Reconciliation

Boundary and identities

The four pinned reports share the boundary and Source register. Their implementation and design findings do not establish observed campaign operation. No correction-answer files or refusal were supplied. The current findings are reconciled against each other; the previous reconciliation is not evidence that its disagreements persist. No additional source read was needed.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-code-library-python is superseded by MEM-OBJ-python-library. Both identify InjectedCode.code_library, the symbolic Python mapping retained in injection JSON and merged/staged consumer copies. Both distinguish Python checks from bash and availability from invocation. The memory record additionally describes stamping provenance and reconstruction; supersession establishes identity without replacing the epistemic inventory or helper-ledger assessments with memory conclusions. Identity evidence is in these records and their cited merge/filter passages.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-code-library-bash is superseded by MEM-OBJ-bash-library. Both identify InjectedCode.code_library_bash, persisted symbolic bash source with native/external consumer copies and no Python value-gate coverage. The merge and bash pass-through passages concern the same operative part. The affected epistemic inventory retains its separate assessment of warrant and consumption.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-prior-summary is superseded by MEM-OBJ-prior-summary. Both identify the summary produced by AgenticSolver._summarize_context, held in replacement task messages and interpreted by later foreground turns. Their removed-middle passage establishes matching lineage. The affected epistemic inventory and ledger still carry indeterminate semantic preservation; memory's unvalidated derived-memory finding does not resolve that uncertainty.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-summary-replacement is superseded by MEM-RTE-context-compaction. Both trace removed turns through a separate model call to first-message/summary/tail replacement and subsequent foreground use. Matching return passages, thresholds, task-frame horizon and lack of raw-turn reload establish the same route, not merely similar names. The epistemic ledger's transformation and operational-consumption functions remain distinct assessments of it. Both declarations retain wired implementation and uninspected operation.

The valid RT-OBJ-code-library container remains alongside its Python/bash parts: it already distinguishes their checks. EPI-OBJ-additional-context identifies emitted prose within RT-OBJ-pre-process, not an identical executable producer. Neither container requires split supersession.

MEM-RTE-omega-context, EPI-RTE-gate-check and EPI-RTE-gate-disposition are different parts of RT-RTE-chain-admission: selected input delivery, sampled checking and continuation disposition. Their endpoints and consequential functions rule out duplicate identity. EPI-RTE-helper-check and EPI-RTE-helper-disposition likewise separate checking from admission within RT-RTE-helper-verification. The superseded summary route remains a part of, not a replacement for, the full RT-RTE-agentic-loop. EPI-RTE-classification-check assesses an evaluator part of RT-RTE-native-solve, not the whole solve/execution route.

MEM-OBJ-trace retains source and outcomes; RT-OBJ-task-solution-map derives task dispatch from its scripts. They are not identical. EPI-OBJ-eval-result and EPI-OBJ-eval-feedback identify numeric/Boolean results and interpreted feedback, including their pre-trace forms. Their overlap with trace fields does not make either the whole trace or identical to each other. EPI-OBJ-predictions is the answer mapping consumed by the scorer, not its comparison result. MEM-OBJ-checkpoint is continuation metadata, not a runtime injection object or a transcript.

MEM-RTE-archive-resume, MEM-RTE-seed-import and MEM-RTE-test-readback have distinct triggers and endpoints: reconstruction, initialization import and downstream evaluation. None duplicates trial admission or RT-RTE-frozen-routing's winner assembly/dispatch. Seed authorship remains unresolved without obscuring its implemented admission and later consumers.

MEM-RTE-postrun-analysis covers diagnostic loaders, including emergent-role input. EPI-RTE-arm-report overlaps best-of-K loading but continues through two-arm statistics to delivered report text, without covering emergent-role loading. Their scopes overlap rather than coincide; neither supersedes the other. EPI-OBJ-arm-report is diagnostic output, not an executable frozen map.

EPI-CLM-recursive-improvement is improvement doctrine, not its implementation route. EPI-CLM-verified-channel records verifier-module keep/drop and host-invariant wording; RT-CLM-host-boundary assesses broader sandbox scope. Their host-scope overlap does not establish claim identity. WF-CLM-delivery-boundary concerns CLI finalization, not candidate admission or RT-CLM-budget-bound's spend control. Runtime components and behavioral-authority paths have no separately declared specialist counterparts; citations and annotations are not duplicates.

