Verification
The public synthesis supports its central conclusion: inspected source establishes conversation-derived retention, selection and later model-input delivery, not truthful extraction, observed benefit or exercised self-improvement. I checked every substantive passage against the handed records, their annotations, the reconciliation's payload supersession and the report/profile verification judgments. The synthesis answers file is empty; no earlier synthesis refusal was supplied. Those judgments were assessed for their consequences, not treated as substitutes for checking support.
- Boundary and progression: The boundary and Source register support the frozen revision, partial-loop classification, unavailable hosted/evaluation contents and absence of supplied execution evidence. RT-RTE-chat-memories, RT-RTE-extract-add and the workflow account support recall → answer → synchronous retention → return. The public account preserves empty/partial-return delivery, propagated failure, adapter-dependent confirmation and non-atomic effects. It does not equate an answer return with complete retention or correctness.
- Admission and retained parts: RT-RTE-direct-write, MEM-OBJ-procedural-memory, RT-RTE-openclaw-add and RT-RTE-openclaw-hooks support route-specific gates rather than universal extraction or human approval. The text, access, vector, entity, message and history records support the public distinctions between factual content, selection state, raw context and mutation history. The synthesis cites the canonical MEM-OBJ-memory-data, consistent with reconciliation; it does not count the superseded epistemic payload as another store.
- Selection and later consumption: EPI-RTE-memory-selection, RT-BAP-answer-context and the memory annotation on RT-RTE-extract-add support bounded candidate scoring, text-only answer delivery and consumer-specific expiry. MEM-RTE-coding-flush, MEM-RTE-coding-recall, MEM-RTE-pi-memory and MEM-RTE-hermes-memory support the additional capture/recall routes without establishing hosted transformation semantics, complete delivered context or host-window ownership.
- Warrant and improvement: EPI-RTE-extraction-checks supports operative structural rejection, not factual acceptance. EPI-CLM-evidence-bound supports the doctrine-level non-entailment example, not an observed model error. The epistemic conclusion supports scoped uncertainty about instance semantics and acceptance. RT-RTE-runtime-config distinguishes installed guidance from generated proposals. The synthesis leads with the supported trace-fed write/later-consumer contribution and separately withholds improved capacity, theory-builder-cycle, reflective/autonomous theory-building and exercised self-improvement conclusions. These are bounded non-establishment findings, not system-complete absences.
- Scenario and limitations: MEM-RTE-typescript-memory, RT-RTE-proxy-chat and RT-RTE-server-access support the local accounting, compatibility and ownership countercases. EPI-CLM-platform-scores supports attributed platform reporting only. Proposed evidence additions identify what would change the assessment without asserting those changes occurred.
The Limitations table carries both settled report-verification limits with their affected records and prevented conclusions. Profile verification declares no additional limit. Reconciliation declares no unresolved cross-report conflict. The public account remains intelligible without the supporting members: owners, handoffs, conditions and evidence strengths are explained before their analytical consequences. No unsupported comparison value, complete-coverage claim or material strengthening was found. No new record fault requires a correction.
Source-read log: none. This verification uses only the supplied members and their retained evidence; it adds no source evidence or corrected synthesis text.

Limits
- The selective inventory does not characterize the shipped integration-development procedure alongside RT-RTE-chat-memories, RT-RTE-runtime-config and the workflow account. The handed report verification identifies SRC-1 instruction-layer planning, fresh-context implementation, review, assertions and bounded remediation. Readers should withhold exhaustive comparisons of shipped delegation, evaluation and recovery procedures. The synthesis already carries this consequence in Limitations; the chat workflow and lack of observed efficacy remain supported.
- MEM-RTE-coding-recall retains ambiguous “first sufficiently long prompt” wording. The handed report verification establishes that first-prompt recording precedes minimum-length eligibility. Readers should not infer deferred automatic recall after an ineligible short first prompt. The synthesis explicitly carries that qualification in its context-delivery account and Limitations. Conditional first-prompt delivery and explicit MCP recall remain supported.
