Reconciliation

Boundary and evidence

The four reports share the revision and source registered in boundary. Their findings establish implementation and declared intent, not an observed learning episode or causal benefit. This reconciliation uses only the supplied members; no additional source reads were needed. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied.

Duplicate supersessions

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-chest-memory is superseded by MEM-OBJ-chest-memory. Both identify ActionAgent.chest_memory, the same position-keyed retained map, JSON checkpoint and rendered reports. SRC-1, voyager/agents/action.py and voyager/env/mineflayer/lib/observation/chests.js, support the common identity through the cited records and their update routes. The epistemic inventory and chest ledger concern this memory object, not another store. Its last-report authority and lack of universal freshness remain findings of the epistemic member; supersession changes neither finding.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-skill-description is superseded by MEM-OBJ-skill-description. Both refer to the manager-generated characterization retained as the skill description, including its function/comment wrapper and JSON/text persistence. SRC-1, voyager/agents/skill.py and voyager/prompts/skill.txt, provide identity evidence; the epistemic record retains the wrapper-generation passage. References to embedding describe its selection use, not a second description. The epistemic inventory, description ledger and transfer comparison retain their distinction between a characterization candidate and accepted code.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-qa-context is superseded by MEM-RTE-qa-cache. Both cover curriculum question/task-context formation, exact or nearest-question reuse, answer generation on miss, persistence and later curriculum/action supply. SRC-1, voyager/agents/curriculum.py, supplies the matching exact-lookup and below-0.05 reuse passages retained in both records. The epistemic route additionally retains question-normalization and QA prompt evidence. Its ledger separates transformation, retention and consumption functions of this same route; those functions and the indeterminate semantic relation are not replaced by the memory route's implementation status.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-chest-updates is superseded by MEM-RTE-chest-update. Both follow chest events/nearby reports through Python map updates, persistence and later rendered supply. SRC-1, voyager/env/mineflayer/lib/observation/chests.js and voyager/agents/action.py, supply callback and update passages in the records. Explicit Invalid withdrawal, dictionary replacement and persistence of omitted entries describe the same mechanism. The epistemic freshness assessment and memory write/read account remain separate assessments of it.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-progress-cleanup is superseded by MEM-RTE-progress-update. Both encompass outcome-to-history update, completed-string deduplication, matching-failure removal, JSON persistence and later progress/context/inference consumption. Both retain the same failure-removal passage from SRC-1, voyager/agents/curriculum.py. The epistemic lifecycle-integration finding is limited to accepted task status; it does not establish skill correctness. The memory record's additional exception, inference-reset and control-count details do not give this route a different referent.

Containers, parts and distinct identities

EPI-OBJ-qa-cache explicitly covers the question-to-answer map plus its question index. MEM-OBJ-qa-cache covers the map, while MEM-OBJ-qa-questions separately covers the question collection and numerical access representation. Whole-record identity with either memory record is ruled out. The combined epistemic object remains a valid container alongside those declared parts: it distinguishes answer meaning from similarity indexing, and its findings do not become wrong when the parts are separated. No split supersession is required. Evidence: SRC-1, voyager/agents/curriculum.py, as retained in the object and QA-route records. Neither part is missing.

RT-OBJ-program-code is a current parser result; MEM-OBJ-skills-code is the active retained library across tasks/reloads. They can carry copied code but are not identical objects. RT-OBJ-control-primitives is shipped helper code, not learned library content. MEM-OBJ-skill-vectordb is the retained description index, not the description itself or RT-CMP-openai-embeddings, the external producer component. The same component/output distinction applies to the QA question index. SRC-1, voyager/agents/skill.py, voyager/agents/curriculum.py and voyager/control_primitives/__init__.py, support these distinctions through the cited records.

EPI-OBJ-observation denotes event payloads and selected renderings, whereas MEM-OBJ-events denotes persisted recorder traces and derived accounting. MEM-OBJ-block-records is an encountered-name set inside the observation machinery, not the whole payload or event archive. MEM-OBJ-task-histories is retained task-status state, not a judgment or progress-update route. These records are not duplicates. Evidence is retained at SRC-1, voyager/utils/record_utils.py, voyager/env/mineflayer/lib/observation/voxels.js and voyager/agents/curriculum.py.

