Verification
Checked all ten axes in the memory profile, including their scopes, unit assessments, findings, evidence bases and unresolved inventory branches. The handed reconciliation supersedes EPI-RTE-page-consume with MEM-RTE-retained-selection; the profile uses that canonical route. The other overlapping page objects remain valid combined accounts or distinct operative parts. No replacement records or source quotations were produced. Source-read log: none; this judgment uses only the handed members.
- Storage substrate: The files finding is supported by the raw, page, metadata, index, log and utility objects, including MEM-OBJ-raw, MEM-OBJ-page-metadata and MEM-OBJ-sources. Neither wikilinks nor storage-adapter names establish a separate graph database. The unresolved physical substrate of RT-OBJ-pending-queue and the opaque provider components justify partial coverage rather than a complete files-only account.
- Representational form: Readable prose and fixed-rule fields are separately classified. The natural-language and symbolic findings preserve the distinction between bodies/descriptions and parsed paths, source fields and links. MEM-OBJ-page-metadata and EPI-RTE-link-check support that split. Audio and helper-readable images remain unresolved rather than being classified by their base64 transport encoding. Remote distributed-parametric computation is not asserted to be accumulated memory merely because RT-CMP-llm-model and RT-CMP-stt-model expose model services.
- Lineage: Subsequent generation/maintenance, acquisition, explicit operator edits and retained activity metadata have distinct findings. MEM-RTE-page-maintenance supports compiled production; RT-RTE-voice-ingest supports imported transcripts; RT-RTE-instruction-settings supports authored edits. The optional template installation retains afforded strength rather than inheriting wired acquisition strength. MEM-OBJ-log and the event-derived queue support trace lineage without implying trace learning. Initial content and external utility provenance remain unresolved.
- Behavioral authority: Knowledge at planning/update consumers, routing through retained briefs, standing instruction force, and link-validation/enforcement effects are supported at their named consumers by MEM-RTE-retained-selection, RT-BAP-retained-pages, RT-BAP-compiler-instructions, EPI-RTE-link-check and EPI-RTE-link-reshape. Documented human browsing keeps afforded strength. Selecting update targets does not itself establish relative-priority ranking. The records do not establish learning authority for generic source text whose trace origin is unknown.
- Write agency: Automatic page/transcript/metadata admission is not upgraded to manual merely because a user starts the workflow. Explicit source supply, queued input approval and guidance/configuration edits support separate manual mechanisms. RT-RTE-watcher-approval and RT-RTE-voice-ingest distinguish upstream human choices from subsequent software admission. Generic API/helper caller identity and initialization remain unresolved rather than being classified from physical writes alone.
- Curation operations: The retained-body preview in MEM-RTE-retained-selection supports consolidation of its existing representation. Revision/replacement of retained pages, index entries and operator guidance supports evolve through MEM-RTE-page-maintenance, MEM-OBJ-index and RT-RTE-instruction-settings. Requested cross-document synthesis is not sufficient to establish a claim absent from the inputs: EPI-RTE-page-generate and EPI-RTE-summary-rewrite retain semantic indeterminacy. Queue removal and body replacement do not establish history-preserving invalidation.
- Read-back direction: The profile distinguishes automatic supply to model/UI consumers from fulfillment of current-file and human browsing requests. MEM-RTE-retained-selection supports code-supplied briefs and selected prior bodies at later model invocations. Its source-native description of a request-driven compilation chain does not show that those models requested retained material. Push at that consumer boundary and pull at the requested-file boundary can coexist. Utility capabilities with unspecified later callers are not promoted into established read-back routes.
- Read-back signal: Coarse enumeration/reload, planner judgment and selected-target path resolution correspond to distinct operations in MEM-RTE-retained-selection. The identifier finding concerns the old body actually selected for an update task, not a mere catalog identifier or requested raw-file path. Requested reads are locally inapplicable; unresolved utility/provider alternatives prevent system-wide inapplicability.
- Trace learning: The local log-feedback "no" is supported by MEM-ABS-feedback-consumer. MEM-RTE-page-maintenance and MEM-RTE-retained-selection establish durable production and later consumption, but MEM-OBJ-raw does not establish that the generic input notes/transcripts are traces by content and origin. Unknown trace origin prevents either a positive route or a complete system negative. The axis-level assessment is overly cautious relative to its retained local finding, as recorded below.
- Trace source: No qualifying route with a controlled original trace source is established. The unresolved generic source-to-page branch remains not determinable; manual edits and the bounded nonqualifying log/queue mechanisms do not supply positive source values. Generic voice capture does not establish timestamped voice cues, and transcript serialization does not establish agent session logs. No unavailable provider update origin is inferred.
The queue failure-retention conflict was checked against RT-RTE-watcher-approval, the memory annotation on RT-OBJ-pending-queue, and the workflow account. The overlapping-approval early return prevents a universal retry-retention or delivery guarantee. The profile expressly withholds those guarantees; its queue form, insertion, routing and reload findings do not depend on resolving that conflict.
No finding is upgraded to observed or causally supported. Unknown initialization, opaque media/provider state and unspecified utility consumers remain in the inventory. Those faithfully scoped uncertainties are not additional verification limits. The local assessment issue below does not invalidate an emitted controlled value or imply complete coverage, so it does not meet the publication-blocker threshold.

Limits
- The
trace_learningaxis usesnot-determinabledespite retaining a resolved local "no" finding for log/quality-result feedback. See the profile rationale, MEM-ABS-feedback-consumer and MEM-OBJ-log. Its overview is overly cautious: inspection has established a controlled value for that bounded unit, while other units remain unresolved. This is not an unsupported emitted value or a false complete-coverage assertion; the local "no" remains supported and explicitly bounded. Consumers should not interpret the axis assessment as meaning that every unit lacks a classification, and should withhold system-wide negative or complete-coverage comparisons. The unit findings and unresolved branches preserve the publishable bounded account.
