Napkin synthesis verification

Verification
The handed synthesis supports publication as a bounded source account, not a demonstration of successful distillation, automatic host delivery or benchmark benefit. I checked its substantive statements against the complete handed boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, and checked reconciliation and both settled verifications for supersessions, conflicts and required limitations. Reconciliation makes no supersessions and identifies no unresolved cross-report conflict. No synthesis refusal was supplied; the synthesis answers are empty. I introduced no evidence, read no target source and executed no target behavior.
Boundary and retrieval. The public opening preserves SRC-1's implementation, instruction and reported-operation layers, the frozen revision and cutoff, and the distinction between external access gaps and partly uninspected available code in the boundary. Discovery side effects, local-process execution and caller-owned next requests agree with RT-OBJ-vault-info and RT-RTE-vault-retrieval. The account does not turn staged disclosure into compulsory access or a shared token budget. Whole requested context, direct full reads, separate structured consumers and transient base databases agree with MEM-OBJ-napkin, MEM-OBJ-base and MEM-RTE-structured-access. Cache freshness and keyword claims preserve the mtime, outside-folder backlink, failed-probe and roster exceptions in MEM-OBJ-search-cache, MEM-OBJ-overview-cache and RT-CLM-keyword-probes.
Session retention and delivery. The synthesis leads with the supported packaged procedure, then withholds demonstrated capacity improvement. Its selection, merging, inference marking and trust-boundary claims retain instruction strength in RT-RTE-distill-session, rather than borrowing the executor's wired status. The representative progression agrees with the workflow account. Bounded duplicate search is not treated as complete overlap detection. The public text expressly preserves the create-example mismatch, unpopulated template copying, post-write timing and diagnostic scope in the workflow annotation and WF-RTE-distill-verification. User initiation, schema choice and generic caller control remain distinct. Tend's bounds are policy rather than core enforcement; trash withdrawal is not universal revocation, and permanent unlink is preserved separately. The background design remains distinct from the packaged skill and from wired scheduling (RT-RTE-tend-vault, RT-RTE-caller-mutation, MEM-RTE-background-distill).
Benchmarks and epistemic license. Raw-round ingestion, imported LoCoMo summaries, sample reuse and HotpotQA paragraphs retain their different origins and horizons. Disabled skills prevent the benchmark route from standing in for distillation compliance (RT-RTE-benchmark-answer, MEM-RTE-benchmark-variants, MEM-OBJ-session-summary). Structural links, conditional arithmetic and status edits are not generalized into source-truth acceptance. Substring credit, judge fallback, gold-conditioned truncation and word-order-insensitive overlap faithfully narrow the reported scores. Reporting is not a successor-policy update, and string access proxies are not complete-read evidence (EPI-RTE-base-summary, EPI-RTE-property-edit, EPI-RTE-longmem-judge, EPI-RTE-answer-extract, EPI-RTE-token-score, EPI-RTE-score-report).
Assessment and carried limits. Scenario-relative conclusions do not upgrade requested model behavior to reliable implementation or source wiring to observed benefit. The absence of a formulated-theory assessment is accurately stated; the public account does not infer theory-builder conditions from retained reasons. Criticism-led improved capacity, reflection, autonomous theory-building and exercised self-improvement remain separately unestablished, not declared absent. This matches the epistemic conclusion and the change routes in RT-RTE-machinery-change. The proposed resolving evidence is appropriate to each withheld conclusion and makes no new efficacy claim.
The three report-verification limits remain warranted and are carried with their consequences in the synthesis limitations. Profile verification declares no limits. Its supported trace-fed retention and permanent-delete findings are not erased by the public account's uncertainty about improvement. The additional limitations preserve missing operation, external implementation and provenance evidence. No new material defect was found.

Limits
- Literal execution of the distill create example cannot establish successful titled, populated new-note delivery. The workflow annotation, RT-RTE-caller-mutation and MEM-OBJ-note-templates retain SRC-1,
skills/distill/SKILL.md,src/main.tsandsrc/core/crud.ts: folder-valued--pathis a complete filename, and template selection copies unpopulated bytes. The synthesis already carries this consequence. Selection, merge, command effects and requested repair/reporting remain supported; withhold successful delivery from that literal example. - The exposure scorer's caller/signature mismatch prevents scorer-based keyword-quality or exposure conclusions. The memory integration issues identify SRC-1,
bench/overview-exposure.tsandsrc/core/search.ts. The synthesis already carries this consequence. The separate overview selection mechanism in RT-CLM-keyword-probes remains supported, with its fallback exceptions; do not infer executable validation from the scorer. - Auxiliary semantic inventories remain partial. MEM-RTE-structured-access, EPI-RTE-base-summary, memory coverage and epistemic coverage retain incomplete assessment of SRC-1,
src/utils/bases.ts,src/core/overview.tsandsrc/commands/graph.ts. The synthesis already carries this consequence. Withhold exhaustive derivation/evaluator, UI-consumption and selector-quality comparisons and system-complete epistemic negatives; the conditional numeric witness, requested storage consumers and instruction-versus-enforcement distinctions remain valid.
