Verification
Checked all ten axes of the profile against the supplied declarations and annotations, using reconciliation to resolve maintenance to MEM-RTE-install-maintenance. No source files were read. The empty author answers supply no additional argument or evidence. The judgment concerns classification support, not successful execution or benefit.
- Storage substrate: Postgres and file findings are supported by the retained objects and delivery routes. Text and JSON encodings are not additional substrates. Browser-local and remote-provider storage remain explicitly unresolved rather than inheriting the filesystem finding. See MEM-OBJ-skill, MEM-OBJ-skill-version, MEM-OBJ-watcher-state, RT-RTE-registry-write and RT-RTE-browser-sync.
- Representational form: Text interpreted by humans/models and localized fields consumed by fixed rules support natural-language and symbolic findings respectively. Scalar confidence does not establish parametric memory. Opaque archive members, arbitrary frontmatter and metadata remain separate unresolved parts. See MEM-OBJ-skill, MEM-OBJ-skill-version and MEM-OBJ-usage-event.
- Lineage: Authored procedures are afforded, external admission is wired import, and snapshots/packaging are wired software derivations. Watcher-derived events and recovery state support trace-extracted lineage without implying learning. These path findings do not resolve initial caller or archive provenance. See RT-RTE-registry-write, RT-RTE-source-import, MEM-RTE-inbound-resolution, MEM-OBJ-content-version and MEM-RTE-trace-reporting.
- Behavioral authority: Instruction at the external agent is afforded, not enforced compliance. Comment/report knowledge is similarly bounded by its consumer. Code-level feedback ranking and requested foreground description matching retain distinct bases. Collections/pointers route reads; disabled releases and seen-slug state veto covered operations; checksums and linked-event membership provide validation criteria. None implies universal revocation or learning authority. See RT-BAP-host-instructions, MEM-RTE-feedback-catalog, RT-RTE-openclaw-use, RT-RTE-bundle-install, MEM-OBJ-watcher-state and EPI-RTE-comment-check.
- Write agency: Explicit human editing/approval supports the manual affordance. Software snapshotting, synchronization, automatic conflict-policy adoption, updates and report admission support automatic findings without assigning authorship. Generic content/resolution callers remain unresolved; starting a maintenance operation is not a per-content approval decision. See RT-RTE-registry-write, MEM-RTE-inbound-resolution, RT-RTE-adapter-update and EPI-RTE-rating-admission.
- Curation operations: Revision/replacement supports evolve; staged-to-current adoption supports promote. Disabled archives support path-specific invalidate, and the rolling usage window supports decay of ranking influence without deletion. Matching session/agent/slug reports are updated rather than duplicated, supporting dedup and evolve. Packaging and uninstantiated model generalization are not assigned consolidate or synthesize. See MEM-RTE-inbound-resolution, RT-RTE-bundle-install, MEM-RTE-feedback-catalog and EPI-RTE-rating-admission.
- Read-back direction: Requested registry, archive, history, conflict and bundle operations support pull. Hook-triggered supply toward later host discovery supports push, without counting a requested server response twice or asserting model-window injection. Foreground body reads retain their claimed basis. Reminder visibility and other downstream alternatives remain unresolved. See RT-RTE-project-sync, RT-RTE-mcp-delivery, MEM-RTE-feedback-catalog, RT-RTE-openclaw-use and RT-RTE-context-hooks.
- Read-back signal: Collection membership actually selects delivered parts on automatic sync, supporting identifier; wildcard supply supports coarse. Requested slug lookup and foreground task judgment are not additional push signals. Inapplicability is local to the named pull operations, not imposed on unresolved directions. See RT-RTE-project-sync, RT-RTE-mcp-delivery and RT-RTE-context-hooks.
- Trace learning and trace source: The watcher retains analytics/recovery state; the feedback endpoint recomputes a response rather than writing a durable derived behavior-shaping artifact. These records do not establish a qualifying positive learning write. Unknown evaluation consumers, generic authoring control and independent payload production also prevent a bounded complete negative. The profile therefore emits neither a learning value nor a trace-source value, rather than treating visible JSONL as sufficient. See MEM-RTE-trace-reporting, MEM-RTE-feedback-catalog, RT-RTE-registry-write and MEM-OBJ-skill-version.
The partial axes retain supported positives and name unresolved included parts. Neither trace axis asserts absence or inapplicability. No disagreement between the handed records requires choosing a stronger status. The profile's exclusions of static policy objects, transient responses and external weights are consistent with its accumulated-memory scope; those policies and responses remain evidence for routes, not additional retained-memory objects. No unsupported positive, evidence upgrade or system-complete negative was found. The local unit-granularity issue below does not change the supported existence findings.

Limits
- The profile groups several natural units into broad classification units, notably control consumers under behavioral authority and multiple admission/derivation mechanisms under write agency and lineage. Its notes distinguish the mechanisms and evidence bases, so the emitted positives remain supported and its partial assessments do not imply complete coverage. However, unit counts or a one-to-one object/consumer/admission comparison cannot be extracted faithfully from those grouped rows. Withhold such fine-grained comparisons; use the declaring routes to distinguish the mechanisms. Relevant distinctions are explicit in RT-RTE-project-sync, MEM-RTE-inbound-resolution, MEM-RTE-install-maintenance, MEM-OBJ-watcher-state and EPI-RTE-comment-check. This is a coarse-unit limit, not a reason to withdraw supported system-level existence findings.
