacity, not actual advisory reliance or benefit. Python extension omission is supported by its remote proposal body. No faithful-replica or uninterrupted-availability guarantee is emitted.
Remote admission and the selected workflow. RT-RTE-remote-review, RT-CLM-approved-query and the workflow account were checked against SRC-1 server/backend/src/cq_server/api/routes/knowledge.py, server/backend/src/cq_server/api/routes/review.py, server/backend/src/cq_server/api/deps.py, server/backend/src/cq_server/services/knowledge.py, server/backend/src/cq_server/services/reviews.py, server/backend/src/cq_server/repositories/knowledge.py, server/backend/src/cq_server/repositories/_queries.py, server/frontend/src/api.ts, server/frontend/src/pages/ReviewPage.tsx, server/frontend/src/components/ReviewCard.tsx and server/scripts/seed-kus.py. Approved-only public reads do not enforce PRIVATE-tier confidentiality. JWT review authentication does not require a human or independent reviewer. Pending precheck and unconditional status update do not establish a single-winner transition. The seed caller is an included automated approval/score driver, not external verification. The reflection workflow faithfully separates user permission, structural admission, remote visibility and later tool delivery. Reviewer rendering supplies the retained lesson and metrics, not the originating session or VIBE√ provenance. Skip is session-local; reject changes eligibility. Neither workflow completion nor browser review proves factual acceptance.
Operative knowledge parts. MEM-OBJ-insight, EPI-OBJ-insight, MEM-OBJ-selection-metadata, MEM-OBJ-flags, EPI-OBJ-evidence and MEM-OBJ-extensions were compared with SRC-1 schema/knowledge_unit.json and the client/scorer/store/wire/browser chain above. Text, selector metadata and opaque extension values have distinct meanings and consumers. Initial confirmations are admission defaults, not independent successful-use evidence. Local serialized delivery can expose flag prose despite server-only schema doctrine; arithmetic does not evaluate its argument. Mixed-container uncertainty is explicit rather than hidden behind a uniform classification.
Replacement and auxiliary state. MEM-RTE-store-replacement and EPI-RTE-store-deletion match SRC-1 sdk/go/store_sqlite.go: transactional replacement refreshes indexes, and deletion removes the unit/FTS entry. Afforded generic editing and wired physical deletion describe different scopes, not competing judgments of the same invocation. RT-OBJ-failure-record and RT-RTE-failure-reminder match SRC-1 cli/internal/hook/cursor.go: latest clipped failure, interrupt exclusion, later stop output/clear and session-start expiry. They do not produce a diagnosed lesson. RT-RTE-host-installation matches SRC-1 cli/internal/install/pi.go and cli/internal/install/files.go: static transformation, ownership/hash controls and preserved shared skill, not experiential self-patching. The epistemic formatting deduction remains source-derived, not observed execution.
MEM-OBJ-node-info and MEM-RTE-discovery-resolution match SRC-1 sdk/go/discovery/discovery.go, sdk/go/discovery/cache.go, sdk/python/src/cq/discovery/_resolver.py and sdk/python/src/cq/discovery/_cache.py. Disk mtime TTL differs from resolver-lifetime memo hits; cached destination metadata is transport authority rather than advice. MEM-RTE-maintenance-migration matches SRC-1 server/scripts/migrate-v1.sh and server/scripts/migrate-team-db.sh: selected legacy normalization and snapshot creation, with FTS rebuild outside the main migration transaction. The reports do not promise complete reference/vector consistency, live-writer safety or successful restoration.
Embedding and warrant claims. RT-CMP-token-embedding and MEM-OBJ-knowledge-vectors match SRC-1 server/backend/src/cq_server/semsearch/__init__.py, server/backend/src/cq_server/semsearch/queries.py and repository dispatch. Configured provider inputs, float32 vector storage, approved domain-constrained selection, feedback regeneration and combined base/vector writes are supported. Provider quality, exact version and initial provenance remain unknown. Generic wrapping in combined_query bypasses the repository's EmbeddingServiceError catch for those failures; apparent fallback is not a guarantee.
