Verification

I checked all ten axes in the memory profile against the handed records and their annotations, resolving the supplied reconciliation before assessing support. The profile preserves the distinction between classification coverage and evidence strength. Its positive findings are wired or afforded, not observed operation or demonstrated benefit. No unsupported emitted value or materially misleading coverage assessment was found.

Scope, identity and inventory

The inventory covers daily reflections, canonical text and ranking parts, core and long-term renders, monthly summaries and process-local notes. These are distinct from the original branch traces and the external completion model. Optional Git history is conditional retention, not a claimed retrieval route. Excluding static consultation instructions, ordinary configuration, host transcript persistence and provider parameters does not conceal an alternative extension-maintained memory store (MEM-OBJ-branch-messages, MEM-OBJ-daily, MEM-OBJ-index-text, MEM-OBJ-index-ranking, MEM-OBJ-core, MEM-OBJ-long-term-memory, MEM-OBJ-monthly, RT-OBJ-runtime-notes, RT-CMP-reflection-model).

Reconciliation's three duplicate supersessions are respected: classification uses the canonical branch-messages, monthly and complete-history memory records. The broader epistemic containers are not treated as homogeneous substitutes for their finer parts. The registration-count disagreement does not change an identified memory route or any emitted value; the profile asserts no command count (MEM-CLM-complete-history, RT-RTE-runtime-controls).

Axis judgments

The profile's unresolved provenance, semantic-operation and deployment questions are already expressed at the relevant values and coverage units. They are faithfully scoped uncertainty, not additional verification findings. No frozen-source read was needed or performed; this judgment uses the handed records, not new evidence.
