Reconciliation
Common evidence boundary
The four analyst members concern the same shipped-system boundary and Source register. They distinguish implementation from requested model or host behavior. Their wired implementation findings and uninspected operation findings are compatible with the epistemic ledger's implemented architectural status. None supplies observed execution or causal evidence. Different direct-inspection coverage does not itself establish disagreement, absence or inaccessible evidence. This reconciliation needed no additional source reads.
Identity dispositions
No pair below establishes replacement identity. No supersession amendment is warranted: valid containers remain alongside material parts, and overlapping functions remain distinct where their scope or consumers differ.
- Production container and internal operations. RT-RTE-pipeline-run covers source analysis through compilation and optional publication. MEM-RTE-checkpoint-resume isolates resumed analysis; EPI-RTE-candidate-filter, EPI-RTE-occurrence-lineage, EPI-RTE-confidence-score and EPI-RTE-markdown-repair isolate filtering, attribution, scoring and formatting. Their different targets and effects rule out identity with each other or the whole pipeline. MEM-OBJ-ingest-chunks is retained checkpoint content, not the resumption operation.
- Source and analysis objects. MEM-OBJ-source-documents covers archived originals, metadata and extracted segments; EPI-OBJ-source-segment isolates readable segment content. This is broader-object/part overlap, not identity. MEM-OBJ-raw-notes combines raw Markdown and analysis/scheduling metadata; EPI-OBJ-analysis-result identifies structured model analysis; MEM-OBJ-source-summaries identifies a rendered summary page. Shared summary text does not make these interchangeable referents. None replaces its production route.
- Relations. MEM-OBJ-relations inventories admitted edges, evidence, raw candidates and occurrence associations. EPI-OBJ-relation isolates the relation assertion and binding; EPI-RTE-occurrence-lineage describes retaining associations. The narrower object and retention operation do not replace the broader inventory. Both accounts distinguish candidate retention from graph admission.
- Article and score outputs. EPI-OBJ-single-article and EPI-OBJ-confidence are generated content and an admission indicator, not duplicates of production or publication routes. EPI-RTE-confidence-score computes the indicator; RT-RTE-draft-publication can consume it.
- Review and feedback. WF-RTE-interactive-review isolates the human interface within RT-RTE-draft-publication, not all manual and automatic admission paths. MEM-OBJ-rejections is retained feedback/body and scheduling state; RT-BAP-rejection-guidance is the writer-facing authority path. Their different kinds and responsibilities rule out replacement identity.
- Answers and saving. EPI-OBJ-query-answer includes current generated output; MEM-OBJ-synthesis distinguishes ordinary saved Q&A and synthesis. These objects do not replace RT-RTE-query-answer. MEM-RTE-synthesis-save traces synthesis admission including guards; EPI-RTE-synthesis-guard isolates checking; EPI-RTE-answer-retention covers retention to both destinations. Their synthesis-only, check-only and two-destination scopes overlap without being identical.
- MCP primitives. MEM-RTE-source-passages covers several source-access selectors; EPI-RTE-verbatim-source isolates direct segment delivery and disclosure checks. Neither replaces the other. Both fit within RT-RTE-mcp-answer, which explicitly includes primitive handlers. This containment does not make source fetching a required substep of every synthesized answer.
- Identity and recovery. MEM-OBJ-concept-entities identifies retained identity state, whereas RT-RTE-concept-curation describes live mutations. MEM-OBJ-index separates routing catalogues and the rebuild seed. MEM-RTE-identity-rebuild spans clean, seed preservation and subsequent restoration; EPI-RTE-state-recovery spans undo and clean. Shared clean behavior establishes partial overlap, not identity or a replacement for live curation.
- Cache and vectors. MEM-OBJ-llm-cache and MEM-RTE-response-reuse concern stored strings and reuse, not the provider-held state of RT-CMP-fast or RT-CMP-heavy. MEM-OBJ-rag-embeddings identifies optional numerical output, not its producer RT-CMP-embed. An unestablished injected-store consumer supplies no replacement retrieval-route identity.
- Evaluation and export. EPI-RTE-offline-evaluation isolates structural checking within RT-RTE-compare-eval, which also includes contestant runs and artifact capture. MEM-OBJ-metric-events spans reporting/audit surfaces, not one dispatch or evaluation route. RT-RTE-pack-export produces files; RT-BAP-pack-guidance describes their requested authority at a later host. These are distinct responsibilities, not duplicate declarations.
EPI-CLM-wiki-synthesis, EPI-CLM-quality-evaluation and EPI-CLM-staged-review have no claim-record counterparts in the other reports. Their doctrine-versus-route comparisons are not themselves disagreements between analysts.
