Verification

I checked all ten axes of the handed profile against the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow accounts and the supplied reconciliation. No refusal or correction argument was supplied. The judgment concerns classification support and coverage, not source execution, memory accuracy or improvement.

The scope is retained local memory and its access, admission, maintenance and later-consumer mechanisms, with hosted alternatives kept unresolved. Static bundled guidance, provider inference weights, package replacement and the separate executable mod builder do not silently supply memory values. These exclusions agree with the memory account and the distinct change routes in RT-RTE-extension-load, RT-RTE-package-update and EPI-RTE-mod-selection. The selected non-memory delegation workflow does not establish additional memory classifications.

Reconciliation's summary-object, projection, fetch and arena-route supersessions are respected. The profile cites their memory-side canonical records while retaining the distinct epistemic generation, retention, guidance and merge functions. Identity resolution does not upgrade their evidence strength or settle semantic fidelity.

Some units group local objects or operations with the same classified coverage. Their finding notes still identify the supporting part, consumer or mechanism; the grouping does not assign a repository substrate to arena logs, instruction authority to every fact, or human control to generic callers. Each axis remains partial, with initial-content control, dynamic resources, repair/replay/migration details, feedback consumers or hosted alternatives expressly unresolved. These uncertainties already travel with the extracted profile values. I found no unsupported emitted value, false complete-coverage assessment or material omission changing the bounded comparison findings.

No source files were read and no quotations or records were added. The supplied records and retained passages were sufficient for this judgment; deterministic content validation is a separate form check, not evidence of semantic support.
