Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded source-level account. I checked every substantive passage against its cited records, the supplied annotations and reconciliation dispositions. I also read the report and profile judgments and checked carriage of their limitations. No previous synthesis verification or refusal was supplied; the synthesis answers file is empty. No source reads, execution or new evidence were needed.

Operational account and support

  • Boundary and evidence: the opening preserves the frozen revision, cutoff, whole-system functional scope and implementation/design evidence basis in boundary. It distinguishes included but unaudited branches from excluded external responsibilities. Missing execution evidence constrains operation and benefit without denying implemented capacity.
  • Capture and mutation: RT-RTE-capture-write, RT-RTE-atom-mutation and RT-CLM-explicit-mutation support insert-before-enrichment, direct-import alternatives and automatic model-proposed writes. The synthesis correctly separates tool-description guidance from independently enforced consent and reader scope from mutation scope. It does not imply that returned content has completed enrichment or been semantically approved.
  • Derived state and taxonomy: MEM-OBJ-atom-chunks, MEM-OBJ-chunk-embeddings, MEM-OBJ-tags and MEM-RTE-atom-enrichment support the separate content, numerical retrieval and symbolic eligibility roles. The account retains deletion-before-success, limited tagging input and configuration/availability conditions. RT-RTE-state-maintenance supports the caught-error completion caveat. MEM-RTE-tag-compaction supports the distinct utility operation, guarded merges, explicit-pair alternative and locally bounded rationale-retention claim. None is strengthened into a quality or learning result.
  • Chat control and read-back: RT-RTE-chat-turn and RT-OBJ-tool-registry support model choice with Rust execution, ten model rounds rather than ten tools, the possible salvage call, local name checks, cooperative cancellation and successive persistence operations. MEM-OBJ-chat-history and the memory chat annotation support role/content-only replay, no durable summary from trimming and first/latest-group budget exceptions. MEM-RTE-corpus-retrieval and MEM-RTE-answer-save support route-specific kind defaults and generated answers re-entering ordinary capture. The text does not equate captured kind with human authorship or source authenticity.
  • Representative report workflow: workflow account and RT-RTE-report-finding support the connected dispatch, claim, source selection, bounded research, separate final call, structural checks, admission and retrieval lifecycle. The account preserves 202 versus delivery, parser/trailer versus body-ledger authority, automatic admission versus factual review, and execute-stage recovery versus fallible success bookkeeping. MEM-OBJ-report-findings supports the local SQLite transaction without establishing adapter parity or end-to-end exactly-once delivery. The watermark and capped-batch caveats remain visible.
  • Wiki admission and retained parts: RT-RTE-wiki-admission, MEM-OBJ-wiki-proposals and MEM-OBJ-wiki-versions support separate candidate, live and historical consumers. Immediate acceptance and direct generation prevent a universal review claim. Archive retrieval is not presented as automatic restoration. The memory annotation supports ordered synthesis trimming and its oversized-first-source exception.
  • Citation warrant and product delivery: EPI-CLM-cited-products, EPI-RTE-citation-resolution and EPI-RTE-wiki-citations support implemented cited products and reference-identity controls, not independently warranted assertions. The public text retains unknown-marker behavior. EPI-RTE-generated-delivery supports both genuine-marker removal and possible deletion of assertion content. The synthesis carries the revised indeterminate semantic-preservation consequence, rather than describing all deletion as harmless formatting or treating product citations as transitive proof.

Learning, theory and scenario judgments

The trace-fed contribution is stated at the supported local level: research messages and tool results feed a final writer whose finding is automatically retained and available to later readers. RT-RTE-report-finding, its workflow annotation and MEM-OBJ-report-findings support this wired update chain. Availability is not promoted to observed later dependence or improved capacity. The saved-answer contribution retains unresolved per-save control under MEM-RTE-answer-save.

The account gives separate reasons for withholding each theory-builder condition: a localized formulated theory, content-dependent consumption, stated content-directed criticism and retained criticism shaping iteration are not established by prose, delivery, structural checks and repetition alone. Epistemic bounded conclusion and RT-RTE-settings-change support unresolved rather than system-wide absent theory, reflection, autonomous theory-building and self-improvement findings. The synthesis does not convert missing execution evidence into a denial of architectural capacity. It also keeps automatic scheduling and admission distinct from those stronger properties.

The scenario-relative assessment follows the actual mechanisms: retention and selection support corpus-grounded generation; citation eligibility does not establish factual support; the direct report ID reader does not inherit search ContextFilter. EPI-RTE-retrieval-scoring supports fixture-relative retrieval measurement, not answer truth or a production optimizer. Proposed evidence and system changes target the corresponding unresolved activation, attribution, acceptance, isolation, review and lineage questions. They are not product rankings or adoption recommendations.

Reconciliation and limitation carriage

The supplied reconciliation makes no supersessions and leaves no unresolved conflict. Its refinements are faithfully preserved: narrow history replay alongside richer retention, unfiltered report ID reads alongside filtered search, local SQLite durability alongside separate bookkeeping, different kind and authorship boundaries, and indeterminate generated-delivery semantics. No cited conclusion relies on an obsolete finding or assigns live-reader authority to every wiki part.

The report judgment declares no additional limits. The profile judgment's coarse mixed-form units are carried in synthesis limitations with MEM-OBJ-chat-history and MEM-OBJ-wiki-proposals. The public text explicitly withholds part-level and consumption-path comparisons that assume all fields reach one consumer or receive one interpretation. This preserves the supported existence of both forms without overstating granularity.

The remaining limitation rows retain the consequences of incomplete client/backend/strategy inspection, withdrawal and restoration uncertainty, lineage and assertion-content losses, unresolved semantic/theory mappings, excluded provider/host internals and missing run/causal evidence. Those qualifications leave the positive source-level conclusions valid and do not imply complete inventories or evidenced absence. No additional record fault or material public-text defect was found. Faithfully scoped uncertainty adds no independent blocker or limit.
