Reconciliation
Evidence and status agreement
All four reports retain the identity in boundary's Source register. SRC-1 supplies implementation and doctrine/design, not observed-run or causal evidence. The epistemic overlay's implemented classification and the route declarations' separate wired implementation and uninspected operation statuses describe different dimensions; neither replaces the other. The workflow's selective report lifecycle does not narrow the whole-system boundary. Local inspection gaps remain local even when another analyst supplies a positive finding.
This reconciliation compares the pinned members afresh. No correction-answer file or declined objection was supplied. The memory integration section describes its correction, and the current declarations permit reassessing the previous reconciliation's missing-part issue. No additional source reads were needed.
Identity and containment dispositions
No whole-record identity warrants supersession. No Amendment is made. The overlaps below are containment, partial overlap or distinct mechanisms, not duplicate identities.
- EPI-OBJ-atom-content names atom Markdown; MEM-OBJ-atoms includes prose plus IDs, kind, statuses and associations. These are not identical wholes. MEM-OBJ-report-findings is the specialized report corpus part with provenance and citation tables, not a second name for all atoms. RT-RTE-capture-write and RT-RTE-atom-mutation are write operations, not object counterparts.
- EPI-OBJ-generated-prose is an inventory container for assistant, wiki and report prose, not a shared admission mechanism. MEM-OBJ-chat-history, MEM-OBJ-wiki-articles and MEM-OBJ-report-findings include corresponding prose with different metadata and consumers. Neither the prose inventory nor those broader objects can replace one another by identity.
- MEM-OBJ-wiki-proposals and MEM-OBJ-wiki-versions explicitly declare parts of MEM-OBJ-wiki-articles. Pending candidates and historical snapshots have different selectors, admission checks and consumers. The valid container remains alongside its parts. All three are retained objects, distinct from the publication progression in RT-RTE-wiki-admission.
- EPI-OBJ-citation-ledger maps source identities, excerpts and current-run numbers; RT-OBJ-tool-registry maps tool names to executors. Shared run lifetime is not identity.
- MEM-OBJ-chunk-embeddings is derived numerical retrieval state, distinct from the weights of RT-CMP-embedding-model and the readable slices in MEM-OBJ-atom-chunks. RT-CMP-agentic-model and RT-CMP-tagging-model likewise are components, not their generated products or MEM-OBJ-tags.
- MEM-RTE-atom-enrichment is explicitly part of RT-RTE-state-maintenance, not its replacement. The container also covers graph and dispatcher effects. MEM-RTE-tag-compaction names a utility/library merge operation not named in that container's scheduled progression; common taxonomy subject matter does not establish identity.
- MEM-RTE-corpus-retrieval spans reading across several consumers. EPI-RTE-generated-delivery is the generated wiki/finding read function within RT-RTE-chat-turn. This particular function neither replaces the cross-consumer route nor the enclosing turn.
- EPI-RTE-citation-resolution is final-pass citation selection within RT-RTE-report-finding. EPI-RTE-wiki-citations is section-operation lineage reconstruction within RT-RTE-wiki-admission. Different maps, outputs and consumers rule out identity between these functions or with their parent routes.
- MEM-RTE-answer-save converts answer/citation material before ordinary capture inserts it. It is not a duplicate of RT-RTE-capture-write. MEM-BAP-corpus-evidence concerns interpreted evidence delivery, distinct from the system-instruction channel in RT-BAP-chat-prompt.
- EPI-RTE-retrieval-scoring emits benchmark metrics rather than changing production state. Memory discusses the same evaluator without declaring another scoring record. EPI-CLM-cited-products concerns cited knowledge products; RT-CLM-explicit-mutation concerns requested writes. Workflow declares no records and adds fields to the existing report route instead.
Integration dispositions and convergence
Wiki parts: previous gap resolved. The previous reconciliation named undeclared pending-proposal and archived-version parts. The current MEM-OBJ-wiki-proposals declares candidate prose, operations, citations and base identity, with later caller retrieval and acceptance freshness checks. MEM-OBJ-wiki-versions declares historical prose/citations and shipped list/version readers, without asserting automatic restoration or model consumption. Both explicitly belong to MEM-OBJ-wiki-articles. The cited proposal construction, HTTP retrieval, archive insertion and version-selection passages supply the distinctions previously missing as declarations. The required-part conflict is no longer present. This does not promote archive availability to rollback, or candidate retention to live-reader authority; no supersession of the valid container is required.
