Verification
The pinned reports and reconciliation support a bounded, code-grounded account. No material correction is required. I read every supplied member, its governing type, the empty correction answers and the structural report check, which reports none. I reviewed every declaration, annotation, source attribution, conclusion status, containment relation and the reconciliation's supersession and conflict. Source inspection independently followed the consequential producer-to-consumer transitions below; analyst validation statements were not treated as evidence of semantic correctness.
The checkout HEAD equals the boundary revision and its working tree is clean. The tracked top-level tree agrees with the boundary's coverage table. Additional reads and searches use only SRC-1 implementation and target-authored doctrine at that revision. They establish neither observed operation nor causal benefit. No target, provider, test or example was executed.
Intake, model boundaries and retained context
RT-RTE-remember-intake and RT-CLM-commit-fences survive independent tracing through SRC-1, internal/remember/service/service.go, internal/remember/service/processor/remember_processor.go, internal/remember/service/submission_assessment_session.go and internal/knowledge/postgres/remember_commit.go. Actor/security checks, optional outer locking, durable replay, bounded validation/repair and transactional admission have distinct enforcement points. Commit locks and active-contract/known-evidence checks support accepted-write fencing, not exactly-once provider execution. The reports preserve that distinction.
The three component records, RT-CMP-openai-assessor, RT-CMP-openai-embedding and RT-CMP-openai-verifier, correctly separate configured model roles, remote parameters and retained outputs. Composition and transport inspection supports configurable names/endpoints, not immutable weights or training. Relevant SRC-1 paths are cmd/internal/serverapp/server.go, internal/provider/assessor/openai.go and internal/embedding/openai_provider.go. No component's opaque internals are used to infer either hidden learning or its absence.
RT-OBJ-assessment-session, RT-BAP-assessment-guidance and their memory/workflow annotations agree with SRC-1, internal/provider/assessor/remember.go: repair preserves the submitted envelope and selected allowlist; budget control substitutes assistant text only when useful and leaves final rejection possible. This is omission, not a durable summary or dereferenceable reload pointer. EPI-RTE-boundary-markers also matches the complete boundary-reference implementation in internal/assessor/assessor_boundaries.go, including its Unicode example. Its Part of: relation to Remember is valid.
The evidence-relative acceptance account in EPI-OBJ-evidence-content, EPI-OBJ-relationship-proposals and EPI-CLM-submission-review is supported by SRC-1, README.md, internal/assessor/assessor_submission_contract.go and internal/remember/service/submission_assessment_commit_input.go. Contract preservation, submitted-span requirements and a not-supported disposition are real controls. They do not prove source truth or faithful predicate interpretation. Evidence retention when proposals are declined prevents equating retention with acceptance.
RT-RTE-session-intake, MEM-OBJ-session-events and MEM-OBJ-extraction-checkpoints are supported by SRC-1, internal/session/service/service.go, internal/session/service/extraction.go, internal/session/extraction/provider.go, internal/knowledge/postgres/session_intake.go, internal/knowledge/postgres/session_checkpoint.go and internal/knowledge/postgres/session_commit.go. Staging precedes extraction; prior events and checkpoints have actual later readers. Cache validation, security rejection after checkpointing, bounded prior selection, cited-segment linking and exact-span commit checks support the reported distinctions. Both object-to-route containment relations are valid. Neither exact spans nor the framework label warrants universal entailment or authenticated interaction-trace origin.
Storage, maintenance and withdrawal
The persistent objects MEM-OBJ-evidence-fragments, MEM-OBJ-relationship-records, MEM-OBJ-search-documents and MEM-OBJ-search-vectors distinguish source text, semantic/support history, readable projections and numerical selection state. Commit, hydration and lifecycle source inspection supports those distinctions without assuming complete projection fidelity or historical consistency. MEM-RTE-derived-projections separately identifies re-embedding and deterministic community projection. SRC-1, internal/search/reconciliation.go and internal/community/service/topic_projection.go, confirms claimed-work selection, validation and repository completion; the reports do not promote forwarded fences into an independently audited universal race guarantee.
RT-RTE-ontology-maintenance and RT-RTE-manager-publication have genuinely different admission principals. SRC-1, internal/ontology/maintenance.go, internal/ontology/service.go and internal/ontology/management.go, supports automatic claims/accounting, deterministic bypass of model work, compilation/publication, and separate manager/grant/audit/revision controls. The qualifications on rollback and transactional freshness remain appropriate.
EPI-OBJ-organization-metadata, MEM-OBJ-ontology-records, MEM-OBJ-organization-receipt and MEM-BAP-organization-selection correctly distinguish assessment content, operational records, provenance and later selection force. SRC-1, internal/ontology/contract/organization.go, internal/ontology/contract/types.go, internal/ontology/postgres/organization.go and internal/ontology/postgres/recall.go, supports bounded reasons/dependencies, selected vocabulary and current/stale reads. The receipt's containment in automatic organization is valid; no full-deliberation or universal rationale-read-back claim is warranted or emitted.
RT-RTE-conflict-review agrees with SRC-1, internal/conflict/review/service.go: selection checks confidence and position validity; abstention and sufficient failures can reach fallback. MEM-OBJ-conflict-derivation validly identifies a retained part of that route. Its deletion-only text and no-vector audit role in internal/knowledge/postgres/conflict_derived_evidence_task_repository.go, plus explicit hydration exclusion, support the reconciliation's qualification. The runtime's broad reference to later knowledge consumers does not assert that this fragment becomes recalled factual support.
