Reconciliation
Boundary and record identity
The reports share the complete-artifact, partial-loop boundary. Its Source register distinguishes doctrine/design, reported internal use and publication-hygiene implementation. The runtime's claimed design and uninspected operation fields and the epistemic ledger's doctrine only architectural status concern different assessment fields; they do not conflict or establish runtime implementation. No source reads were needed for this reconciliation.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-conversation-summary is superseded by MEM-OBJ-summary-message. Both identify the same natural-language compaction product: prior conversational context plus references, supplied as the first message in the in-context buffer. Both connect it to RT-RTE-history-compaction, whose SRC-1 constitution/AFFORDANCES.md passage supplies the shared identity evidence. The epistemic inventory and compaction ledger concern this same product, not a distinct summary type or instance. Both records retain unknown summarizer behavior, fidelity and actual operation; the supersession changes no finding or status. Both IDs remain declared.
Other overlaps do not establish identity. RT-OBJ-context-constitution is the published policy, not the agent's retained memories. EPI-OBJ-durable-learnings identifies candidate content within RT-RTE-memory-admission; MEM-OBJ-memory-blocks identifies the underlying persistent substrate and its system-memory projection, while MEM-OBJ-external-memory identifies conditionally retrieved retained material. Candidate learnings can occupy either surface, but neither surface is identical to that candidate-content class. MEM-OBJ-mem-fs is the working projection, not the underlying blocks. No supersession follows from these overlaps.
MEM-OBJ-context-metadata, MEM-OBJ-message-history and MEM-OBJ-skill-assets identify discovery material, raw experience and opaque mixed assets, respectively. They are neither the policy nor duplicate route declarations. Their closest runtime counterparts describe selection, transformation or admission involving those objects. EPI-RTE-update-assessment and EPI-RTE-pruning-assessment are distinct evaluative parts of memory maintenance: future usefulness versus safe placement and retrieval. The broader parent route remains valid alongside them. EPI-CLM-general-learning states a transfer requirement within the broader improvement claim RT-CLM-token-learning, not a duplicate claim. Workflow declares no additional records.
Connected findings and integration dispositions
Discovery and consumption. Memory's integration issues distinguish automatic metadata supply from agent-requested full-content delivery. Its annotation and metadata object supplement RT-RTE-context-disclosure; the workflow annotation selects the cue–metadata–full-content sequence without claiming every supply operation is requested. The epistemic acquisition row assesses imported content without granting source endorsement. These findings coexist: discovery cues, selected content, successful delivery and warranted reliance remain separate. Unknown refresh, budgets, payloads and execution prevent implementation or retrieval-success conclusions, not the declared distinction.
Admission and evaluation. All three specialist accounts preserve the file-specific successful-push gate in RT-RTE-memory-admission, while leaving bespoke memory-tool and delegated-write gates unresolved. Memory's integration warning therefore does not contradict the runtime finding. The two epistemic assessment parts add policy-level judgments without converting push success into semantic acceptance or assigning a universal human veto. No recorded candidate-linked acceptance or subsequent reliance is supplied. These are compatible limitations, not a cross-report disagreement.
Compaction and recovery. The summary supersession connects memory's raw-history/derived-summary distinction to the epistemic fidelity assessment. RT-RTE-history-compaction and both specialist accounts retain host-triggered replacement and later summary supply, separately from active raw-history retrieval. Memory's desired extracted-fact checkpoint remains a prescription without a specified automatic producer or admission route. Workflow treats history search as a recovery opportunity, not proof of detection or repair. No account requires losslessness, retained rationale, an exact tail or an exercised repair loop that another denies.
Delegation and delivery. Memory, epistemic and workflow findings on RT-RTE-subagent-context converge on isolated message threads with shared persistent memory. They preserve different Recall, Reflection and Defragmentation roles without inferring return-only effects or a security boundary. Workflow treats delegation and durable maintenance as optional auxiliaries, not mandatory stages of progressive disclosure. Its stopping point at usable-context supply is consistent with runtime's unspecified task termination and with absent delivered-result evidence. Exact grants, returns, concurrency and recovery remain unresolved.
Improvement claims. The epistemic comparison and memory read-back account preserve the separate theory-builder, learning, reflection and self-improvement assessments in RT-RTE-memory-admission. Published localized policy, intended future consumption and an improvement objective do not supply an exercised criticism/revision episode, acceptance, causal dependence or benefit. RT-CMP-underlying-model remains a separate distributed-parametric component; context updates are not evidence about online weight changes. These limits do not negate the declared improvement-directed routes.
Cross-report disagreements
No unresolved disagreement between the supplied reports was identified. The memory integration issues above are retained distinctions and evidence gaps, not conflicting findings. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied to this invocation. Apart from the summary identity amendment, the compared records remain distinct or valid containers with parts; no further supersession is asserted.