MEM-RTE-skill-retrieval selects code for model supply; RT-RTE-skill-admission admits it; RT-BAP-skill-execution describes the executable channel. Identity is ruled out among these different operations and record kinds. EPI-RTE-skill-description is a declared subroute of admission, not the whole admission route. Its new characterization occurs after task judgment. SRC-1, voyager/agents/skill.py, supplies the description/index and all-programs passages retained by these records.

MEM-RTE-context-refresh performs working-frame replacement; RT-BAP-action-guidance describes the channel's behavioral force. EPI-RTE-observation-context covers observation acquisition and transformations for several consumers, not only replacement of the action frame. None is identical to another or to RT-RTE-environment-step, the execution progression. MEM-RTE-event-replay reconstructs accounting after persistence; it is not environment execution or conversational reload. Evidence: SRC-1, voyager/voyager.py, voyager/agents/action.py, voyager/agents/curriculum.py, voyager/env/mineflayer/lib/observation/base.js and voyager/utils/record_utils.py, in the cited records.

RT-CLM-lifelong-learning names the learning-entry claim. EPI-CLM-self-verification names the checking/improvement claim, and EPI-CLM-skill-transfer names composition, transfer and comparative benefit claims. Their shared README context does not establish identical claims. The workflow declares no additional records; its annotations add delivery and coordination consequences to runtime records rather than duplicate them.

Convergence and integration dispositions

The runtime, memory and epistemic reports converge on two distinct skill-consumption channels: selected code guides the action model, while every loaded definition enters the executor. The workflow traces the same handoff without claiming actual reuse. See MEM-RTE-skill-retrieval, RT-BAP-skill-execution, EPI-RTE-skill-description and workflow delivery. Selection relevance, executable availability and successful use remain distinct.

RT-RTE-task-judgment supplies the common success/critique decision. The epistemic ledger calls its evidence-consuming driver consequence task acceptance, while memory and workflow describe the resulting retention and delivery boundaries. This is not a disagreement about general code correctness: all retain the narrower task criterion, manual approval alternate and lack of independent causal/program validation. RT-RTE-skill-admission and the workflow admission annotation distinguish acceptance from completed persistence. The workflow's statement that a deposit task can be accepted and recorded is compatible with event recording; MEM-RTE-progress-update and EPI-RTE-progress-cleanup explicitly exclude deposit tasks from progress history. It must not be read as a claim that deposit tasks enter those histories.

The memory integration qualification about clearing observations is compatible with the runtime's narrower buffer statement. RT-RTE-environment-step clears per-request observations, not every observer's internal state. MEM-OBJ-block-records identifies the persistent-within-bot encounter set; MEM-RTE-context-refresh and EPI-RTE-observation-context retain the distinction. No runtime correction or supersession follows from this qualification.

Memory's unresolved shipped-index contents, historical embedding identities, initial approval and dependency score semantics remain local limits of MEM-OBJ-skill-vectordb, MEM-OBJ-skills-code, MEM-RTE-qa-cache and MEM-RTE-skill-retrieval. These agree with the boundary and epistemic limits; they do not negate implemented reload or selection paths.

RT-RTE-task-inference, the memory progress route and workflow agree that inference shares rollout machinery but neither learning admission nor its enclosing recovery/termination envelope. Their accounts must remain separate. The runtime admission record and epistemic bounded conclusion also agree on an improvement-directed dispositional path without demonstrated benefit or subsequent causal dependence; no stronger status is selected here.

No unresolved cross-report conflict is identified in the supplied findings. The duplicate declarations above concern identity, not contradictory statuses or findings. No dependent finding requires a supplied record to say something it no longer says. Faithfully retained uncertainty about operation, provider internals, library provenance and benefit remains a limitation, not a disagreement.
