Verification
I checked every substantive statement in the public synthesis against the handed boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applying the supplied reconciliation's supersessions. I also checked the report and profile verification judgments and the empty synthesis answers. No refusal or earlier synthesis-verification judgment was supplied. This assessment uses the handed records; no frozen-source read, target execution or additional evidence was needed. The synthesis is supportable without a publication blocker, subject to the carried local reporting limit below.
The opening correctly identifies an extension-owned trace-to-memory-to-context pathway, not a complete host runtime or weight-training system. Its frozen revision, cutoff and code/design evidence basis match the boundary. It leads with a supported improvement-directed contribution without promoting source wiring to observed use or demonstrated benefit. The absence of supplied user memories, execution traces and experiments remains beside the conclusions it restricts.
The task-event account preserves automatic enablement, stop-reason and suppression conditions, distinguishes task completion signals from verified success, and describes the selected transcript and separate error signals rather than a complete conversation. The proposal, extraction, one-repair and admission sequence agrees with RT-RTE-task-reflection and the workflow account. Structural admission is not presented as epistemic acceptance. The ledger supports the bounded finding that no inspected semantic truth/prevention acceptance and subsequent lifecycle integration route was established (epistemic ledger). The public text does not imply that every retained item is false.
The memory account preserves the operative distinctions between derived journal prose, canonical text, ranking state, selected core, all-current-rule long-term render and process-local notes. Its recurrence-versus-corroboration distinction, incomplete lineage and optional prose reasons match MEM-OBJ-daily, MEM-OBJ-index-text and MEM-OBJ-index-ranking. Avoid-prefix conversion is a policy transformation, not a checked inference; fallback migration can lose both coverage and kind (EPI-RTE-watchout-conversion, EPI-RTE-index-migration). The synthesis uses the canonical memory complete-history claim and monthly/input objects rather than treating superseded epistemic declarations as independent corroboration (MEM-CLM-complete-history, MEM-OBJ-monthly, MEM-OBJ-branch-messages).
The later-consumer account distinguishes default core supply, optional daily/monthly files, separately capped notes and path-requested long-term consultation. Fixed selection, prefix truncation and the notes exception to file-context disablement remain explicit. The hidden-message and system-prompt channels do not become a verified-read gate or proof of reliance (RT-RTE-context-injection, RT-OBJ-runtime-notes, RT-BAP-memory-policy). Maintenance conditions are also preserved: manual reflection bypasses automatic gates, monthly/redistill bypass enablement, missing rewrite IDs retain originals, and dry-run can initialize core. Coarse confirmation is not per-rule acceptance. Nontransactional writes, conditional Git recovery, inconsistent descendants and unestablished coordination are supported qualifications, not added guarantees (RT-RTE-month-summary, RT-RTE-core-redistill, memory write side).
The independent learning and theory findings remain at their supporting evidence levels. Wired trace learning names durable trace-fed updates and later consumers, not improved capacity. Condition 1 is afforded; conditions 2–4, criticism-driven capacity improvement and autonomous theory-builder performance are not asserted as established. The reflection account names the implemented self-representation/context path while withholding observed reciprocal behavioral effect. The dispositional self-change finding preserves the missing fourth causal link and separately withholds successful improvement. Provider mutability remains unresolved rather than being inferred from the lack of extension-owned parameter updates (RT-RTE-task-reflection, RT-CMP-reflection-model).
The scenario-relative close follows these findings: bounded candidate availability is supported; verified prevention, faithful generalization and cross-project transfer are not. Proposed resolving evidence distinguishes activation traces, semantic input/output checks and outcome comparisons, without claiming finer causal attribution than a comparison would support (EPI-CLM-prevention-scope, epistemic bounded conclusion). The Limitations table carries the report verification's command-count defect and its consequence; profile verification declares no additional limit. Other rows faithfully retain content/provenance, deployment, host and provider uncertainties. No additional record fault or materially misleading omission was found.

Limits
- The runtime account and boundary coverage report nine command registrations, while the epistemic coverage reports eight. The handed report verification settles the count as eight but leaves the originating members unchanged. The synthesis Limitations faithfully carries this local defect and warns against repeating nine. Readers should withhold a consistent command-count attribution to the originating members; this does not invalidate the control-route inventory in RT-RTE-runtime-controls or the supported producer, admission, maintenance and delivery conclusions. The issue concerns SRC-1,
extensions/self-learning.ts, not an unidentified missing route or a need for additional source evidence.
