Reconciliation

This reconciliation connects the four supplied analyst reports within the boundary. It uses their retained evidence, not additional source inspection. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied. The epistemic report compares its declarations with runtime, not memory; its statements that objects or claims have no supplied counterpart therefore do not resolve identities across the full set.

Duplicate supersessions

Amendment: EPI-CLM-full-history is superseded by MEM-CLM-complete-history. Both identify the same README claim that long-term-memory.md holds full history, retain its identical source passage, and contrast it with the current merged index render (SRC-1, README.md, extensions/self-learning.ts). The memory record also retains the generated complete-history wording. This is one claim, not independent corroboration or a second warrant. The epistemic claim-comparison row and history limitations refer to the same claim; both IDs remain declared, and neither finding is strengthened.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-monthly-text is superseded by MEM-OBJ-monthly. Both identify the model-generated summary persisted as monthly/YYYY-MM.md, produced from selected daily text, admitted for nonemptiness, and available to optional later context. The epistemic record retains the requested section headings; the memory record retains the writer passage and fuller lineage (SRC-1, extensions/self-learning.ts). The ephemeral response and its Markdown wrapper are stages of the same summary-content referent here, not separately checked summaries. The epistemic monthly ledger functions and the memory write/read account consequently concern the same content. This does not convert requested headings or faithfulness into validated properties.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-conversation-signals is superseded by MEM-OBJ-branch-messages. Both identify the selected branch-conversation input and bounded execution signals supplied to reflection. The epistemic record names the serialized conversationText and classifier output; the memory record explicitly includes the transient arrays and serialized strings, abort filtering, message tail and independently bounded signal scan. Their retained selection, serialization and classifier passages locate the same acquisition/input chain (SRC-1, extensions/self-learning.ts). The epistemic acquisition ledger row and the memory raw-to-derived chain therefore share this input referent. Neither record authenticates the transcript or establishes task success.

Containers, parts and distinct identities

EPI-OBJ-reflection-items is a valid content container spanning parsed string arrays and their daily rendering, within RT-RTE-task-reflection. MEM-OBJ-daily isolates the durable daily journal and its later consumers; it does not replace the parsed candidate stage. Identity of the whole records is ruled out, and no supersession is made. The shared daily-heading passages locate their overlap (SRC-1, extensions/self-learning.ts). RT-OBJ-runtime-notes is a distinct shortened, process-local derivative, not another daily record. The memory annotation supplies its first-item/prefix lineage without redeclaring it.

EPI-OBJ-index-items is a container for index records and their rendered views. Its material parts are separately declared as MEM-OBJ-index-text, MEM-OBJ-index-ranking, MEM-OBJ-core and MEM-OBJ-long-term-memory. The record type passage in epistemic and the key, ranking, selection and render passages in memory establish these connections (SRC-1, extensions/self-learning.ts). The container remains valid: it names the shared files and mixed content rather than asserting that all parts have one consumer or force. No split supersession is needed. Whole-record identity with any single part is ruled out. In particular, index text reaches models through interpretation, ranking metadata controls code selection, core is a bounded render, and long-term text contains all current indexed items with a requested-path rather than automatic delivery channel. The memory parts prevent treating the epistemic aggregate's recurrence metadata as a truth check or its rendered text as complete evidence history.

EPI-RTE-watchout-conversion is a declared part of RT-RTE-task-reflection, not a duplicate admission route. It isolates the deterministic Avoid: conversion. Runtime and workflow also describe that conversion; neither claims it is a semantic evaluation. The epistemic symbolic countercase qualifies the transformation, not the existence of the parent route. The encompassing proposal/parse/write sequence remains distinct.

EPI-RTE-core-ranking and EPI-RTE-index-migration span stages used by both RT-RTE-task-reflection and RT-RTE-core-redistill. Neither is identical to either full runtime route. Their distinct maintenance functions also are not duplicates of the memory objects on which they act. Memory independently describes the stripped-prefix migration caveat in MEM-OBJ-index-text and MEM-OBJ-core; epistemic retains the migration/default and conversion passages. These are convergent accounts of recovery losing kind/history, not conflicting recovery guarantees (SRC-1, extensions/self-learning.ts). No required operative part is identified as missing by these connections.

