Dense-Mem profile verification

Verification

I checked every axis, unit assessment and positive finding in the handed memory profile against its cited records and the supplied classification definitions. The comparison rationale agrees with the frontmatter's accumulated-memory boundary: primary content, access structures, recovery, maintenance, historical displays and evaluation artifacts are included; static prompts, external weights and unestablished export installation are not positive memory witnesses. No target source reads were needed. This judgment concerns support and meaning, not a repetition of deterministic citation or identity checks.

Storage and form. The storage_substrate findings distinguish PostgreSQL persistence from vector access and evaluation files. The object inventory supports relational storage without inferring a graph database from relationships or files from JSON. MEM-OBJ-search-vectors supports both relational persistence and vector access; RT-RTE-evaluation-suite supports saved-artifact reload. The representational_form units separate text, fixed-rule controls and distributed numerical encoding rather than classifying an entire mixed JSON object as prose. Dense embeddings support the profile's parametric value under the supplied definition without implying trained or updated provider parameters. MEM-RTE-administrative-views supports historical statement/rationale display, not classification of its uninspected raw payload. The retained substrate and form gaps justify partial axes.

Lineage. Imported caller material, compiled projections/extractions and deliberate editing have distinct derivation witnesses. MEM-OBJ-extraction-checkpoints supports the raw-to-derived-to-later-consumer chain; MEM-OBJ-session-events explicitly leaves original caller provenance mixed or opaque. Conditional trace-extracted lineage therefore does not classify every session input as a trace. Authored edits in MEM-RTE-lifecycle-changes and RT-RTE-manager-publication do not require a human author. Unknown initialization and inherited provenance remain unresolved rather than disappearing behind known downstream transformations.

Behavioral authority. The profile identifies reference content at readers, text/vector features at retrieval, retained eligibility and generation controls at software gates, and recovery/completion state at later progression. These support knowledge, ranking, enforcement, validation and routing without treating delivery as endorsement. MEM-OBJ-evidence-fragments, MEM-OBJ-relationship-records, MEM-RTE-private-erasure and RT-RTE-remember-intake supply the relevant content and control effects. Checkpoint revalidation alone would not establish that a checkpoint supplies validation criteria; the finding also names independently supported retained request-identity and generation/fence criteria. The conditional learning finding names the trace input at its extraction/update consumer, separately from the output's downstream knowledge authority. MEM-BAP-organization-selection supports definitions as organizer context and symbolic organization as selection controls, not standing instruction authority. Opaque consumers remain unresolved.

Write agency and curation. The automatic findings concern software/model admission rather than authorship, physical writes or mere workflow initiation. Generic caller, owner and manager roles do not resolve human per-content control. The profile appropriately retains these caller decisions and initialization as unknown alongside automatic downstream admission. For curation_operations, MEM-OBJ-extraction-checkpoints supports consolidation of retained messages; semantic uncertainty does not require synthesis. Explicit correction/publication supports evolve; support revocation and supersession support invalidate; retention erasure and age-based feedback pruning support decay. MEM-RTE-lifecycle-changes, MEM-RTE-private-erasure and MEM-RTE-feedback-recording preserve those distinctions. No dedup or synthesis value is asserted merely from result filtering, index repair or requested semantic behavior. The unresolved transformation inventory prevents complete enumeration.

Read-back direction and signal. Requested recall, trace/export, display and explicit recovery/scoring loads support pull. Internal automatic supply is separately supported: retained prior events enter a later extraction frame, and selected store/vocabulary/work inputs enter organizer or maintenance consumers. These are not additional pushes attributed to the mere return of requested recall. MEM-OBJ-session-events supports actual same-session targeting plus recency/count/token filtering. MEM-OBJ-ontology-records and RT-RTE-ontology-maintenance support source-linked/forced identity selection, lexical vocabulary selection and bounded supply. Coarse maintenance selection is retained as partial where detailed dossier/repository predicates are uninspected. Pull-only operations are locally inapplicable for push signals, while unresolved alternatives keep the axis partial rather than globally inapplicable.

Trace learning and source. The wired conditional yes has automatic trace-fed production, durable derived material and later consumers in RT-RTE-session-intake and MEM-OBJ-extraction-checkpoints. It does not require parameter updates, observed improvement or semantic novelty. The profile does not infer a particular original trace source from session/framework labels. Its trace_source not-determinable assessment preserves the missing original-content fact; it is neither a negative nor a claim of complete source coverage. Feedback/evaluation retention alone is not promoted to automatic adaptation, and unresolved alternatives do not receive a fabricated local no.

Reconciliation and consequential qualifications. Feedback citations use the canonical MEM-RTE-feedback-recording; the separate EPI-OBJ-feedback-assessment remains a content object. The profile does not depend on complete fragment delivery: EPI-RTE-recall-hydration preserves truncation and the ordinary-path support-gating counterexample. The source-lineage wording in the memory recall annotation therefore does not undermine its form, direction or bounded authority findings. MEM-OBJ-conflict-derivation remains audit/recovery material excluded from ordinary evidence recall, not new factual support. The discarded outputs in WF-CLM-client-delivery and the uninstalled draft in RT-RTE-skill-export supply no observed reliance or installed instruction authority.

The units sometimes group several named parts or mechanisms, but their local findings and notes retain the operative distinctions needed for the emitted values. All positive bases remain wired. No observed operation, causal benefit, unsupported absence or complete system inventory is asserted. The remaining uncertainty is already expressed in the affected units and axis assessments; it does not require an additional publication limit.
