Verification

The handed public synthesis supports its bounded conclusions. No publication blocker was identified. I checked every substantive passage against the supplied records, applied the four reconciliation supersessions, and checked carriage of all three report-verification limits and the profile-verification inventory limit. The synthesis answers file is empty and no refusal or previous synthesis verification was supplied. This judgment adds no evidence, correction or source classification. No frozen-source reads or target execution were performed.

The opening identifies SRC-1, the frozen revision and cutoff, the whole-system inclusion boundary and the distinction between inspected implementation, doctrine, attributed reporting and unobserved execution. Its characterization as a memory service and coordination layer, rather than the enclosing conversational executor, follows boundary, RT-RTE-turn-cycle and WF-RTE-local-exchange. Later paragraphs remain readable without the supporting members: they identify the external next-step owner and distinguish service-controlled state transitions from client interpretation.

The ordinary turn account preserves independent recall/store failures and proposed memory status after transaction commitment. It does not adopt the stronger atomicity claim in RT-CLM-atomic-turn. The content/envelope/index account agrees with MEM-OBJ-memory-record and MEM-OBJ-memory-indexes, including the limits of hash-only co-commit content. Its persistence discussion describes known failure handling, not comprehensive crash safety.

The admission account preserves the important positive finding: optional evidence-consuming acceptance is implemented, not merely requested. EPI-RTE-lasting-check, EPI-RTE-support-check and EPI-RTE-semantic-disposition support its named criteria, conditional activation and consequential local-vote force. The synthesis retains baseline priority, configured scope, support-judge/evidence prerequisites, explicit-expiry holds and later quorum. It neither authenticates evidence nor generalizes this route to all admission. The separate operator decision and temporary evidence account follows MEM-OBJ-review-decision and MEM-OBJ-gate-material: the enum, not its note, affects later voting. RT-RTE-co-commit, MEM-RTE-sync-copy and MEM-RTE-import-material support the alternate-admission distinctions, including historical import behavior.

The later-context account preserves what reaches each consumer. RT-RTE-targeted-recall supports disputed-live eligibility and the browser's loss of warnings relative to MCP. RT-RTE-hook-context, its memory annotation and MEM-OBJ-capture-unit support the recency budget, selective capture, reconstruction and host-window limits. Consent gates capture, not every later read or guaranteed retention. The text does not equate encoded conversational units with full transcripts or semantic summaries. RT-RTE-boot-guidance and RT-BAP-client-guidance support mode-dependent, nonprivileged guidance rather than enforced model compliance.

The feedback section leads with supported contributions. MEM-RTE-verdict-feedback closes the vote-to-statistics-to-later-weighting chain, with agreement rather than factual truth as its reference. RT-RTE-bridge-distillation supports outcome-fed proposal and later input delivery without settling compression, derivation or conjecture. Reflection packaging is not promotion of an already retained entry, and assigned fact type/confidence is not proven success. Correction preserves replacement-before-challenge sequencing and possible coexistence. These conclusions use the canonical MEM-RTE-reflection-storage, MEM-RTE-correction-cycle and MEM-RTE-lifecycle-change, rather than strengthening their superseded epistemic declarations.

Theory-builder conditions 1–4 are separately described at the actual-output boundary. Criticism-induced capacity improvement, reflection, autonomous theory building and exercised self-improvement remain distinct unestablished properties, not an inferred bundled absence. The self-improvement discussion names the system boundary, later-admission/session horizon and missing subsequent causal dependence. EPI-CLM-feedback-learning remains attributed research reporting, not independently reconstructed statistics or an isolated consensus effect. MEM-RTE-evaluation-readback and EPI-RTE-benchmark-check support the different benchmark's answer-input and grading wiring without establishing effectiveness.

The selected coordination workflow follows WF-RTE-local-exchange from exact-local send through inspection, explicit claim, external execution responsibility, recorded reply and sender retrieval. Authorization checking is presented under client guidance, not machine verification of task legitimacy. The following paragraph preserves supplied-session new-completion scope, raw-call and completed-replay exceptions, revision-fenced handoff, potentially truncated results and the absence of a task-answer oracle. No successful task or user acceptance is inferred from completion.

The scenario assessment and proposed resolving evidence remain proportional to these records. They give no product ranking or transfer recommendation. The Limitations table faithfully carries the report limits on automatic re-embedding alternatives, wider consumer/recovery/removal/transport coverage and efficacy attribution. It also carries the profile limit on coarse partial inventories without weakening valid existence findings. The corrected Darwin mechanisms appear as conditional platform-specific recovery, not unrestricted downgrade. No unresolved cross-report conflict remains in the handed reconciliation, and none was introduced by the synthesis. The following limits remain publication constraints; their consequences are already stated in that table.
