Verification

I checked all ten axes against the handed records, their annotations and the profile type's definitions, including each finding's basis, natural unit and coverage assessment. Reconciliation makes no supersessions and retains distinct containers, parts and background versus packaged distillation routes. I assessed the earlier objection and the profile author's correction afresh. No source file was read and no new evidence was introduced.

The profile's exclusions of external provider weights, static shipped instructions and transient projections agree with its accumulated-vault-memory scope. Temporary benchmark files have later question consumers within their retained horizon. Unknown initial provenance, opaque dependency payloads and external incremental state remain included uncertainties rather than disappearing behind a known local witness.

  • Storage substrate: The file findings are supported for note/context/template bytes, configuration, both caches, auxiliary stores and persisted benchmark reports. Opaque index encoding does not obscure its known file substrate. External incremental state remains an unresolved alternative, so the axis does not claim complete substrate coverage. See MEM-OBJ-search-cache, MEM-OBJ-base, MEM-OBJ-evaluation-results and MEM-RTE-background-distill.
  • Representational form: The units distinguish readable prose from fixed-rule fields and the opaque dependency payload. Natural-language and symbolic findings follow their consumption paths; neither serialization nor a model selector establishes parametric vault memory. The grouping of several readable parts does not upgrade the separately unresolved index or cursor. See MEM-OBJ-markdown-notes, MEM-OBJ-overview-cache, MEM-OBJ-search-cache and MEM-OBJ-canvas.
  • Lineage: Claimed session extraction, wired dataset/template import, compiled cache/report projections and caller-authored canvas structure retain their local warrants. Template copying and substitution are distinguished from original template authorship. Known downstream copying does not resolve initial content provenance or supplied-summary production. See RT-RTE-distill-session, MEM-OBJ-note-templates, MEM-OBJ-session-summary and MEM-RTE-structured-access.
  • Behavioral authority: Reference delivery, fixed lexical ranking and settings/base routing support the emitted knowledge, ranking and routing findings. Guidance remains afforded or claimed at external consumers; session experience has claimed learning authority at its update consumer, distinct from downstream note knowledge. Static guards and score heuristics are not retained-memory validation or enforcement criteria. The mixed selector/reference unit is coarse, but its findings identify their distinct consumed parts and effects, and its partial assessment preserves the unread base internals. This does not assert a single shared authority for every member of that unit. See RT-RTE-vault-retrieval, RT-RTE-machinery-change, MEM-OBJ-base, MEM-OBJ-bookmarks and MEM-RTE-background-distill.
  • Write agency: Software cache/benchmark admission supports wired automatic findings. Model admission and the user-reserved tend schema decision support separate claimed automatic and manual findings. Generic caller-controlled mechanisms remain unresolved rather than being classified from physical I/O, authorship or workflow initiation. Grouped mechanisms share the stated control and coverage; the human schema decision is not transferred to generic template APIs. See MEM-OBJ-search-cache, RT-RTE-benchmark-answer, RT-RTE-tend-vault and MEM-RTE-auxiliary-edits.
  • Curation operations: Existing-entry edits support wired evolution; trash withdrawal supports branch-bounded invalidation. Permanent deletion now has its own known unit and wired decay finding. The retained unlink passage supports forgetting the scoped retained note without requiring a timed or scored policy. The axis note and rationale now preserve that value separately from ordinary trash withdrawal. Requested session reduction and merge procedures support claimed consolidation, deduplication and evolution without establishing output faithfulness or new-claim synthesis. Opaque transformations remain unresolved. See RT-RTE-caller-mutation, RT-RTE-distill-session, RT-RTE-tend-vault and MEM-OBJ-markdown-notes.
  • Read-back direction: Requested overview/search/read, template and structured-access operations support pull, not extra push from automatic return formatting. The always-loaded context description supports only claimed broad push. Its exact trigger and injection implementation remain unresolved; external background and benchmark-extension delivery are not promoted to wired push. See RT-RTE-vault-retrieval, MEM-OBJ-napkin, MEM-RTE-structured-access and MEM-RTE-background-distill.
  • Read-back signal: Claimed whole-context loading supports coarse selection at claimed strength. Requested filenames, views and lexical queries do not establish identifier or lexical push. Inapplicability is confined to the resolved requested chains; unresolved external alternatives keep the axis partial rather than yielding a complete pull-only negative. See MEM-OBJ-napkin, RT-RTE-distill-session, RT-RTE-vault-retrieval and MEM-RTE-background-distill.
  • Trace learning: Each specified automatic session-to-durable-note chain has a later consumer and supports a claimed yes. Neither observed benefit nor novel knowledge is required. Raw benchmark retention, opaque upstream summaries and report aggregation do not establish an additional qualifying update or a bounded no. The unresolved units therefore do not falsely imply absence. See RT-RTE-distill-session, MEM-RTE-background-distill, MEM-OBJ-session-summary and EPI-RTE-score-report.
  • Trace source: Conversational session-log input is supported separately on both claimed qualifying writes. The background input branch explicitly names user/assistant messages; the packaged session-findings branch remains partial for possible original tool or trajectory content. Timer triggers are not event-stream learning inputs. Raw benchmark origin does not itself classify a qualifying learning write, and unknown upstream summaries remain unresolved. See RT-RTE-distill-session, MEM-RTE-background-distill, MEM-OBJ-session-summary and MEM-RTE-benchmark-variants.

The earlier blocker is resolved in the profile: its permanent-delete unit, axis inventory note and comparison rationale consistently preserve the supported decay finding. The partial operation inventory no longer suppresses that resolved branch from the comparison union.

The profile preserves requested semantic operations separately from wired command effects. The workflow's template replacement and path mismatch constrain successful distillation delivery, not the existence of its claimed procedure. Post-write link diagnostics do not provide semantic acceptance. See WF-RTE-distill-verification, RT-RTE-caller-mutation and EPI-RTE-link-check. Missing execution, external injection, initial provenance and opaque payload facts are faithfully expressed uncertainty, not additional verification defects. No unsupported emitted value, absence or complete axis coverage was found.