Integration dispositions
The earlier ordinary-Q&A indexing conflict is no longer present in the supplied records. EPI-RTE-answer-retention, its ledger row and bounded conclusion now distinguish synthesis index admission from ordinary Q&A persistence. They agree with MEM-OBJ-synthesis and MEM-OBJ-index: refreshing the index after _save_query does not enumerate the queries tree; synthesis has explicit catalogue admission, capped at 25 entries. The epistemic record additionally identifies recursive title resolution as a route for loading ordinary Q&A when its title is supplied. This does not contradict the memory report's narrower statement that automatic selector-index admission is unestablished. RT-RTE-query-answer states saved files and refreshed indexes and specifically names synthesis for later selection; it does not require every saved file to enter the standard index. The supplied records cite SRC-1, src/synto/pipeline/query.py and src/synto/indexer.py, including the synthesis catalogue cap and recursive scan passages. Their combined account permits neither an all-Q&A automatic-index claim nor an absolute no-Q&A-recall claim. No supersession is needed to reflect this wording change.
Rejection retention remains a compatible qualification. MEM-OBJ-rejections retains the nonempty-feedback guard. The workflow annotation independently retains that guard, the cap of five and unblocking behavior. RT-RTE-draft-publication does not require every rejection to store a body or increment the cap. Empty-feedback rejection can delete and reset bound compilation state; feedback-bearing rejection additionally records guidance and body. Only feedback strings reach the writer through RT-BAP-rejection-guidance; stored bodies support reviewer diffs. This qualifies the route without changing its identity.
Other memory integration questions remain limits rather than conflicts. MEM-OBJ-rag-embeddings and RT-CMP-embed agree that optional injection enables writing but does not establish ordinary durable vector retrieval. The memory report's incomplete inspection of extractor internals, item admission, relation aggregation and maintenance inverses prevents fidelity, universal retraction and full-state rollback conclusions. The epistemic report explicitly retains its own incomplete route coverage. These limits neither contradict the known paths nor establish a missing implemented part that reconciliation must invent. Deployment, provider versions, seed provenance and actual downstream behavior remain unestablished at the boundary.
No analyst correction-answer or declined-objection files were supplied. The current records, not an inferred answer disposition, support removal of the previous indexing disagreement. No remaining cross-report disagreement requiring an Unresolved conflict: paragraph was identified.
Independent convergence and consequences for integration
Configurable admission is not universal factual acceptance. RT-RTE-draft-publication, WF-RTE-interactive-review and EPI-RTE-confidence-score connect optional human review, direct publication and the source-count/quality proxy. The workflow and epistemic records retain the arithmetic; publication retains ordered destination/DB writes before draft deletion. MEM-OBJ-source-summaries and MEM-RTE-synthesis-save separately identify admissions outside the draft gate. The epistemic distinction between operational availability and evidence-consuming factual acceptance does not negate those implemented admissions.
Recovery mechanisms have different effects. The workflow annotation on RT-RTE-pipeline-run places lint before retries on the non-auto-approval branch and after automatic publication on that branch. This adds timing detail without contradicting the runtime's non-universal-veto finding. Reduced-context recovery and the retained degraded flag establish a smaller-evidence writing path, not full-source coverage. MEM-RTE-checkpoint-resume instead reuses persisted analysis. MEM-RTE-identity-rebuild and EPI-RTE-state-recovery agree on selective seed preservation and the separation of file reversion from database rollback.
Lineage and disclosure controls do not confer truth. MEM-OBJ-relations and EPI-RTE-occurrence-lineage retain the same chunk-wide attribution and code-assigned occurrence confidence. Their downstream passage-selection role does not establish paragraph entailment. RT-RTE-query-answer and its memory annotation distinguish selected titles from delivered body slices. RT-RTE-mcp-answer retains the source-summary exception to article visibility, while MEM-RTE-source-passages and EPI-RTE-verbatim-source identify separate source-license gates and later read-only delivery. Neither general confidentiality nor source truth follows from those local controls.
Delivery is not demonstrated benefit or self-improvement. RT-RTE-pack-export and its memory annotation agree on raw/draft copying independent of MCP article visibility; RT-BAP-pack-guidance remains host-dependent guidance. EPI-RTE-offline-evaluation and RT-RTE-compare-eval agree on structural reporting without supplied runs or an established automatic production winner installer. MEM-OBJ-rejections, RT-BAP-rejection-guidance and the workflow account likewise connect durable criticism delivery without establishing successful correction, improved capacity, autonomous theory building or exercised self-improvement. These are independent evidence limits, not a combined negative judgment on the system.