EPI-CLM-prevention-scope concerns prevention and cross-project reuse, not the completeness claim above or RT-CLM-strict-consultation. Similar improvement vocabulary does not make these claims identical. The reflection and redistill routes implement requests relevant to prevention/reuse; they are not themselves duplicate claim records. No other component, claim, absence or behavioral-authority duplicate is established. Workflow declares no new records; memory annotates the supplied runtime routes and authority path rather than redeclaring them.

Independent convergence and integration dispositions

RT-RTE-task-reflection, the memory annotation on that record, and the workflow account connect selected trace input to model proposal, optional repair, structural admission, daily/index/render writes and a later delivery route. The epistemic ledger separates proposal, checking, disposition and retention within that same route. Runtime's language of accepted reflection and memory's daily accepted journal refer to software admission; epistemic explicitly withholds evidence-consuming epistemic acceptance. These are different uses/scopes of acceptance, not conflicting findings about a semantic verifier. Repair receives malformed-output text rather than the original conversation; workflow and memory agree that syntax recovery does not independently re-ground the lesson (SRC-1, extensions/self-learning.ts, passages retained in the cited route and workflow account).

RT-RTE-month-summary and RT-RTE-core-redistill retain separate admission and overwrite mechanisms. Memory and epistemic agree that monthly nonemptiness and redistill mapping checks do not evaluate truth or preservation of meaning. Human invocation, batch confirmation and preview are not per-item content approval. Dry-run excludes final rewrites but can initialize a missing core during load/migration. The reports' known subsequent transformations coexist with unknown legacy authorship; neither uncertainty cancels the other.

RT-RTE-context-injection, its memory annotation, the epistemic operational-consumption row and the workflow delivery boundary agree on code-selected, character-bounded by-value supply. RT-BAP-memory-policy distinguishes historical text in a hidden message from static consultation instructions appended to the system prompt. Default core supply, optional recent daily/monthly text, independent process notes and path-requested long-term consultation are different channels, not interchangeable read guarantees. The strict-consultation mismatch is a source claim versus implementation distinction shared by the analysts, not an inter-report disagreement (SRC-1, README.md, extensions/self-learning.ts, passages retained in the cited claim, route and authority record).

The memory integration issues require no runtime correction and identify no runtime duplicate; their migration addition is connected above. The retained uncertainties about host application, generated content, provenance, Git results and scheduling agree with runtime and workflow. Optional history and staging before final writes do not imply a transaction or automatic rollback. No supplied correction changes a record on which another report depends.

The theory account in RT-RTE-task-reflection, the memory annotation and the epistemic bounded conclusion preserve the same independent limits: localized rules are afforded; content-dependent foreground decisions, criticism and iteration are unobserved; trace-fed memory change and later delivery are wired. Their dispositional improvement-directed pathway is not exercised self-improvement, and improvement benefit lacks outcome evidence. Workflow's producer-to-delivery account does not close the missing subsequent-operation link. RT-CMP-reflection-model separately records no extension-owned parameter update and unresolved provider behavior; neither fact negates the memory pathway.

Anchored disagreement

Unresolved conflict: RT-RTE-runtime-controls, the runtime account and boundary coverage describe nine registered commands, while the epistemic source-and-claim boundary reports eight registerCommand calls and says two documented forms of /learning-model share a registration. Both positions concern SRC-1, extensions/self-learning.ts; boundary also attributes the package entry surface to package.json. Runtime's route covers the named controls without enumerating nine separate registration identities; epistemic calls the count discrepancy nonconsequential and reports no omitted material operation. The supplied members therefore disagree on the registration count, not on an identified missing memory route. This prevents one agreed command-count statement. Reconciliation neither adopts eight nor preserves nine as established; the verifier must determine whether and where the account requires correction. The shared route findings do not depend on choosing the larger count.
