Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow findings, the reconciliation's supersession and dispositions, and the two supplied verification judgments. No refusal or previous synthesis-verification judgment was supplied; the synthesis answers file is empty. No correction is presumed from an answer.

Boundary, planning and effect admission

The opening states the repository, full revision, cutoff, evidence layers and absence of execution evidence. It preserves the distinction between a whole-system source boundary and selective specialist inspection established by the boundary. Its characterization of the declared research purpose agrees with EPI-CLM-research-environment, without turning that purpose into successful discovery or physical-world validation.

The scheduling, fresh-context and queue account agrees with RT-RTE-model-planning, RT-OBJ-action-queues and the workflow account. It explains software fan-out rather than suggesting model-manager delegation. The context account preserves independent latest-state delivery, distinct selectors, optional trimming, selected-versus-delivered uncertainty and a potentially exceeded character budget. These are supported by MEM-OBJ-research-state, MEM-RTE-context-selection and EPI-RTE-memory-selection. It does not confuse unchanged stored originals with semantic fidelity of delivered excerpts.

The two admission boundaries are correctly separated: schema and citation-availability checks precede queue commitment, while simulator checks govern effects. The account preserves the smaller configured-plan-limit qualification and does not imply whole-tick rollback, human approval of every plan or truthful prose from schema success. See RT-RTE-model-planning, RT-RTE-world-stepping and RT-CLM-grounded-science.

Measurement, retained experience and executable changes

The measurement account distinguishes observation-time evidence, resource eligibility, TEST readout and proposal-time material ablation. It retains the private threshold-flag exclusion and the experience-reuse condition on source-recipe retention. It bounds the ablation contrast to material inclusion rather than communication, intelligence or publication effects. These claims follow EPI-RTE-sensor-evidence, EPI-RTE-batch-measurement, EPI-RTE-recipe-admission, EPI-RTE-proposal-evaluation and MEM-OBJ-research-mission. The synthesis does not rely on the superseded empirical-object declaration as a distinct object or independent evidence.

Teaching, archive access, spatial deposits, publication provenance and request receipts remain different mechanisms. The synthesis correctly preserves their operational force without licensing truth or semantic fulfillment from their labels. See MEM-RTE-social-retention, EPI-RTE-insight-circulation, MEM-OBJ-message-records and MEM-BAP-evidence-admission.

The executable-program account preserves convergent validation, fork-specific rather than universal ancestry rules, bounded VM execution rather than host isolation, and per-instruction rather than aggregate actuator constraints. It distinguishes installed instructions, registry history and knowledge indices, including transferred verification flags and configured inheritance rather than demonstrated competence or utility. See RT-RTE-program-install, RT-BAP-program-execution, MEM-OBJ-program-library, MEM-OBJ-program-skills and MEM-RTE-cultural-inheritance.

Recovery, delivery and assessment

The recovery account retains the optional transient-error condition, batch restoration, driver responsibility, convenience-method exception and lack of eventual-completion assurance. Its delivery criterion is recording and summary return, not scientific success. Optional assays are scoped to researcher-facing evaluation, with knockout contrasts conditional rather than promised for every held-out evaluation. These statements agree with RT-RTE-model-planning, RT-RTE-ecology-assay and the workflow account.

Replay remains recorded-action reconstruction, not new model reasoning or complete adaptive continuation. Its limits follow RT-RTE-recorded-replay, the memory replay annotation and MEM-OBJ-event-trace. Direct controllers and external scenario authors are not attributed to ordinary model autonomy or in-episode self-modification; see RT-RTE-direct-control and RT-RTE-scenario-admission.

The adaptive contribution leads with supported retention and ranking changes, not a bundled negative. The planning-stage citation update and subsequent stepping-stage outcome update are correctly separated, consistent with the reconciled MEM-RTE-retrieval-feedback and EPI-RTE-memory-selection. The comparison-specific trace-learning statement does not claim improved future capacity. The four theory-builder conditions, criticism-led improvement, reflection, autonomy and exercised self-improvement remain independent and no stronger than RT-RTE-model-planning. Provider weight uncertainty remains separate under RT-CMP-configured-model. The proposed evidence that would change these assessments addresses the actual missing content, causal links and comparison controls.

Carried limits and public readability

The Limitations table faithfully carries both supplied verification limits: the partial offline producer/evaluator inventory and the coarse comparison units with omitted local classifications. It states their consequences for complete inventories, selector value sets and one-to-one comparisons while preserving supported existence findings. The short offline-selection and embedding/cache statement is explicitly tied to the supplied report verification's additional inspection; it is not presented as a newly reconstructed complete route. No system-wide absence of automatic selection is inferred from the live assay consumer.

The remaining rows preserve the consequential qualifications on execution evidence, semantic warrant, adaptive reconstruction, simulator validity and provider/deployment evidence. Reconciliation supplies no unresolved conflict requiring an additional row. The public account explains the source-native progression before applying theory terminology and gives a scenario-relative assessment without ranking or adoption advice. Its limits are already stated beside affected claims and in the table; faithfully scoped uncertainty is not a new verification defect. I found no additional record fault, unsupported central conclusion or material omitted condition requiring a blocker or new limit.

Source-read log: none. This verification uses the supplied members and retained evidence only; no source ambiguity required a frozen-source read. No target execution or additional evidence was introduced.
