Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements and limitation rows against the handed boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow records, applying the reconciliation's four identity supersessions. I also assessed the report and profile verification limits and their carriage into the public text. No refusal or previous synthesis verification was supplied; the synthesis answers file is empty. No target source was read, no new evidence was introduced and no target code was executed. This judgment concerns support and meaning, not repetition of deterministic form checks.

The public account is intelligible without the supporting members. It defines Ω's role before explaining proposal, admission and later consumption. Its evidence paragraph preserves SRC-1's frozen revision, whole-system functional scope, incomplete algorithmic inspection and lack of observed campaign evidence, as established in the boundary. The opening contribution is retained process change, not a claimed performance gain. EPI-CLM-recursive-improvement remains attributed doctrine/reporting rather than empirical support.

I found the following consequential claim groups supported:

  • Reachability, composition and authority. The archive-enabled custom-task invocation, unseeded baseline, parent selection, selected Ω handoff, full-chain composition and outer execution follow RT-RTE-native-solve, RT-RTE-chain-admission and MEM-RTE-omega-context. The unresolved provenance of imported seed content follows MEM-RTE-seed-import. Same-name helper override and source-returning nested layers do not become separately autonomous workers. RT-BAP-prompt-guidance, RT-BAP-executable-injection and RT-OBJ-rationale support the distinction between interpreted guidance, executable effects when invoked, and selected later rationale consumption. The synthesis does not turn delivery or staging into demonstrated reliance.
  • Checking, retention and repair. EPI-RTE-gate-check and EPI-RTE-gate-disposition support the sampled gate, first-clearing return without a floor, sampled veto with a floor and reuse of gate traces. Gate clearance is correctly distinguished from all-task non-regression and explanation acceptance. MEM-OBJ-trace supports the separation of candidate history from best-index promotion. RT-RTE-within-refine, RT-RTE-downstream-repair and the workflow account support the stated activation conditions, distinct repair candidate, re-gating and separate event comparison. Retention of non-improving downstream variants is preserved; requested diagnosis is not presented as established blame.
  • Helper warrant and evaluator domain. EPI-RTE-helper-check and EPI-RTE-helper-disposition support crew-only real verification, the comparator/feasibility criterion, test-split selection, stub fallback, dependency restoration and adapter demotion. RT-RTE-helper-verification and MEM-OBJ-python-library support conditional JSON trust and pass/status-derived stamping, not authenticated helper calls. The synthesis preserves these conditions through its account and limitation rows. Its interpretation of the stronger EPI-CLM-verified-channel doctrine is appropriately bounded. EPI-RTE-classification-check supports label-relative match fractions and positive-score success rather than universal correctness. Unsupplied Ω output remains semantically indeterminate, not presumed novel or warranted.
  • Continuation, context and alternate consumers. MEM-RTE-archive-resume and MEM-OBJ-checkpoint support injection-count exclusion, saved-bar union, individual atomic replacements, non-atomic candidate sets, current-configuration precedence and omission of raw Ω sidecars from reconstruction. MEM-RTE-omega-context, RT-RTE-agentic-loop and the canonical MEM-RTE-context-compaction support selective visibility and unchecked task-local summary replacement, not complete provider-window fit or reloadable conversation. The superseded epistemic summary declarations add no stronger fidelity finding.
  • External effects, terminal products and delivery. RT-RTE-external-spine supports bypass of native composition, SDK next-action ownership and path-specific context/tool/environment grants. RT-CLM-budget-bound supports admission and proven-spend bounds rather than a universal dollar ceiling. RT-RTE-frozen-routing, MEM-RTE-test-readback and EPI-RTE-arm-report support separate single-chain, assembled-winner, fresh test and advisory statistical products. Recorded assembly is not fresh combined execution or causal superiority. WF-CLM-delivery-boundary supports final writing, aborted returns, skipped hard-budget finalization and the launcher's summary-existence counterpath.

The independent assessments preserve the runtime's separate evidence statuses. RT-RTE-chain-admission supports afforded localized strategy units, wired executable consumption, claimed content-directed criticism and afforded revision retention without proof of criticism iteration. Representation-mediated feedback and computational scheduling do not become exercised reflection or an autonomous theory builder. The fixed method texts do not establish reflective theory building. The synthesis distinguishes wired trace-fed artifact updates from improved future capacity, and marked dispositional self-change from exercised self-improvement: subsequent causal dependence on a particular change remains unestablished. Its scenario-relative assessment and proposed resolving evidence do not assert product superiority or a Commonplace recommendation.

The Limitations preserve the consequences of missing campaign and generated-content evidence; external dependency uncertainty; conditional helper provenance and contaminated holdout; path-specific safety/cost guarantees; non-atomic continuation; selective context and unchecked compaction; frozen/statistical outcome bounds; incompletely inspected included surfaces; and seed provenance. The reconciliation establishes no current unresolved inter-report conflict. Its older CLI and verification-shorthand references do not override the corrected current records. Both settled verification limits are faithfully carried with their affected record citations and prevented comparisons. No unsupported central conclusion, emitted comparison value, absence or complete-coverage assertion was found. No additional record fault requiring a new limitation was established.

Limits

  • CLI finalization does not establish uniform launcher completion detection or automatic recovery. WF-CLM-delivery-boundary records SRC-1 scripts/run_agentic_stage2_cobench.sh skipping on summary-file existence; mid-run artifacts can therefore suppress its rerun, consistent with MEM-RTE-archive-resume. Withhold broader launcher/recovery comparisons while retaining selective delivery and operator-directed resume. The synthesis carries this consequence in its delivery account and Limitations.
  • The accepted partial authority inventory lacks separate learning-authority classifications for retained conversation at the automatic summary-update consumer and evaluated winners at the map-compilation consumer. MEM-RTE-context-compaction and RT-RTE-frozen-routing establish the trace-fed writes and later consumers. Withhold complete consumer-by-consumer learning-authority comparisons for these update paths; the supported Ω learning finding and positive union remain valid, and omission is not absence. The synthesis's independent assessments and Limitations preserve this local inventory limit without denying either implemented update route.