MEM-RTE-lifecycle-changes, EPI-RTE-relationship-correction, EPI-RTE-evidence-withdrawal and EPI-CLM-correction-lineage preserve the distinction between owner authorization and semantic warrant. SRC-1, internal/knowledge/postgres/relationship_correction_repository.go, internal/knowledge/postgres/relationship_correction_helpers.go and internal/knowledge/postgres/evidence_lifecycle_repository.go, confirms support-set equality, successor/support copying, server-policy verdicts, revocation and recomputation. Copied support is not a fresh entailment check; other support can preserve an active relationship. MEM-RTE-private-erasure instead describes physical deletion. Inspection of internal/privacy/postgres/store.go and internal/privacy/postgres/store_operations.go supports sealing/generation change, fenced manifest deletion, audit scrubbing and remaining-row checks, not erasure of external copies or observed completion.
Recall authority, export and workflow delivery
The consequential counterexample in EPI-RTE-recall-hydration is supported independently. SRC-1, internal/recall/postgres/recall_repository.go, admits ordinary evidence candidates and retains them through optional support/relationship joins without requiring a nonempty relationship aggregate. internal/recall/retrieval.go selects ordinary hydration when organization is disabled; internal/recall/recall_ontology.go appends eligible unsuppressed hits without adding the missing relationship requirement. This validates the scoped mismatch with EPI-CLM-support-gating, not an observed incident or a negative about every recall branch. The hydration record's containment in RT-RTE-recall-context is valid. Other lifecycle, source, space and quarantine restrictions still apply.
The reconciliation conflict concerns memory's phrase “original fragment content” versus epistemic's bounded context. Source inspection settles the delivery behavior: it is source-fragment text subject to truncation. SRC-1, internal/recall/postgres/recall_repository.go:
Context: truncateRecallContext(context), ---
internal/recall/postgres/recall_repository.go
I dismiss the proposed completeness conflict: the memory annotation contrasts original evidence with derived projections, not complete with partial delivery, and its read-back account explicitly disclaims a total host token budget. The epistemic record already states truncation beside the affected route. The reports jointly license provenance, not delivery of the entire fragment. No text asserts the complete-delivery guarantee that would require correction.
RT-BAP-discovery-guidance remains advisory. MEM-RTE-trace-export, EPI-RTE-trace-lineage and EPI-RTE-pack-export correctly separate bounded lineage exposure from acceptance and portable JSON from installation. SRC-1, internal/trace/service.go, internal/trace/contract/result_policy.go and internal/memorypack/memory_pack.go, supports the limits and export checks. MEM-RTE-administrative-views is likewise a valid coarse container for distinct graph and historical Dream readers, not evidence of current Dream generation; internal/graph/graph.go and internal/dream/control.go preserve that distinction.
WF-CLM-client-delivery matches the shipped Python example and SDK lifecycle in SRC-1, packages/python/examples/remember.py and packages/python/src/densemem/client.py. The script discards recall and trace returns and traces Remember splits. Its replay assertion is not factual verification. SDK cancellation leaves receipt unknown; later-call failure does not imply rollback. The workflow annotation's bounded assessment rejection sequence also matches the service loop.
Reconciliation and omission-search disposition
The sole supersession, EPI-RTE-recall-feedback by MEM-RTE-feedback-recording, is valid identity reconciliation. SRC-1, internal/recall/feedback.go and cmd/internal/serverapp/application_composition.go, confirms captured-snapshot attribution, reference validation, retained reports/readers and production omission of the optional resolver. EPI-OBJ-feedback-assessment remains a payload, not a competing route or oracle. The remaining container/part and stage distinctions in reconciliation do not require supersession. All integration issues have dispositions; the text-delivery objection above was the only marked unresolved conflict. No correction answers require adjudication.
Omission questions were selected from the frozen top-level tree, production tool catalog, worker composition and shipped caller dependencies, not only record anchors:
- Could an alternate shipped intake or maintenance writer invalidate the direct-Remember admission account? Session staging, correction, retraction, erasure, ontology and projection workers are accounted for separately. The demo entry's quota/route/cleanup customization in SRC-1,
cmd/demo-server/main.go, uses the shared server rather than establishing a second semantic controller. This supports the scoped direct-route guarantee, not uniform admission across all writers. - Could an intervening consumer restore the README's mandatory support gate or establish full evidence delivery? Candidate, ordinary hydration and final selection inspection resolves both questions as above. Organized/vector branches remain outside that counterexample; no exhaustive absence is inferred.
- Could retained feedback, benchmark results or skill drafts already establish an installed improvement loop? Feedback readers/composition, scorer dispatch and export instructions support separate reporting, measurement and drafting paths. RT-RTE-evaluation-suite agrees with SRC-1,
internal/evalharness/runner.goandinternal/evalharness/score.go: saved traces/mappings can be rescored; imports can return before scoring; optional gates follow artifact creation. Qrels remain an input oracle. RT-RTE-skill-export and RT-BAP-export-guidance agree withinternal/promptcatalog/prompts/export_memory_as_agent_skill.md: host drafting/review is requested, automatic memory import forbidden, and installation unestablished. Searches of feedback consumers and shipped automation do not justify a system-wide absence claim, and none is emitted.
Further optional omission expansion stopped because these challenges have supported dispositions and no identified material challenge remains unresolved. Uninspected historical payload provenance, complete rollback/freshness behavior, browser projections, baseline provenance and external operation still prevent their corresponding comparisons; the reports already place those uncertainties beside their claims. They do not undermine the positive retained-state and read-back mechanisms. No evidenced-absence record, universal learning negative, observed semantic success or causal benefit is inferred from uninspected paths. These faithfully scoped uncertainties add no separate verification limit.