Historical replay. Memory's annotation on RT-RTE-chat-turn, supported by the conversion passage in MEM-OBJ-chat-history, resolves the runtime's explicit uncertainty: provider replay reconstructs role/content, not attached historical tool calls or citations. Richer storage retention is compatible with narrower replay. Mandatory first/latest groups can exceed the nominal context budget; runtime asserts trimming, not a strict ceiling. These are refinements, not disagreements.
Report visibility. Memory's annotation on RT-RTE-report-finding and workflow's report annotation independently identify direct get_atom(atom_id) without ContextFilter in ReadAtom. Filtered search and eligible citation identities therefore remain distinct from all model-visible text. Runtime explicitly left reader isolation unresolved. No dependent report finding requires a universal visibility boundary, and no report asserts observed exploitation.
Finding durability and delivery. MEM-OBJ-report-findings supplies SQLite transaction passages for atom, tags, provenance and citations. Runtime and workflow leave the helper internals unaudited within their own inspections; they do not deny this local positive. All retain separate post-write cache/ledger steps rather than an end-to-end exactly-once guarantee. Workflow distinguishes the initial 202 dispatch, the stored retrievable finding and best-effort notification. These are stages of RT-RTE-report-finding, not incompatible delivery criteria. PostgreSQL parity remains unresolved.
Checking and recovery. Workflow adds trailer/parser checks, retries and a corrective nudge. EPI-RTE-citation-resolution selects finding citations from body markers, not the parsed trailer list. Parser shape checks, ledger identity lookup and the runner's nonempty guard coexist without a factual acceptance criterion. Workflow distinguishes execute-stage failure recovery from success-branch bookkeeping failures after possible durable admission, and notes discarded lease-transition booleans. These details refine the report route rather than changing the citation-selection referent. No cited member depends on a successful status proving factual correctness or complete delivery.
Budgets, kind and authorship. Memory's wiki annotation and workflow's source packing preserve first-item exceptions to nominal budgets. MEM-RTE-answer-save also establishes that model prose can enter ordinary capture. The captured-only predicates in MEM-RTE-corpus-retrieval and RT-RTE-wiki-admission therefore exclude report kind, not all generated or unauthenticated content. Runtime's selected-path wording does not require the stronger authorship claim. Caller identity and workflow initiation remain separate from per-content human approval.
Generated-product delivery: preserve the revised semantic limit. Memory's wiki annotation identifies marker stripping and a new product citation. The current EPI-RTE-generated-delivery additionally shows that the same regex removes ordinary bracketed numeric assertion content. Its genuine-marker example preserves a proposition, but its numeric-value counterexample loses proposition content. The epistemic relation is consequently indeterminate across arbitrary delivered prose. Memory does not assert universal semantic preservation, so this is an added limit rather than an inter-report conflict. Storage can retain original citations while chat omits them; MCP delivery is a separate channel. MEM-RTE-answer-save performs another conversion with different lineage losses. Neither route licenses transitive factual support from a product citation.
Evaluation and remaining uncertainty. EPI-RTE-retrieval-scoring and memory's evaluator account converge on fixture-relative arithmetic, not answer truth, observed quality or a production optimizer. Memory's integration inventory retains client retries/admission, alternate enrichment/wiki strategies, backend parity, withdrawal, account/backup and scheduler details as limits. Other reports' narrower inspections do not contradict those positives or erase these uncertainties. No supplied correction answers establish a declined cross-report objection.
Conflict disposition
No unresolved inter-report disagreement or required-part gap remains in the supplied records. The former wiki missing-part conflict is resolved by declarations, not by assigning every part live-reader authority. The generated-delivery semantic qualification does not leave another report relying on a now-withdrawn preservation claim. Remaining uninspected paths and missing execution evidence limit completeness, operation and causal conclusions; faithful uncertainty is not a conflict and does not establish system-wide absence.