EPI-CLM-guardrails-layer and EPI-CLM-flag-protection correctly contrast SRC-1 docs/architecture.md and skill doctrine with inspected admission/ranking. No selected executable route supplies the declared automatic factual/PII/staleness suite. This remains a scoped assessment, not a repository-wide negative. Rank penalties have implemented influence but no positive-score admission threshold; even zero-confidence sole matches can be delivered. Requested verification, operational disposition, retention and epistemic acceptance remain separate. Missing operation and causal evidence independently bound learning, reflection, autonomy and exercised self-improvement, without erasing supported architectural capacities. No report declares an evidenced-absence record.
Reconciliation, containment and omission dispositions
The reconciliation accurately connects the current findings. Its insight supersession has same-field identity evidence and preserves epistemic qualifications. Evidence/flags overlap is not a valid whole-record identity or partition; vector/producer, cache/read-back and migration/installation pairs are also distinct. The Update/Delete container can coexist with the narrower deletion record. No declaration contains a formal Part of: relation; no amendment invents a missing part or changes a record's referent. The prose-only containment description leaves relation-addressed inventory incomplete, not the deletion mechanism unsupported.
The remaining unresolved-conflict paragraph names both containers, their consumer distinctions, evidence and prevented conclusion. The missing flag-prose declaration is disposed as the local limit below, rather than a demand to rewrite supported coarse findings. The reconciliation's other issues are refinements or source-internal doctrine mismatches, not unresolved contradictory emitted values. Its statement about absent answers describes its own inputs; it does not negate the correction answers supplied to this verification. No reconciliation blocker is warranted.
Omission questions were selected from the frozen tree, alternate shipped paths and producer/consumer dependencies, not just listed quotation anchors:
- Could discovery defeat repaired outage retention? Independent resolver-to-client tracing supports the narrowed Python proposal account. It also cautions against extending per-call degradation to every Python operation; the reports emit no universal recovery/parity guarantee.
- Could an installed adapter implement automatic lesson generation or enforce approval? SRC-1
cli/internal/install/cursor.gowires the documented lifecycle hooks and static always-applied rule. This supports reminder delivery, not content validation or automatic knowledge admission. Other adapter equivalence remains unassessed. - Could alternate storage or a shipped reviewer change selection/warrant conclusions? Query-body inspection of SRC-1
sdk/go/stores/postgres/postgres.go,sdk/python/src/cq/stores/postgres.pyandsdk/python/src/cq/stores/memory.pysupports scoped domain-only alternatives, not full mutation parity. The browser/API/seed chains establish operational approval without a compulsory factual evidence criterion. Scoped searches over installers, SDKs, backend and maintenance scripts for reflection, guardrails, supersession, promotion, decay and deletion found no material challenge requiring broader emitted claims.
Further optional expansion stopped because the selected challenges have supported dispositions and no identified material challenge remains undisposed. Unknown initialized state, custom stores, host processing, provider internals and maintenance consistency already constrain the relevant conclusions. Available uninspected files are not absence evidence. Exhaustive route equivalence, deployed safety and operational effectiveness remain unwarranted, but the inspected positive mechanisms support the bounded account.

Limits
- MEM-OBJ-flags and EPI-OBJ-evidence, as identified by reconciliation, combine symbolic feedback fields with optional natural-language criticism without a separately declared prose part. SRC-1
sdk/go/scoring.go,schema/knowledge_unit.jsonand local serialized-unit delivery support distinct arithmetic and host-text consumers, which the reports explicitly retain. The supported mechanisms remain valid, but a complete part-addressed inventory or uniform representational-form/authority classification of either container must be withheld. This omission does not establish absent criticism or arithmetic evaluation of its argument.
