Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements and qualifications against all supplied reports, the reconciliation and the two supplied verification judgments. No correction answers or previous synthesis-verification limits were supplied. I made no target source reads and added no evidence. This judgment concerns support and public meaning, not repetition of deterministic identity, citation or quotation checks.

Boundary and intake. The synthesis states the frozen source, cutoff, evidence layers and service-versus-host boundary before describing operation. It does not convert whole-system inclusion into exhaustive inspection or source wiring into observed execution. Its admission account preserves the distinction between caller assertions, model judgment, server validation and repository acceptance. RT-RTE-remember-intake, EPI-OBJ-relationship-proposals and EPI-OBJ-evidence-content support evidence-relative acceptance without factual certification. RT-CLM-commit-fences supports the direct-write guarantee with its PostgreSQL and trusted-scope dependencies, not exactly-once provider execution or equivalent session staging.

Retained context and maintenance. The separate session path preserves raw staging, checkpoint survival without semantic admission, bounded prior-context selection and exact-span provenance. MEM-OBJ-session-events and MEM-OBJ-extraction-checkpoints support the later-consumer chain without authenticating every input as an interaction trace. The account of repair omission does not invent a durable summary or reload pointer. Automatic and manager ontology admission remain distinct, as required by RT-RTE-ontology-maintenance and RT-RTE-manager-publication. Operational organization is distinguished from receipt reasons and factual evidence. The conflict account preserves fallback after abstention and the deletion-only audit qualification in MEM-OBJ-conflict-derivation. Correction, retraction and erasure remain separate: copied support does not establish a new entailment check; other support can preserve a relationship; queued erasure is not completed deletion or deletion of external copies.

Recall and delivery. The public gate finding retains the decisive conditions in EPI-RTE-recall-hydration: an otherwise visible query-matching document, ordinary lexical recall and organization disabled. It does not promote the counterexample to an observed incident, unrestricted recall or a finding about every branch. The reconciliation's delivery disagreement is carried in Limitations with both affected records and the report verifier's disposition. The body explicitly states source-fragment provenance subject to truncation, so neither full-fragment delivery nor an unresolved behavioral conflict is implied. Trace, pack export and skill drafting preserve their distinct bounds and authority. WF-CLM-client-delivery supports the described sequence, discarded outputs, original split handles, unknown receipt on cancellation and lack of workflow-wide rollback. The synthesis does not mistake those calls for semantic verification of recalled discoveries.

Capacity and limitations. The strongest supported trace-fed contribution leads the capacity discussion; unknown original provenance and unestablished improvement remain adjacent. Feedback uses the canonical MEM-RTE-feedback-recording, preserving the reconciliation's supersession rather than treating caller judgment as the evaluation oracle. RT-RTE-evaluation-suite supports measurement and optional gates, not achieved quality or automatic policy installation. The theory, criticism, reflection, autonomy and self-improvement statements remain independently bounded unknowns, not bundled absence findings. The unestablished theory conditions are not inferred merely from missing execution. The self-improvement passage distinguishes retained organization from the missing objective-responsive and subsequent-operation evidence.

Both supplied verifications declare Blockers and Limits as none. Their consequential qualifications are nevertheless retained in the public body and limitation rows. The remaining inventory, semantic, historical, transactional, rationale, provider, display, erasure, automation and adoption uncertainties name prevented conclusions rather than implying complete coverage. The scenario-relative assessment and proposed assessment-changing evidence do not introduce rankings, adoption advice, new source findings or causal attribution beyond the records. No material unsupported claim or additional unresolved record fault was identified.
