Verification
The handed synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. No material blocker or additional unresolved defect was found. I checked every substantive passage against the supplied records, reconciliation and settled verification qualifications. I read all supplied inputs completely. No source inspection, target execution or new evidence was added. The reconciliation contains no supersession or remaining unresolved conflict requiring a different public conclusion.
The public account states its repository, revision, cutoff, whole-system functional scope and implementation/doctrine evidence basis. It does not turn source inspection into observed operation or causal benefit. Its distinction between Python-owned progression and model-proposed content agrees with RT-RTE-pipeline-run and the boundary. Readers can understand the operational sequence without opening the analyst reports.
The source-to-candidate account preserves the distinction between archived sources, derived prose and fixed-rule metadata. Budgeted compiler inputs, reduced-context recovery, typed restart checkpoints and exact-key response reuse are supported by MEM-OBJ-source-documents, MEM-OBJ-raw-notes, RT-RTE-pipeline-run, MEM-RTE-checkpoint-resume and MEM-RTE-response-reuse. The cache-options caveat remains specific to the inspected adapter. None of these mechanisms is presented as retained private reasoning or complete source coverage.
The admission account preserves optional verification, default direct publication, the bounded review preview and automatic approval. Nonempty-feedback retention, delivery of only recent feedback strings, the separate rejected-body consumer, the cap and subsequent-invocation requirement agree with WF-RTE-interactive-review, MEM-OBJ-rejections and RT-BAP-rejection-guidance. Its positive trace-learning statement describes the supported automatic durable-update route, not observed compliance or improved capacity. This matches the supplied profile verification's distinction between trace-fed writing and learning benefit. Ordered publication is not upgraded to atomicity; the confidence proxy is not upgraded to factual validation. Direct summary and synthesis admission remain explicit counterexamples to universal draft review, supported by RT-RTE-draft-publication, EPI-RTE-confidence-score, MEM-OBJ-source-summaries and MEM-RTE-synthesis-save.
Identity and recovery conclusions remain local: symbolic alias decisions can constrain later normalization, but mutation does not establish semantic correctness, and seed restoration is not full-state rollback. See MEM-OBJ-concept-entities, MEM-RTE-identity-rebuild, RT-RTE-concept-curation and EPI-RTE-state-recovery.
The consumption account preserves selected names versus delivered bodies, question-triggered routing, page slicing and requested rather than checked grounding. It carries the repaired distinction between ordinary Q&A persistence/title resolution and synthesis catalogue admission, including the 25-entry cap. See RT-RTE-query-answer, EPI-RTE-answer-retention, MEM-OBJ-index and EPI-RTE-synthesis-guard. Read-only source delivery correctly counts as read-back without implying model use. MCP article policy, source-license policy and export copying are not conflated; source-summary exceptions, process-lifetime grandfathering and host-dependent guidance remain visible. See MEM-RTE-source-passages, RT-RTE-mcp-answer, RT-RTE-pack-export and RT-BAP-pack-guidance.
The assessment distinguishes actual local checks from factual acceptance. It does not generalize offline skipped term recall into an absence of answer-content checking in the comparison advisor. The additional expected-page, substring, refusal and switch-advice account is supported by the supplied report verification's retained findings; it qualifies the partial inventory around RT-RTE-compare-eval and EPI-RTE-offline-evaluation, rather than silently claiming that those records contain a complete evaluator catalogue. The named-reference omission likewise remains an explicit inventory limit, not an absence of retention or checking around MEM-OBJ-raw-notes and EPI-OBJ-analysis-result.
The learning, theory-builder, reflection, autonomy and self-improvement passages retain independent evidential conclusions. Durable feedback revision leads; improved future capacity does not follow. Conditions 1–4 are individually unestablished for the described criticism path, not declared absent throughout the system. Human criticism does not establish autonomous theory building. Retained outputs are correctly allowed to affect the system's organization, while the absence of a concrete objective-bearing update episode, subsequent dependent operation and outcome comparison prevents exercised or successful self-improvement claims. These conclusions follow the bounded findings in RT-BAP-rejection-guidance, RT-RTE-draft-publication and WF-RTE-interactive-review. Proposed evidence changes answer distinct unresolved questions rather than being presented as interchangeable proof.
Finally, the Limitations table carries both report-verification limits and the profile-verification limit with their affected records and prevented comparisons. The table preserves incomplete evaluator and named-reference inventories, incomplete per-input compiler-context classification, and the independent RAG, extraction, recovery, provenance, provider and host uncertainties. Existing positive findings remain valid without complete inventories. These already-declared qualifications are not new synthesis defects. No earlier synthesis refusal or blocker requiring an answer was supplied.
