Verification

I checked all ten axes in the memory profile against the handed records and annotations, using reconciliation to resolve identity. Reconciliation makes no supersessions; broader containers and narrower objects remain distinct. No source reads or new quotations were needed. The profile supplies classifications, not evidence of execution or benefit.

Storage and form preserve the distinction between filesystem/SQLite retention, graph organization and dense numerical encoding. The visible embedding arguments do not establish a vector backend or classify opaque store internals. Mixed prose and fixed-rule fields are distinguished, although several inventory units are broad. The positive classifications and local unknowns are supported by MEM-OBJ-source-documents, MEM-OBJ-relations, MEM-OBJ-index and MEM-OBJ-rag-embeddings. Excluding inference weights from use-updated Synto memory does not assert that provider learning is absent.

Lineage distinguishes imported inputs, authored criticism/identity decisions, compiled knowledge and captured activity/results. Feedback-conditioned articles retain a second derivation path rather than losing their source-compilation lineage. Write agency separates explicit human content decisions from automatic extraction, generation, restoration and saving. The known witnesses do not resolve initial external material or injected-store policy. Authority findings preserve actual effects: prose supplies context, feedback directs revision and feeds durable updates, denials validate and veto, retained catalogues and associations affect ranking/routing, and hash/status controls govern eligibility. Generated pack guidance remains afforded at the external host rather than upgraded by file generation. These distinctions are supported by RT-BAP-rejection-guidance, MEM-OBJ-concept-entities, RT-RTE-query-answer, MEM-RTE-source-passages and RT-BAP-pack-guidance. No factual-acceptance or compliance guarantee follows.

Curation findings have local transformation warrants: source compression, revision, identity merging, publication tier change, retirement with history and trace/recovery forgetting. The command name synthesis does not establish novel-claim creation. The uncertainty about novelty is compatible with the epistemic account's indeterminate content relation. Read-back distinguishes requested query/source delivery from automatic auxiliary and recovery supply. Exact cache/checkpoint matches select reused payloads, unlike an ID merely returned by a requested source fetch. The cited mechanisms support pull, push, lexical, identifier and coarse findings without turning request-led model relevance or BM25 into push signals. Trace learning's positive feedback-revision chain requires neither improved capacity nor parameter updates: retained review experience feeds automatic durable article production and a supported later consumer route. The records support that bounded yes. They do not require assigning the criticism to a conversational log, tool trace, event stream or trajectory merely because it is persisted. The unresolved trace-source classification is faithful uncertainty. Checkpoint/cache qualification and downstream uses of reports remain cautious, unresolved assessments, not false negatives or complete inventories. The ordinary-Q&A qualification is preserved: persistence and title resolution do not imply automatic index enumeration. Synthesis has its own catalogue admission. The partial assessments do not claim exhaustive route coverage, and no observed or causal evidence is asserted.

Limits

• The profile's partial read-back direction and signal inventories distinguish concept hints, feedback and recovery reuse, but do not separately classify the compiler's selection and delivery of retained source bodies and bounded existing-article text. RT-RTE-pipeline-run, including its memory annotation, records these additional budgeted context paths. The profile rationale therefore supports the emitted existence findings but not a complete compiler-context route inventory or a per-input comparison of selection signals and budgets. This local omission leaves the positive pull/push and signal findings valid; consumers should withhold complete route-level comparisons.