Disagreement and correction dispositions

No unresolved inter-report conflict is established by the current pinned findings.

The previous CLI disagreement no longer holds. RT-RTE-native-solve and the workflow account now explicitly require archive-enabled configuration and display --use-archive for bare custom tasks. Their SRC-1 meta_n/main.py guard matches the qualification in MEM-RTE-seed-import and memory integration issues. Memory's issue 1 still describes the earlier unqualified runtime invocation; it is no longer a description of the supplied runtime. The reachability condition is shared, not an outstanding disagreement about native mechanics.

The previous verification-provenance disagreement also no longer holds. RT-RTE-helper-verification, MEM-OBJ-python-library and EPI-RTE-helper-check now distinguish pass/status-derived stamping from authenticated helper execution. Their SRC-1 meta_n/core/verified_code.py and meta_n/core/evolutionary_orchestrator.py passages show last-line JSON trust, status-derived sandbox metadata, and pass-plus-bit stamping. Runtime and memory explicitly retain the conditional runner/oracle warrant. Epistemic's sentence qualifying supplied runtime shorthand refers to an older formulation; its substantive provenance finding agrees with the current runtime. Memory integration issue 6 acknowledges this current agreement. No exploit or observed helper invocation is established by any of them.

Connections and remaining integration issues

MEM-RTE-omega-context, RT-BAP-prompt-guidance and the workflow account independently distinguish the selected Ω request from the full executable chain. Sampling and eviction change visibility without deleting retained capability. RT-OBJ-rationale has a later Ω reader when selected, not direct execution or independent explanation acceptance.

Memory's atomic checkpoint/index and injection-count checks in MEM-RTE-archive-resume add single-file/integrity protection without contradicting runtime's non-atomic candidate-set limit. WF-CLM-delivery-boundary independently distinguishes atomic final summary/index replacement from ordinary per-task writes. These findings coexist; none establishes an atomic multi-file transaction or exact replay under changed configuration.

Memory's diagnostic-sidecar issue remains a retention-versus-consumption distinction, not an analyst conflict. MEM-RTE-archive-resume and MEM-RTE-postrun-analysis say the named reloaders omit raw Ω sidecars. Runtime establishes diagnostic availability, not universal reload. The emergent-role loader comment versus writer discrepancy in memory's integration issues is source-internal. The rationale field still survives reconstruction and selected Ω consumption.

EPI-RTE-helper-check adds the crew comparator, feasibility criterion and selection on the test split. This qualifies later holdout independence, not existence of the runtime's value harness. MEM-RTE-test-readback independently leaves adapter validity and holdout independence unobserved. EPI-RTE-helper-disposition adds adapter demotion between retained admission and live deployment; runtime already makes activation configuration-specific. These additions require no supersession or conflict.

The runtime, epistemic and workflow gate findings agree on sampled permission for further evaluation, not all-task non-regression or explanation acceptance. MEM-OBJ-trace and helper disposition distinguish best-index bars from history/mean retention. RT-RTE-downstream-repair can archive non-improving variants. Workflow's annotation on RT-RTE-within-refine distinguishes gate-based archiving from a repair event's matched-subset accepted comparison; runtime does not equate them.

Frozen routing, memory's map annotation and the epistemic ledger agree that inherited scores and deterministic assembly are not fresh execution. Native task-ID dispatch supplies executable authority without establishing unseen-task transfer or external-backend parity. Workflow's delivery claim adds soft-budget aborted returns, hard-budget skipped finalization and the Stage 2 launcher's summary-existence skip guard. The latter can suppress rerun of a mid-run artifact; it is not a contradiction of operator-directed resume or the runtime budget account. No member establishes uniform launcher completion detection.

The summary records agree on unchecked interpreted memory within a task frame, not verified preservation or disk continuation. Runtime and epistemic keep wired improvement-directed organization change separate from exercised criticism, improved future capacity and successful causal benefit. Faithful uncertainty is not an inter-report disagreement.

Memory's SDK/transcript/cache/metric limits and epistemic's unassessed evaluator/analytical routes prevent their named completeness, freshness, provenance and warrant conclusions. The whole-system functional boundary is not exhaustive algorithmic inspection. No missing required operative part is established beyond the declared parts and explicitly unassessed surfaces; these limits neither erase supported mechanisms nor establish system-wide absences.
